Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation. This was very annoying as it was a birthday present which was therefore not delivered on time!

Lots of choice on 1001 maquettes, but beware of competitors who are more competitive. You need to be vigilant, because delivery times are not always respected. What's more, one order was incomplete, and it's up to the customer to prove this by taking photos of the parcel and sending them by e-mail. Can anyone do this? I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film. Fortunately, there was no damage except for a slight dent on one of the boxes. What's more, we receive far too many e-mails, no doubt to give the illusion that your order will reach you in record time. However, 1001 maquettes sells us a dream when it displays in stock on a product. This product will in fact be in stock when they buy it from another site. I bought the Airfix A01005 kit thinking after seeing the pictures on the site that I would receive the 2011 kit by buying the relevant colors accordingly. However, I received the most recent kit which therefore requires other colors.
