After waiting more than a month and a ton of emails, the order arrived. The page did not specify that it was unavailable. I'm sorry, I do not recommend it.

Figurine ordered on 18/12, displayed in stock and also shown as "delivered in 7 days" (also mentioned in the invoice), that is, on 25/12. Perfect for the holidays. On 25/12, no news of my order, I receive an email on 29/12 informing me that the figurine was specially ordered for me and that there is a delay with the supplier. I am promised in the same email a shipment for 09/01. On 13/01, still no news of my order, I send an email to customer service to find out where it stands and to request a refund for my order if it was not shipped by 19/01. Response by automatic message informing me that customer service is reorganizing and that the response time is a bit longer. Well, we are not at a week more, right? The person I wanted to give the figurine to will wait a bit longer! Finally, I receive the automatic email stating that the order was shipped on 15/01 and I received a response from customer service on 20/01, that is, after the delivery of the package... Although the prices are attractive, the seller does not keep the commitments he promises on his site: the stock is not accurate or up to date, the delivery times have not been respected, and the lack of information on the status of the order did not help at all. Unique and last time I order.

I do not recommend. Order placed on December 15 with estimated delivery on December 23. Package arrived on January 24, JANUARY !!

I still have not received the right product that I ordered

I haven't received my order and on top of that, a catastrophic customer service. I made a request on 15/01/2026 and today is 23/01/2026, still no response.

I ordered it at the beginning of December, before Christmas and I got it at the end of January.

Atrocious. Ordered three references in December, delivered late (clearly none in stock) and error on the third reference. Still trying to get a refund.

I ordered 2 pins of the Rafale and only received one. Moreover, the delivery times were very long.

I paid 12.99€ for express delivery and my package was sent standard and arrived a week later than expected, I will never order from this site again.

Package delayed for weeks. As a result, not received in time for Christmas. I have to resend it at my expense to my nephew in the province. And I won't see his face when opening the gift. Deceptive site that made me believe the game was in stock but apparently not. Very disappointed.

The package arrived well wrapped and packaged. But it said that the delivery date of the package was 29/12 and I received it on 05/01. I also tried to contact the company to see if there was any issue with the shipment and I did not get any response. And the package tracking service was not working. This can be somewhat understood, but when I notice upon picking up the package that one of the ordered items is broken (email with proof to follow), it becomes much harder for me to accept. All ordered items were sent together in one large box, with the fragile items packed together in the box with the heavy items and without any protection in the box, such as paper filling or similar, to minimize the shaking of the items. Result = fragile item broken. Please either package the items (or at least the fragile items) separately or ensure more protection in the box because if someone has already paid a euro, it should be in order... especially when you have to give someone who is waiting for their gift a broken gift...
