poor I had to chase to find where my purchase was. If you do use them, only use paypal or some other system which allows you to chase them effectively or get your money back. They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.

I received a delivery and the packaging, which was not damaged, contained only air. There is also no contact person at the company, you always have to address the company as 1001 modellbau. You have to pay in advance and then you only get air, the EU has come a long way in Europe, something that didn't exist 30 years ago. I can do without such a Europe.
