1 order followed by 2 sub-orders, the duration from the original order to delivery is almost 8 months. (!!) This is hardly acceptable. The majority of inquiries to customer service are handled by AI with vague, non-concrete answers. Tracking the status of the order is not possible, it must be done by asking questions to customer service. In this case, with an enormous amount of emails. The only positive is that ultimately the order has been completely delivered after an extremely long wait.
Order placed on September 3, delivery scheduled for September 14... it is mid-October and I still haven't received all the items! The packages took over a month to arrive, and despite two deliveries (on October 10 and 14), the Mark Fit Decal Solution is still missing, even though it is listed as in stock on their website. Customer service no longer responds to my messages, and they even sent back an unnecessary package thinking that a ribbon was missing - when I had already received it. Result: a lot of waiting, mistakes, no clear communication. This is unacceptable for a specialized site. I will now order from Amazon, where the delivery times and tracking are reliable. I strongly advise against 1001 Hobbies, which lacks seriousness and respect for its customers.

Very long delivery time! I have been waiting for 5 months for 2 items that were supposed to be in stock when ordered... Not so.
Order placed in early July 2025, delivery delayed due to a supplier shortage with a delay announced of 1 to 2 weeks. By the end of September still nothing received from 1001hobbies, no message or package. Complaint filed and the situation is resolved. Amazing! Even the AI that answers the phone had no response. A developing structure, did well but times are changing!

Bought as a birthday gift, arrived three weeks late compared to when indicated. Called the Italian number 50 times, never received an answer. Called the French number 50 times, never received an answer. Sent 2/3 emails, NEVER received a response. Customer service is embarrassingly inefficient.

At the time of delivery, the package was in severely compromised condition due to poor care in packaging: practically open, with torn packaging and exposed parts, and inside there was no type of protection to safeguard the purchased goods. Unfortunately, the contents were also found to be damaged, with the model boxes dented and ruined. I am attaching photographs that testify to the state in which the package was delivered to me. Incomplete package. I am missing 2 items and it is impossible to reach customer service. They told me that these items are now unavailable, and that they might be able to get 1 out of 2, and that in order to have them, I had to call them back in 15 days. Since then, I have never been able to reach a person on the phone and I have received no email response.
I canceled the order after 6 months of waiting. They sent me the package. It's useless
