Delay tactic!!! DHL writes who is supposed to have received the product. This person is not known in the entire vicinity of the delivery address. I want my money back and do not want to have anything more to do with this dubious company.
According to the tracking information, the package LD244277835FR was delivered on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
We would like to inform you that we have all the documents, including the confirmation from the shipping service provider that the package was delivered to the address provided at the time of order.
We ask you to also check with your neighbors about the package.

The shipment took exactly a week, so that part was great; however, I paid an extra (2-3€) for the package to have double packaging, but the game arrived only in a box without additional protections and since it was a 3kg package, both the box and the game inside arrived with bent corners and even the game box is broken in one part.

My preorder took 11 months to arrive… no communication from 1001hobbies at all. When I ordered it said that it would arrive in a month. I’m really glad it arrived in the end but the customer service is awful and you might have to wait a year for your package to arrive
As stated in our terms and conditions and also in the tab "information about pre-orders", the indicated date is for informational purposes only and can be changed without prior notice, as it is provided by the supplier and may be adjusted later.
We regret the delay of this pre-order. However, a pre-order remains the best way to obtain a product that has not yet been released in Europe.

I ORDERED A REVELL PLOW IN 1/32 WITH VARIOUS ACCESSORIES AT THE END OF FEBRUARY. Ultra disappointed. Avoid any purchase. Package received patched with tape, someone clearly damaged the box, the price requested to increase the protection of the sent item is completely to be reviewed. Usually it goes well. Here, I waited 1 month, delivered in 2 parts on the same day. Some items were announced within 1 to 2 weeks.. Moreover, the paint pots are covered with a European mention I think. So it's impossible to see the references of the pot.. I had to scratch the new label.. All this is not serious in itself but doing a little better seems possible to me.

Extremely negative opinion. The star is a forced choice since without clicking at least one, the procedure does not proceed. I purchased a balsa airplane (€1.49 + €7.90 for shipping) and, considering the fragility of the item, I also requested double packaging paying an additional €2.50, for a total of €11.49. Despite this, the product was shipped in a simple envelope with minimal protections and arrived completely destroyed. I immediately sent the photos via the refund request form. Later, I was asked via email to resend the same images, which I had already provided, including the invoice and packaging. After resending all the requested material, I was asked in another email to completely destroy the product (it was already destroyed!!) and to send additional photos to proceed with the claim. I find this request absurd and the seller's behavior unacceptable. In addition to the damage, the management of my request was long, repetitive, and unprofessional in responses, despite clearly being in the wrong.

One item was missing from my order even though the delivery note said all 3 had been delivered. Contacted and asked for a refund for item that was missing was given store credit. Then asked for an actual refund and was told it could take over a month. I am not confident I will receive my refund

Disastrous experience. Order placed on 09/03/2026. All items were available on the site at that date. My order is confirmed, but one item is ultimately out of stock. Expected arrival of the missing product on 21/03/2026. After this date, still no news and the product is still out of stock. I write an email to find out if there is a new date for the availability of the product. I am told, without being given a date, that the product needs to be improved before being available again. I decide to send an email to cancel my entire order, as it was for a birthday and the date would be exceeded. Two days later, I receive a notification explaining that my order has finally been sent incomplete even though I had requested its complete cancellation. In short, no consideration for the customer and dubious practices. Avoid.

Product received in damaged condition due to very insufficient packaging. The shipping box was largely empty and only lightly filled on one side, allowing the game to move freely during transport. The result is clear transport damage to the corners and edges of the box. Immediately after receipt, I contacted (email on April 10, then tried by phone and via the online form). To date, I have not received any substantive response. The product is unused and is still in the same condition it was delivered in. What is particularly disappointing is not only the poor packaging but the complete lack of customer service. I request a proper handling of this complaint. Based on this experience, I cannot currently recommend this webshop.

I have not received my package to this day! It has neither arrived at my home, nor did we find it at the three DPD stations we had to visit at our own expense... and this despite the fact that they charged extra costs for packaging and shipping!
