Hello! I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. 1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!
It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

A delivery deadline of 5-9 days was not met and it is also strange that the receipt of the order is recorded twice in the log - once at the time the order was placed. Then the receipt of the (advance) payment was noted and after some time (3-4 days) had passed my inquiry regarding the status of my order was answered by saying that it could only be packed and shipped once my payment had been received. However, this had already been received beforehand, but AFTER the payment had already been made and confirmed in the progress log, the order had been received a second time. As if this was just the beginning of the order. This is naturally confusing for the customer. In fact, I received the goods much later than promised in the online store. The goods were intact but carelessly packaged. The cardboard box on one side of the kit boxes was stuffed with crumpled packing paper - only very loosely. But the rattling of the injection molded frames that could be clearly heard from the outside gave rise to fears that the kits, which were only very sparsely cushioned on the top, bottom and right side, might have suffered. But in the end this was not the case. I was very pleased that I received kits that many of the dealers I asked had already described as 'out of stock' 'no longer being produced' 'no longer available' 'no longer being produced' etc etc.. I placed an order 1 and a half months ago. After 3 weeks all the products were available and the parcel was about to leave but nothing...I had to contact the site several times to find out what the status was...it's coming in the next few days...I had to follow up every week then every 2 days. In the end I got my order but no explanation 1 and a half months later and no apologies.
The order that has sent this mail I estimate that they have been late in supplying it (order on 2110 received on 611 by mail) The shipping costs despite the high coupon. Possibly they would have to value the amount of the order and the customer's account.

You don't have to be in a hurry or ask anything about the delivery time of the product, otherwise you'll be reimbursed (living in Paris, my address is still quite accessible) ... Received the items on time, but an error on the online catalog and I received a model at 135 instead of the 172 I wanted and ordered. In another box in the order, the packaging advertised 48 pieces, but in reality I only counted 46, and it was clear that two figurines were missing from the cluster.
There are often discrepancies between the availability announced on the site and the actual availability, which is quite frustrating when it comes to delivery times.

Nothing special except for the cardboard packaging. the contents are not very well padded, so the models (in this case an F15 eagle) move around inside the cardboard and therefore suffer more shocks.
