1.5 month ago placed order of marker blocks incl markers. After a few weeks I received only the pens and the blocks were missing. Had to contact them a few times, only to be told that they were no longer available. Finally I received a return label and immediately returned the pens. Now 1.5 months later I still have not received my money back. The product is still for sale in the webshop. Very disappointed!

The only company that never makes a mistake!!! As proof, every other item is delivered wrong and their explanation, barely veiled, is either the deliverer or the dishonest customer!!! But not them! But not them ! 14,90€ for big sums...
Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating. After several attempts by email, it was not possible to deliver to my delivery address, although I was promised my change by email. Had to pick up my order with much effort at an unknown delivery address. In addition, I have pointed out that I am severely disabled. I will not order again, unless hell freezes over....
Long delivery times are fine. If the buyer knows this BEFORE placing the order, there's no problem - the purchase is made with full knowledge of the facts. I find it very regrettable to be informed of the delivery time AFTER payment of the order, and moreover by messages that do not indicate any date. Yours faithfully

I had requested home delivery not to the stationery store
They did not deliver my order, after days waiting for a solution I have no answer, I do not recommend this site at all, you claim and if you call they answer in English and do not speak Spanish, the response mail is null to your claims, thank goodness it was a small order and I will not lose much money, because for me it is already lost.
Worthless webshop! After two weeks of waiting, my order has still not been shipped even though it is indicated to be in stock. The e-mail is not responded to and when I call I get an English speaking person on the phone (probably outsourced customer service). Can't cancel the order on the website or by phone because they first have to 'investigate' what went wrong. In short, worthless order here NEVER again. Now just hope I get my money back.

NOT VERY WELL DISAPPOINTED
I have not received the complete order. The spray primer is missing and I have not received any explanation. Therefore the material delivered does not work for me. Very disappointed with the customer service. An explanation would have avoided this situation.
Product was delivered much too late and also damaged, communication with 1001hobbies is incredibly slow and they still do not offer a solution. Been busy for weeks now.

The box containing the figures was half open and broken and one figure was missing.

I had placed an order on 18-01-24, After the order a few items turned out to supposedly have a 1 to 2 week waiting period. On 18-02-24 I was tired of waiting and wanted to cancel the order. At first they pretended not to understand what "cancel" means and said the order would not be complete until 27-02. After I kept insisting that I want my money back,they had quickly shipped the order incomplete against my wishes. Since the customer service is lying to you and apparently has no qualms about taking money out of your pockets with worthless service, I had turned to Paypal and refused the package in advance (I received an email with return instructions that I would have to pay the costs as well, they are a bunch of idiots). Now that Paypal is watching, after many emails in which I kept repeating myself, they finally agreed to refund my money. The package was only delivered back to the sender on 24-02, and now I'm still waiting for my money (220 euros). In short, a shady company run by shameless crooks and liars, who will try anything to get money out of your pockets.

Items put up for sale without 1001hobbies having availability. Prices almost double that of competitors. Response to contacts with much delay.
False delivery date. They delivered 4 days late, without any prior communication of the delay. They did not accept, at the beginning, to return the package and refund the amount. In the end yes, but late, very late.... Very improvable service.
The package received which is a calmato model airplane fuselage turned out to be crushed. After 6 mail.4 phone conversations no reaction from 1001hobbies.Jgn.
The excessive delay in shipping generated additional costs and logistical complications for me to receive the purchased order. I live in Argentina, I bought so that the order could reach a relative in the USA, calculating enough time for it to reach this person before traveling to my country and bringing it to me. The shipment to the USA was delayed, my family member traveled without having received the order, and in the end I was able to receive it by arranging the shipment to my country by another means with additional costs. Furthermore, when I requested the return they wanted to charge me for shipping costs, with the business being responsible for the time it took for delivery.

Order partially received...no satisfactory response from customer service who tell me that the order has been delivered and they don't even have the list of what I had originally ordered, everything has been erased from the order history and I'm asked to demonstrate what's missing, the world upside down...no response in 48 hours and what's more unpleasant!!!!...
I still do not know where the goods I ordered and paid for are and they have not been delivered to my address, which is not right.
