Product conforms and is well packaged, but it took more than fifteen days to arrive and no news between the order and the arrival?..
The car is beautiful, well made, the only flaw is that the two hoods do not open and the wheels do not turn, but the quality price is there!

The products I have ordered were at a good price and as requested in my order. However, waiting more than one week for delivery is far too long for me. I live in Belgium and very often when I order something from the Netherlands I wait only 1-2 days...
What a long wait for my order but it was fine
All ordered items were "Available - Shipped the same day". It took more than 2 weeks to be delivered!!!

Didn't receive my correct order. All my e-mails to Customer Service went unanswered.
When I ordered, it wasn't clear to me that I was ordering good from France. The delivery date that I was originally given was not very long. Ultimately, it took over two weeks to receive the paint I ordered. I would up putting the project that I was working on aside and moving on to something else.

Price and shipping cost is reasonable. Shipping as quick. However, packaging is no good. No forms or bubble wraps just a perfect fit paper box. And the box is thin and flimsy. Actual box of the kit has multiple damages especially on corners
Good and fast service, the only thing I find disappointing is that the Dutch language is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions.
The package has arrived but I sent a few emails and have received no response at all.

The delay and handling of the order was not on point via Smartbox. The model was no longer available. 1001 hobbies first offered me a replacement model with an extra charge which I refused, then an equivalent model without extra charge. I waited 6 months.

This time everything is good, last time less so
The delay between the time of the order and delivery was far too long. The item I ordered was not in stock was not clearly indicated on the site, it was only mentioned at the time of the final confirmation for the delivery of the product (ordered on May 4, delivered on May 27). Basically, it's not dramatic, but it's just that the display on the site seemed a bit misleading to me, hence this negative impression, especially with more than 3 weeks of delay. It is very likely that next time I will think twice before ordering, and in the absence of clear information on stock/delivery I will not place an order.

I ordered a Boeing 747 1/72, paid by credit card, and then the following happens: I receive a written credit for the amount (about 640,-€), when investigating on the website I read that 1001Hobbies has canceled the order. In response to my comment that I want the goods or my money back and no voucher, I receive an answer: "We are proud to increase your voucher to 577,-€ and it is valid for 5 years." Again, I disagree: goods or money back... then I receive an email saying they found my order and sent it: something for 10,-€. Again, I object: B 747 1/72 or money back, then finally I receive an email saying they found the product and sent it. The B 747 also arrived (great kit)... but in the meantime it is offered for 40,-€ cheaper. Result: If you have nerves like steel cables, then dare to order from 1001Hobbies. They offer a great range. If you have weak nerves, be careful.

As for the delivery, there were no problems. But the product was missing a lot of pieces that I had to recover from other Legos of mine, as well as pieces that wouldn't hold; I even had to use glue to make some pieces stay together.

You are not clear about the shipping time. You are a French website with a Dutch coding. Plus a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot. You made sure that I bought the product elsewhere. If you had been upfront that it could take a while, there would have been no problem. In short, a good ending to a negative experience.

I was looking for an etch set that was hard to find and 1001hobbies managed to find it for me, compliments. The packaging left something to be desired, just in a bubble wrap bag without any protection against bending. Fortunately, it arrived well. After 2 months of waiting, because one color was on pre-order, my package arrived... the only problem is that one color has been discontinued and they didn't ask me to make a change or anything, so I had to write to them myself, otherwise who knows what would have happened to this order.
Shipping took way too long even though I had premium shipping.
