I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

After I placed my order, I made a mistake. I had ordered glue and 3 jars of paint mix, but I received 2 jars in the first package.
