5 stars for me but 2 stars from a relative who i recommended your site to. While I have to say I always had a great experience shopping with you, I was surprised when I had recommended your site to a relative who purchased the 1/350 Uss The Sullivans, intending to give it to me as a Christmas gift. He was told it was in another warehouse and charged his card the 59.00 for the kit. After two weeks he had not heard anything and tried to e-mail you but did not recive a reply. He also noted the price had dropped to 29.00$. Since he did not get a response to his emails he cancelled the order. Thanks for ""listening"" Phil

The parcel was well protected and complete, but the delivery time was much longer than expected (3 weeks instead of 10 days). It was for Christmas all right, but I would have preferred to have the actual delivery time so that the big kid wouldn't be disappointed and impatient.

Delay not respected received after Christmas No comment

The site is remarkable, with numerous search criteria etc... As for the number of references, it's truly exceptional! Thousands of items! On the other hand, delivery times are sometimes a bit long. Too bad....But it's still great!

This is the first time I ordered a model from 1001 maquettes. The parcel arrived for Christmas, a Tiger 1 as a 16th Christmas present for our son. But when the boxes were opened, a package of wheels was open and half a wheel was missing. We then sent an email to customer service, which remains unanswered to this day. I was hoping to find a mail-order site I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be buying again under these conditions, at the risk of throwing our money away and disappointing others. I would have preferred to give a positive review, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

Lots of choice and very good selection, but big problem with shipping. The advertised delivery time is 5 to 7 days, but the parcel only left 8 days after the order was placed.

I'm still waiting for my order. My first impression was rather negative, so the delivery time was too long - a child didn't get his present in time yesterday for Christmas. I can't say for sure about the quality.

At the point of departure of the order (Le Havre) they did not write the street correctly (even though it was only one word) and my telephone number was written with one less number. The qualification of the order reception staff there is poor. Delivery was delayed by 3 days.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. 1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

The shipping costs of 799 are simply unreasonable for a weight of 200g. Delivery also took too long at over 2 weeks.

A delivery deadline of 5-9 days was not met and it is also strange that the receipt of the order is recorded twice in the log - once at the time the order was placed. Then the receipt of the (advance) payment was noted and after some time (3-4 days) had passed my inquiry regarding the status of my order was answered by saying that it could only be packed and shipped once my payment had been received. However, this had already been received beforehand, but AFTER the payment had already been made and confirmed in the progress log, the order had been received a second time. As if this was just the beginning of the order. This is naturally confusing for the customer. In fact, I received the goods much later than promised in the online store. The goods were intact but carelessly packaged. The cardboard box on one side of the kit boxes was stuffed with crumpled packing paper - only very loosely. But the rattling of the injection molded frames that could be clearly heard from the outside gave rise to fears that the kits, which were only very sparsely cushioned on the top, bottom and right side, might have suffered. But in the end this was not the case. I placed an order 1 and a half months ago. After 3 weeks all the products were available and the parcel was about to leave but nothing...I had to contact the site several times to find out what the status was...it's coming in the next few days...I had to follow up every week then every 2 days. In the end I got my order but no explanation 1 and a half months later and no apologies.

The order that has sent this mail I estimate that they have been late in supplying it (order on 2110 received on 611 by mail) The shipping costs despite the high coupon. Possibly they would have to value the amount of the order and the customer's account.

You don't have to be in a hurry or ask anything about the delivery time of the product, otherwise you'll be reimbursed (living in Paris, my address is still quite accessible) ... For the price you pay, I think shipping should be better organized.... But the quality of the item was excellent and the packaging was perfect.
