Well wrapped, customer service a bit mediocre
Problem with the reception of the order reported a few days ago still not resolved.
As for the delivery, there were no problems. But the product was missing a lot of pieces that I had to recover from other Legos of mine, as well as pieces that wouldn't hold; I even had to use glue to make some pieces stay together.

You are not clear about the shipping time. You are a French website with a Dutch coding. Plus a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot. You made sure that I bought the product elsewhere. If you had been upfront that it could take a while, there would have been no problem. In short, a good ending to a negative experience.

So sad that I found out you were in France, the site had a nl address. The order itself was delivered well.
Product received leaked out in the shipping box. Messy when it arrived.
I was looking for an etch set that was hard to find and 1001hobbies managed to find it for me, compliments. The packaging left something to be desired, just in a bubble wrap bag without any protection against bending. Fortunately, it arrived well. Since I had some additional questions, I emailed several times, no response....

After 2 months of waiting, because one color was on pre-order, my package arrived... the only problem is that one color has been discontinued and they didn't ask me to make a change or anything, so I had to write to them myself, otherwise who knows what would have happened to this order.
Shipping took way too long even though I had premium shipping.

Well, the model arrived. But I couldn't find out the status of my order since it was a pre-order. I knew it had already arrived at other stores, but I wrote 3 emails and none were answered. There are too many things on the website, which is very good, but you really don't know what they have in real stock and you don't know if your order will arrive, and that is frustrating nowadays. Other than that, good price and once shipped everything was fine. I would buy again but only things that are actually in stock. Thank you

Deadlines much too long
The product is very good but delivery times were not respected and without warning
Very long delivery times, poor communication from the seller (partial delivery without specifying the goods sent, nor the deadlines for the remaining items). Reference error (previous order)... a very expensive seller, whose timeliness and quality of service are not justified. It's a shame, but it looks like France.

Hello, for a few years now, I have placed many orders with you. This time, some items were missing from my order. Why did you give me a credit note of 57.60€? I could have waited for a late delivery and it's not easy to apply this credit note to an order.
I was delivered 1 month after the order and the package arrived in a huge box, the model box was completely open in the box and all the pieces were loose in the box, it seems like someone had opened the Oracle box!!!!!!
