Bad, the order arrived with a poorly closed paint can. But the problem is not that, which it is, but the disastrous incident management and customer service system, since after sending the complaint and receiving an automatic response message that they would urgently attend to the complaint, no one has managed it or contacted me. Instead of solving the customer's problem, all they do is send automatic messages like this one, asking about the level of satisfaction with the purchase. Why do you send these messages if you are not going to pay attention to them? Do you think these messages of concern for what the customer thinks give you more credibility? The reality is the opposite; the true credibility that makes the customer return to buy is achieved by solving the customer's problem well and quickly. Asking for feedback without acting afterwards not only does not generate credibility but also causes the loss of one customer plus many others by sharing the negative experience.

I purchased (2) items, (1) was sent, the other was not. When I followed up on this (which I had to multiple times) I was told the item was available to ship, then I was issued a store credit. Avoid 1001Hobbies. Poor service, fraudulent terms and conditions Summary: 1001Hobbies is a company that borders on fraud, and the customer reviews on this website are a complete scam. I gave two stars on Trustpilot because I received an item as ordered and partial refunds, although with significantly more time and effort than necessary. I have since downgraded the rating to one star as 1001Hobbies continues to fall short of expectations. I placed four orders with 1001Hobbies. The first went smoothly: ordered on September 1, 2025, shipped two weeks later. The second order was placed on September 2; the website stated that the item would be available and shipped by early October. By the end of November, the delivery had still not arrived, and I canceled the order. 1001Hobbies refused a full refund; shipping costs were not to be refunded (even though obviously nothing was shipped), and they wanted to charge a processing fee of 25%. This is illegal under EU regulations as it represents an unreasonable burden on harmed consumers (i.e., fraudulent business terms). Although I pointed this out, I only received a partial refund, but within an acceptable timeframe of two weeks. The third order was placed on September 8. The website indicated delivery in mid-October. I canceled the order on November 30. After dozens of messages, I still have not received a refund. My account page now states

I ordered a large cyberpunk shirt, and I was sent a small on top of that, it was shipped late as well. I’ve tried to contact the merchant multiple times, and I have received absolutely no response.
