Despite multiple reminders, I have not received my money for my return to this day. Not good customer service.
No customer service that helps when you complain. I ordered something at the beginning of October and it arrived at the end of November, although only two weeks of shipping were promised. I will not order here again.

AFTER ALMOST A MONTH THEY STILL HAVEN'T DELIVERED THE ORDER, THEY DON'T RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINTS AND THEY DON'T REFUND MY MONEY.
I made a wrong purchase but you do not refund the money, only a voucher to buy something from you again. This is absurd. Since I communicated it just a few minutes after sending my credit card details. You could have honestly and correctly canceled the payment without even shipping the item.
I had to wait more than 3 months for my paid order to be delivered and received neither an apology email nor compensation, I find that very sad.
Scammers. Ordered in March, in November I am still missing part of it. Called and emailed multiple times, little to no response. Until I finally get feedback: they created a discount code. As if I would ever want to order anything from these scammers again. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. BE WARNED! A discount code... Unbelievable. I requested my money back, but of course no response yet. So, theft... NEVER ORDER HERE!!!!
My order is not complete and there is no response to my email about this.
I bought a combustion engine from 1001 hobbies and found that it does not fit in my car. After returning the engine, unfortunately, after multiple requests, I only received a credit note and not my money back.
Order placed on July 10, 2025, last figurine received on October 30! 112 days later!! Lack of professionalism, no communication without follow-ups, no commercial gesture, nothing. Don't hesitate to pay a few euros more with the competition, it will save you an incredible amount of time...
Order placed in May 2025, one of the products being on backorder for months, I requested twice, unsuccessfully, to cancel the order and get a refund without fees (and yes because beyond 14 days they impose a management fee of 25% of the total order, which in my opinion is a violation of Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code that allows the consumer to withdraw without fees if the order has not been fulfilled beyond a period of 30 days). Order received in November 2025, order not compliant, two products are missing and the product that was on backorder is not compliant. In short, a big scam and deplorable customer service.

Package arrived damaged. Delivery location not respected. I had to go to the local shipping company's office to pick it up.

Hello, it is rare for me to give such a bad rating but almost 2 months before receiving the ordered package 2 weeks before my son's birthday. We are 2 unhappy customers. Moreover, the only means of communication was emails. To top it off, not even a commercial gesture. As someone who is in sales, I don't find this acceptable.
8 months to be delivered. While it was noted that the items were available. It's a bit long... At a minimum, you could have communicated. I only received vague and non-specific responses and only when I asked you. So yes, I am disappointed with the experience

After 1 week without news, I have written 3 emails regarding the status of my order, without any response. I then called both your French and Dutch customer service, but there was no response from the French side, no one picked up, in the Netherlands I received an automatic message... that I had to send an email...?? Only after a customer at Paypal intervened did they wake up and my shipment finally arrived.... sad.
1 When I went to pick up my package at the Pickup point, they asked me for my ID number which I do not have (thank you for this hassle) 2 The colors in the small paint pots do not match the navy blue I was looking for. The Hobby 54 labeled navy blue is black The Heller 077 labeled navy blue is also black so straight to the trash. The shipping cost is very exaggerated. So 1001hobbies is to be avoided for me. They told BRT it was a delivery to a Fermopoint, except they used my private delivery address, due to this mistake BRT refused to deliver it and I had to collect it from a pickup center. Also, the package was torn apart and the game box was visibly ruined in a couple of places.

The item arrived broken, I sent an email as soon as I opened it with photos and details of the damage to the item and almost a week later, I still haven't received any response regarding this... and here I am with my broken item and no solution...
The delivery does not match the order.
The order arrived incomplete. One of the models was missing. From an order totaling 70€, there is material missing worth 20€. I have sent several emails and complaints but no one has responded to me.

Not very pleasant, a shame because my first purchase went well but the second did not.
Package received but product broken and unusable because poorly protected. At the price we pay for shipping costs, it's a shame to send glass jars just in a thin envelope and without individually protecting the jars. And the customer service is non-existent and does not respond. I will no longer order from 1001Hobbies.
It took 3 weeks before I received an order for which all the items were in stock! Upon receipt, one of the items was not the right one. Several days later, I was asked for photos to verify if what I was saying was true!! Out of the ordinary. Having already made one of the models in duplicate, I no longer have the other box but only the completed model AND the same one received in a double box.
Much longer shipping (7 weeks ...) than announced when ordering the products, all of which were designed as in stock.
The calf is hardened and unusable.
My opinion is that when a customer makes a mistake in an order and asks to stop the shipment, it is professional to rectify and not send it. It happened to me with the last order, now I returned it as it arrived, now I just have to wait for its condition to be checked and for the refund of the charged amount to be made. My experience this time has not been good.
1 order followed by 2 sub-orders, the duration from the original order to delivery is almost 8 months. (!!) This is hardly acceptable. The majority of inquiries to customer service are handled by AI with vague, non-concrete answers. Tracking the status of the order is not possible, it must be done by asking questions to customer service. In this case, with an enormous amount of emails. The only positive is that ultimately the order has been completely delivered after an extremely long wait.
Order placed on September 3, delivery scheduled for September 14... it is mid-October and I still haven't received all the items! The packages took over a month to arrive, and despite two deliveries (on October 10 and 14), the Mark Fit Decal Solution is still missing, even though it is listed as in stock on their website. Customer service no longer responds to my messages, and they even sent back an unnecessary package thinking that a ribbon was missing - when I had already received it. Result: a lot of waiting, mistakes, no clear communication. This is unacceptable for a specialized site. I will now order from Amazon, where the delivery times and tracking are reliable. I strongly advise against 1001 Hobbies, which lacks seriousness and respect for its customers.
