I ordered a shipment (120762) on 18122017. The delivery time they gave me was between the 22nd and 23rd, that is 45 days. We are at 28122017 and I have not received it nor have I received any notification. I did it adjusting to my work dates and now all my plans have been disrupted.

The delivery worked perfectly. I am very disappointed with the contents of the box - the ship itself. I would have expected more DIY work and fewer prefabricated stamped parts. Far too few details were shown on the Internet. But this is only in passing. The description (text) is more than poor and the pictures are inadequate. I have built many ship models but I have never experienced such a lack of transparency in the pictures and figures. And that for a lot of money. WHAT A SHAME!

Order not received I placed an order around December 3rd and as of December 27th I've not received my order. I looked into the way your company sent your orders and I'm not sure how you sent my order is from the USA or did it ship from over seas? Received my order today December 29th ! It was sent to the wrong address and it's on telling how long it took for them to send it back to the post office. The products look great look forward to doing business in the future.

My opinion is mixed. they seemed very professional until I received my parcel of 8 paints with a completely dry pot of matt white inside. it wasn't even possible to stick the tip of a knife into it, so to speak. I contacted them by chat and the person suggested 2 times that I use solvent to dilute it!!!!! but it's as hard as a rock, it won't do any good to dilute it!!!!!! And when I ask for an exchange, no reply. I really wonder if he knows the paints he's selling. In short, you shouldn't order everything from them, especially with a commercial return like this that doesn't exist if you have a penny to your name.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the product as I gave it away. And it would be far too early to rate it. The delivery time was quite long at around three weeks. The money was transferred on 30.11.17 when I ordered it. The package arrived on 15.12.17. I don't know what happened between 30.11 and 11.12 when the package was announced but at least it was two weeks. Sorry.

The model ordered is beautiful ... BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE was long and not optimal: I followed the route from France to Italy and saw that the package traveled in France in as many as 4 destinations ... until it arrived in Normandy then in Bergamo in Milan and finally in my city. So very long delivery time ...

Products ok and packaging ok but on a suggestion level maybe it would be worth stating more realistic delivery time ando packaging. It took more than 3 days for a prompt delivery model. I placed the order on December 8 to receive it on the 20th. It seems a tad excessive as a timeline. On a general level, however, I am satisfied.

Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! After 15 to 20 calls and emails over 4 weeks, each time the parcel was supposed to leave the next day... I finally received it yesterday 1512. Quality products wide choice however you should put the actual delivery time. I am still waiting for a paint order placed 8 days ago with only available products and 24 hour delivery as advertised. Sincerely jf. Small error on your part, my order was delivered to the post office on December 21. I received it on December 22 because a reference was missing. That's why you gave me a credit note by removing the missing reference at my request.

placed an order November 20th placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!
