They have not met the delivery deadlines and the worst thing is that they do not give any visibility on the status of the order. After sending 2 written messages, one through their website and another by email and after calling several times to the 2 phone numbers they have and not getting through to anyone, I have decided to cancel my order and request my money back. Very dissatisfied

I ordered a 124 scale car a Jaguar E type from Hellerthe order was placed on November 4, 2015 expected time for delivery 79 working days to date December 2, 2015 I have still not received anything. On November 30 I forwarded an email with inquiries about my order which they were careful not to respond to. This is the first time I purchased from them but I think it will also be the last. Last year I ordered a kit from a store in Hong Kong23 days later I had the box at home.........si but Hong Kong is on the other side of the earth!!!!

Better chance of seeing pigs fly than seeing your order. I placed an order on Oct. 22, 2015 for my elderly grandfather. As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

After 9 working days they still have not shipped the package despite the fact that from email received from them the package was ready the day after payment. We ordered a model on the site for our daughter's birthday. The order was placed in 2009 and the article is in stock and therefore available within 8 days. I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. No contact. No return call or email. No shipping or tracking info. I placed an order on 10-1-15 and received an email with the corresponding reference number. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

Order placed on 04 october in theory it left on 091015. on 161015 still nothing received. That's a bit much for a supposed delivery time of 4 to 7 days! On the phone, they promise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, but offer no compensation or solution. I think the store's policy is to charge shipping costs! which isn't right because the order follows the same channels. It's a way of making a bit more profit on the backs of customers. I don't recommend taking the free shipping option. Disappointed

I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.
