Good site but needs improvement in speed
I placed an order with them and a week ago I received a different material at my home than the one I had purchased. In the last week I have sent them two emails explaining the incident and they have not even answered me.
THE PROBLEM WITH ""CHRONOPOST"" IN COMPARISON WITH THEIR CONCURENT IS THAT CHRONOPOST DOES NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER AT ALL??? I WAS AT HOME THE DAY AND TIME CHRONOPOST CAME BUT THE DRIVER ONLY PUT THE NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX!!!!
I received the model I had ordered on time, but it was damaged. I returned it immediately, but only received a new copy after 5 weeks. In the meantime, when I called customer service, I was told that they couldn't tell me anything and that I had to write an e-mail ... I ordered material on day 652014 on day 752014 I receive an e-mail that the package is readythen nothing.Meanwhile within a week I send 3 e-mails asking for information. No response. Whereupon I contact Paypal and open complaint. The day 1552014 arrives E-mail telling me that the package is ready (but it was not already 'a week before? and I tell him ...)) and that I will be 'sent shortly.The package arrives on 2052014 perfettoben packed and with all the contents directly from France.peccato really for the long time and for the bad communication with the customer (see the other negative reviews all focused same problems) because the store and 'well stocked and deserves. I hope this review will serve to improve (but a lot) this negative side.
They do not answer my emails and do not give me any information about when they are going to send me my order, it does not seem to me a correct customer service.

Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.

Both the main packaging and the original box of the toy soldiers arrived punctured and broken. Fortunately, the toy soldiers were intact.
Order well received but the delivery times are very long. 9 to 12 days announced for the economic I do not understand why the times are so long for national shipments. I received my order within 14 days. Unfortunately, one of the models had the box stamped at one corner, fortunately without any damage.
I EXPECTED BETTER SHIPPING. EVEN THE TIMES WERE NOT QUICK (I paid on March 19 the package was shipped on March 28 it arrived to me on April 4)
The last order I placed on the site did not arrive. Colissimo indicated that it had been returned due to an incomplete address. I sent a mail to 1001 maquettes explaining the problem and asking for the parcel to be sent back to me - giving my address - but I haven't heard anything back.

However, one item was out of stock, and it took them around two weeks to let me know. In that same time, I placed orders with their competitors, got notification of shipping and received my order. When I inquired about the delay, it took a couple of days to get a response. They need to tighten up these areas to really be first class. That said, depending on the item and my need, I would consider ordering from them again.

Correct order correct packaging correct delivery but I find the shipping costs rather high (750 euros for metropolitan France) and this for a package of 500

Good, but delivery time takes really long very competitive prices and very good customer service. The only thing that nags me about them is there very long shipping time and costs.

Hello in my order of early march 2014 i ordered a model (the order summary is correct and the invoice too) but it's another one that i received ... i sent a message to [email protected] but no answer! The problem is that what was delivered to me was part of a previous order and so I have a duplicate box which I don't have.
For an order placed on March 2, I still have no news on the evening of March 11.
It is ultimately just a ""word-of-mouth". It simply collects an order and passes it on to the manufacturer. In my case the order referred to an Italian site the product arrived after a few more days from France. Also found the Victory then on the official Revell site in the online shop at just over $25 practically bought on an Italian site to pay three times as much. Next time I will be more careful
I find that compared to other competing sites the prices are abnormally high (see for example the Heller Royal Sun 1100 sold at nearly 60% more than normal (among others)). In addition lead times are very long (allow 3 weeks) and moreover items advertised as available are not always proof of a poorly monitored stock situation;Taking OUPS as an example is a tip to follow. Frustrating organization for a model builder looking for accessories to improve basic kits. After 15 days of waiting, I finally finished the model in progress before receiving these famous accessories.
I have been waiting 6 weeks for my item I have nothing yet. I have paid in advance. Finally after 7 email they reply saying that it is a fault of the supplier and they are still waiting for the product. This is strange because on the stock of 1001modellbau it says that the item is more than 15 and 25 ouf stock and available. So i like this will take many months i hope they will refund my money. What would 1001modellbau think if they had to wait months for their money? That can't be right!

Failed to deliver, refund eventually received. I ordered a decal set 31st January. 11 days later received an email to say item not yet dispatched but that it would be posted within the next few days. This was not acceptable to me so I email back requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. 4 Days later I receive an email to say my item had now been mailed. I again replied to say my order had been cancelled. On 23rd Feb I had neither received my refund or the product that had allegedly posted to me so I opened a dispute via Paypal. A refund was then received the following day. Very poor communication throughout - not a happy buying experience.

Problem with packaging You must to pay attencion to prepare shipment. My decals weren't respectively protected. Shipment arrived to me damged. If you send delicate merchandise, please take it in safe packaging (for example cardboard)

When I placed my first order, all the models were in stock, but when they were delivered much later, one model was missing, which led me to place another order and incur additional costs, all due to poor stock management.

I ordered on January 17th. I was debited on January 17. 5 calendar days (3 working days) later, on January 22, I received an e-mail stating that your order no. 32571 had been dispatched and that you would be receiving it shortly. On January 31, there was no delivery notice, no delivery, no news. Your telephone service does not answer you are unreachable. I expect a return from you within 24 hours and a commercial gesture on these 2 orders which total more than 340€ TTC. Cordia
