Despite all my items being listed as 'in stock, dispatched within 24 hours' the order sat for nearly two weeks awaiting shipment. When I queried why it was so slow it was finally dispatched. As to why it was so slow I wasn't told.

Good site, although lacking in rarer items such as vintage aircraft, and fast, responsive shipping.... perhaps too responsive, as they sent me several emails and especially sms messages on my mobile because I'd looked at an item but hadn't ordered it. So not bad, but don't have a sales policy that's too agreeable.

I'm sorry that the order preparation time is so long, almost a week. What's more, the box is huge for two small boxes - huge volume = very high international shipping costs. No personal note in the box either, even though this is done almost everywhere. You can feel that the boxes have been put in the box and that's a shame.

I ordered a model and had it sent by collissimo. it's been about 8 to 9 days that i've been waiting for the delivery ...it's slowing down with the cost of express delivery billed of course it's going to be the post office's fault the concierge etc. well change the delivery company. i live in paris i'd have wasted less time by going to a model store which i'll do next time.
