Shipping took too long
Delivery delay problem with Chronopost. Following a message questioning on your platform, I never received a response.
My package was stuck for 6 days at the Chronopost sorting center. I paid for delivery fees and the requested service was not optimal. So, I am not happy with the service provided by Chronopost. On the other hand, regarding the ordered merchandise and its shipment, I congratulate 1001hobbies. Very good and I encourage future customers to honor their orders with this supplier.
I certainly received my order but the delivery time was not at all what was displayed at the time of purchase nor the stock for that matter. Moreover, no one is responding either on the phone or by email.
Ok product, but terrible customer service đ Paid $60 for âexpedited shippingâ in order to receive before Christmas (when I was to share my display with family), and nothing was shipped for days after I ordered it, and they never responded to my multiple attempts to cancel the expedited shipping when unrealized they would never make it in time. They ignored all my requests and sent for $60 anyway, and so I paid $60 for a package that came 16 days after I ordered it - 11 days after I needed it đ
Everything arrived well, we would like to return 1 product but what a hassle to return something.. this should be much easier

Unreliable delivery. It went as follows: - Item was on pre-order with a guessed delivery date. Order placed well before this date. - Date passes, the item in the shop changes from Pre-order to In Stock. With a significant number of pieces. - Stock of the item goes down to 0, and goes back to pre-order for a much later date - Send a message to customer service to see what is going on - Get no response - Multiple messages, no response - Suddenly delivered much later 1001hobbies are not scammers, but their site contains unreliable information and they do not respond to logical questions. And you just have to hope that your order ever arrives.

After the order, it remained quiet which raised some suspicion for me, but after a while they were honest and admitted that they had lost the order. We are all human and mistakes can happen. In the end, the construction kit was delivered in perfect condition all the way from France. I would order a construction kit from them again, no problem.
The order was delivered two months after the order was received, and in response to my inquiry, I was only answered two weeks later.
When I placed my order, there were supposed to be explanations in French, and they are not there.

For the second time, incorrect package destination with impossibility or difficulty in retrieving them.
It took a long time before the items were available. Uncertainty about who took over the shipping from Chronopost in the Netherlands and where the package was ultimately delivered. Annoying that 1001 hobbies was not reachable by phone. After the message that the package was delivered, it took another 4 days before I could pick it up.

I did not receive the correct ordered reference. And I have no feedback from customer service at the moment
Delivery date was a lot later than advertised. On the delivery date there was only a message that the package was damaged. A few days later a message that delivery date was cancelled or changed by me (though I did not do that). Eventually package arrived. I had to look up the changes myself, I did not get updates. Also I did not get any replies on my mails to customer service.

Two stars because the price remains the most interesting I could find... However, out of 4 products, only 3 were received and no information on the missing product... despite follow-up emails, no response... I will initiate a refund procedure via PayPal, no doubt I will hear back quickly.
