After 20 days from the accepted order and 2 ignored inquiries I am notified that a box is no longer available and that it would finally be shipped. A Christmas gift for a child thus became a gift for Epiphany! The reorder of the missing box was processed beyond the expected delivery time and with package thrown inside the condominium garden....

Good choice of products but wait time-cost a bit long. Package well taken care of and product safe.

Ordered and paid for on 18.1.2017. Delivery time max. 2 weeks. 3.2.17 Request where the goods are. No reply. Still no goods today and still no reply. Too bad I imagined it would be different. NEW: On 8.2.2017 I finally received a message: The product you ordered is not available. You will receive a voucher for the amount paid. I requested a refund to my credit card. I wonder if this will be done. Legally it should work that way because I never said that I would or want to buy more products from 1001 modellbau. I DON'T WANT TO EITHER. 16.2.2017 the payment was credited. I think that's supppper. Thank you and my recommendation. It started out badly but the company finally acted positively.

I had the opportunity to place two orders on the site with great difficulty. Both times my children gave me a gift card for my birthday and for Christmas. Each time I had to enter the coupon number, I got an error message saying that the coupon was invalid or something! So to be able to validate my order I had to contact "" 1001 MAQUETTES""? This is where another big problem arises for me. The service is unreachable by phone when you send an email: no answer!!!. After 15 days of calls, we manage to get someone on the phone or in chat! Miraculously, we managed to integrate the coupon that had supposedly been deactivated, and finally we were able to validate the order... Personally, I'd never order from this site again, because the customer service is deplorable and the delivery times are not respected.

This is my first model. The delivery time is very long. And I'd rather do it twice than once. You have to order the paints after you've received the model.

the model supplied has no instructions in French, only in English and Japanese. For a 12-year-old, this is not at all practical!!! even with the assembly sketches. A phone call to 1001 maquettes confirmed the absence of French instructions and the impossibility of obtaining them. I don't recommend this site and I personally wouldn't repeat the experience of a new one.

Impossible to hold silver paint (N°11) on plastic. For the other colors, acrylic paint leaves traces on the brush and dries very quickly (perhaps you need to add an additive like white spirit or alcohol?). No problems with dispatch

I bought a model as a present for my husband and surprise, when you open it and look at the cardboard, there's no paint or glue for the price you're paying. In other stores, when you buy a model, you get everything inside. Really disappointed

I could have built the whole model in the time I have waited for the correct paints and after three weeks one still has to be delivered. I am sure I'm not the only one who has waited more than three weeks for delivery which is not acceptable in today's market.

Goods received from France after approx. 1 week. Unfortunately, it was not clear anywhere that it came from abroad. In addition, there was also a wrong article that was even cheaper than the one I ordered. I received no reply to 3 emails, but the other items I ordered were OK.

No delivery, no reply to the 2 emails sent, parcel number indicated unknown to the Post Office, no explanations, NOTHING. I will not repeat the experience and reserve the right to give my opinion on the appropriate forums.

I chose this model because it was suitable for beginners but too difficult for my 11-year-old son.

All the jars of model paint had a very sticky barcode label, so all the jars remained sticky.

If I have nothing in particular to reproach 1001 maquettes apart from a small delay in delivery due to payment in three instalments, I am not at all satisfied with the item purchased ...!!!! a 4F200LM helicopter paid almost 500€...!!! and which does not fly at all ...!!! and in fact is already out of service even before I have finished paying for it. At this price, you'd think that by gently pushing the throttle without touching any other controls, the machine would hover obediently ... but it doesn't, and it goes off in all directions because it's obviously not factory-calibrated. The paper manual in French is totally complex and improbable, describing settings that would scare you. It's more than fragile, and the spare parts that are broken (swashplate among others) are no longer available from dealers. I left a more than unfavorable review on this very article. I would no doubt have postponed or renounced this purchase if 10ire had issued a detailed warning concerning this model, and this is a reproach that I take the liberty of making. Sincerely

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I had a lot of trouble tracking the package because after opening an account with you I was told that I hadn't placed any orders every time I went to the "My orders" section, even though paypal had acknowledged receipt of my purchase and cashed the money. Impossible to contact you on the support phone and it was only after 2 emails that I heard from you - customer relations need to be improved. Otherwise the parcel arrived in good condition and in the right place.
