I ordered varnish and decals and everything arrived in an envelope with bubbles. ...the decals have suffered (folding, damage to a decal ...) the least I could do would be to slide the decal board between 2 sheets of cardboard, which would avoid, in my opinion, the deterioration of these somewhat sensitive boards.
Improve shipping times.
First buying experience on 1001 models unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. The order placed (and paid for) on Sunday, July 6 arrived on Friday, July 25 despite the fact that all of the products ordered were marked as available except for 1 listed as in stock and shippable in 4-6 days. After about 10 days of waiting an email informed me that such product first delayed and then unavailable would be cancelled from the order its cost was returned to me in the form of a voucher for a later purchase (would have been more welcome the money back but so be it). Finally on the 17th the package is shipped the tracking number I receive only on the 24th (it tells me that on the 23rd the package left France was taken over by a courier) but by now it is of no use since it arrived on the 25th and mysteriously also contains the product unavailable! Just as well even though by now I had ordered it and received it (in three days!) from England. Positive sides: - lots of products that can be ordered - with sales you can find nice models at good prices. Negative sides: - standard shipping and delivery times too long even unnerving in case of temporary hiccups - though not the company's fault - in the delivery of the products - automatic communications via site account or via email unclear and often late - packaging definitely improvable considering the fragile and expensive nature of the goods handled.

Delivery conformed to order but with a 13-day delay between order and delivery ....2 out of 3 items offered were not available from suppliers. This should be indicated when ordering from the online catalog.

In spite of some comments on the rather long delivery times I had decided not to rely on them and I was wrong... I placed my order on 3005, today is 1906 and I still haven't received my order, which has been in process since 0206. One item is unavailable - replaced by a credit note - but why not send the rest of the order as soon as possible? In short, really disappointed first and last order at 1001maquettes (and too bad for the credit note...). A site I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
It doesn't seem normal to me that they take a week to prepare an order for an object and then add to that the week it takes to ship it. And I needed it for a gift.
Good but delivery times a little too long
Two weeks to receive the order. Little or no information during the process. There is no way of knowing if the product is in stock or not, so you buy blindly, since at no time do they inform you, I guess so that you don't refuse. There is also no tracking of the shipment by the courier company. In short, there is room for improvement at all levels.

There's no doubt that n1001 Maquettes offers a wide choice of products, from hardware models to various products (paints, glues, etc.). However, order processing could be improved. For example, for a payment accepted on 2305, I received a message the same day announcing that the order had been processed, then three messages on the 29th and 31st announcing that the order had still not been dispatched due to a product backlog. It was only on 0206 that I received the dispatch message. At no time was I told what the missing product was, what the expected delay was, nor was it suggested that I give it up or replace it with something else. In short, a beautiful catal
Great Stuff but SLOW Shipping Ordered decal sheets which I could not find anywhere else and which were indicated as in-stock. Confirmation e-mail stated 6-8 days delivery time. 14 days after placing order I received an e-mail ""updating"" me and stating items were shipped from Europe and would need to stop at US facility before finally being sent to me. Items arrived well protected in rigid cardboard flat mailer and in great condition after about 4 weeks. Keep in mind that at the same time I placed this order I placed some other orders with vendors in Australia and Singapore. I received those orders in about 1 week via direct international mail as flat packages (just like these decals). Denver (where I live) to Paris distance is 4900 miles. Denver to Sydney is 8300 miles and Denver to Singapore is 9000 miles - get the picture? I don't know why it should take so long to get a flat mailer from 1001, but they really need to work on improving their shipping times. That being said, if I needed something that they had I would be confident ordering from them in the future, but would be aware of the long wait time.

Due to a supplier error, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my order.
Veeeeery slowwwww...... Very impressive site with lots of goodies for the modeling enthusiast but... I registered and placed my first order for 4 decal sheets on April 1st. The prices all over the site were within the market range. But the postage charged (8.90€) was excessive even for registered mail for a 20 gr. envelope. All the items were marked as available and 3 of them had 5-6 day shipping time indicated. I paid thru Paypal on the same day. The next day I received an e-mail message that the order has been processed and that I will receive my order in 6-8 days. After ten (10) days (on April 11th) I received another e-mail saying that my order has been shipped!!! Because the shipment had not arrived on April 29th, I sent an e-mail asking for details and where do they ship from. I got an answer the next day saying that they ship from France and that surface mail (!!!) might take longer to arrive. On May 12th I wrote again to their customer service complaining about the long delay in their delivery and asking for an answer. I also opened a dispute in Paypal's resolution center. I got a message the next day saying that the envelope must be lost and that one of the decal sheets was no longer available. I was given the option to buy something else from the site and so I did. The new order was processed the next day (May 14th), I received an e-mail on May 19th that it will be shipped soon (!!!) and finally an e-mail on May 21st that it was shipped (more than a week after the new order was placed). The envelope arrived on May 27th which is within the normal range for an intra EU 1st class mail. Mind you the postage affixed was 1,35 € !!!! I have to point out that I trade over the net constantly and never had a problem with lost mail in over 600 transactions during the last 8 years or so. There is something definitely wrong with their very slow shipping and equally slow customer response service. Possibly the items sent from the EU are not in stock there and have to be shipped from elsewhere thus the one week between ordering and shipping. I cannot detect any malicious intent but I am skeptic about any future purchases from them......

After waiting 19 days for the order and complaining to the courier company, what else could I say?
I placed an order with them and a week ago I received a different material at my home than the one I had purchased. In the last week I have sent them two emails explaining the incident and they have not even answered me.

I ordered material on day 652014 on day 752014 I receive an e-mail that the package is readythen nothing.Meanwhile within a week I send 3 e-mails asking for information. No response. Whereupon I contact Paypal and open complaint. The day 1552014 arrives E-mail telling me that the package is ready (but it was not already 'a week before? and I tell him ...)) and that I will be 'sent shortly.The package arrives on 2052014 perfettoben packed and with all the contents directly from France.peccato really for the long time and for the bad communication with the customer (see the other negative reviews all focused same problems) because the store and 'well stocked and deserves. I hope this review will serve to improve (but a lot) this negative side.

Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.
