Message: Hello, 2 miniatures ordered on December 29, 2023, which were well in stock on the site and after a reminder from me, soon 3 weeks of waiting because a miniature is missing...... Do not put online products in stock that are not....... is incorrect.
1/11/2023 placed an order which clearly stated it was going to ship a week after the order was placed.... 12/01/2024 finally delivered after sending several emails. Reason for the long wait? An item was out of stock and wouldn't come in again either, so instead of sending an email with an explanation, all I get here is a standard email just like their responses to reviews, really sad. Their solution? They put money on my account in the amount of the already paid amount instead of refunding the money nicely. Honestly, I would not recommend this company to anyone, even though the materials are of good quality.

Last order ordered 7 novenbre arrived 11 january. Lost order from 1001with effort recovered. Very bad experience, never order anything again. Not recommended.
Delivery not respected and moreover the order and one of my articles do not correspond at all to my order. I will not return towards your site.tres disappointed
Dramatic experience. Package was not delivered and company is not reachable. Company apologizes but does not solve the problem. Recommend not to order from the company.
I believe an incorrect item was offered for sale with a certain item number, therefore I asked for confirmation by email as to what I would receive when ordering. It was confirmed to me that I would still receive the advertised item. However, something completely different was delivered.... Upon notification I received a message back that I could return the item but then I would have to bear the return cost myself and that's just going too far for me. I have no problem with shipping costs but not because of mistakes made by the web store.

I ordered a motorcycle model at the beginning of December, supposedly in stock, but in the end they didn't have it. I simply received it on 05/01/2024. They never answer the phone, lamentable, I do not recommend this site at all.

The order I received did not correspond to the purchase I had made. Following my complaint, I never received a return.
Not once received a complete order and certainly not within 2 weeks as indicated, make it 2 months. Don't fall for it you can just whistle for your stuff or money! If you don't go after it yourself mail.
I did not receive the item I ordered. Poor customer service.
I asked them to cancel the order before it was shipped and they would not cancel it claiming it was already shipped. Two days later I got a notification that the order had just shipped. I did not send it back because of the high shipping costs.
Order shipped 1 1/2 weeks later, and after having to threaten to file a dispute with PayPal. Order received with the wrong paint color. It was for a birthday, so not only did I not get it on time, I also got the wrong color. Unpleasant greeting and open paypal dispute, they're getting away with it, but I paid for a product I didn't order and ended up giving a gift without being able to paint the figurines. This is obviously a recurring problem with the site, and I should have checked the reviews first. I would never recommend this site, nor would I recommend it to you.

I placed an order that never arrived but was debited from my account. I had to call back several times to finally be told clearly that there had been a bug with my order and that I should place it again immediately! And of course with a commercial gesture! I finally received my order more than 1 month later, but of course I didn't even get an apology or a commercial gesture, even though they had told me on the phone! In short, I don't recommend this site because I didn't get my gift when I wanted it and no apology or gesture! Very very very disappointed
Received only 2 out of 3 articles, and not the most important ones
I asked them to confirm that the product was as in the photo, as they had sent me a different model on another website. They confirmed that it was as in the photo. When I received it, it was NOT as in the photo and consequently, I requested the return. To my surprise, they told me that I must pay the return shipping costs. A real scam of a company.
The parcel arrived on time, but damaged inside and before it arrived in the UK. all contents are unusable. I do not recommend this company. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. Money wasted
Order placed on November 29 and still not shipped. No reply to my email request for information about the availability of my products and impossible to contact them by phone. In short, I probably won't get my order for Christmas... even though it's paid for. I don't recommend this seller.
Delivery time stated as 1 week, in the end it was 6 weeks. Put off again and again, no response to inquiries. Not again. At least the order has now arrived - lucky me...
I find that when I order something I get to hear signs that you have not completed that I did. I find that very annoying and it takes too long for me to get my order. I find that a pity of 1001 hobbies my point is a 5.
Package send 3 weeks after time promised in description. Box came incomplete - you forgot to put one item in. You then said you cant do refund for the one item that I didn't receive, so you need to send me it again. So here I am waiting, again. I won't buy here ever again unless I will be desperate to do so.

If I could put less than 1 star, I would... More than a week and a half to send my order and still I had to write to activate things by threatening to put a dispute paypal. I ordered for a birthday, result I have nothing more offer the day and receiving my order surprise paintings ordered did not match. Sav not only acted in bad faith, but was also unpleasant and told me they didn't know about it, although I have a screenshot proving otherwise... I will never recommend this site again and advise you to do the same. I should have consulted the reviews beforehand, as the problem is obviously recurrent.
Item arrived completely broken and unusable.
7 display cases for model cars ordered. Put in a cardboard box without any protection. Results: 3 out of 7 broken. Discussions in progress for reimbursement and I'm asked for photos again even though I had already sent them with my first email. On top of that I have to pay 22 CHF in customs fees. Really disappointing and more.
I requested an item in the 1/24 scale catalog and when I received it it was 1/32, I requested documentation for the return and the received was wrong, I paid the difference to purchase another item and they claimed me several times the payment that was already made, as they recognized in telephone conversation, I received although late that item but then they claimed me several times the payment of the first order that they sent me wrong. It is not to be minimally happy, it was a failure after another and it is a pity because they have items that interest me but with this experience I will look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the photo was misleading, and I received the wrong product. I thought it was the old cultists that were on sale, and I got the new ones I already had. Perhaps the photo should be updated.
I would never order from this store again. I never received my item and am still waiting for my money today!
I still haven't received my full order.
