Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

What can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag

The product fully corresponds to the description so I am absolutely satisfied. But the shipping time was a disaster: order processed on 18.12.2012 order processed on 21.12.2012 handover to shipping company confirmed by email on 24.12.2012 from DHL confirmation of collection delivered here on 04.01.2013. So the parcel was on its way from France to me for 14 days, of which it spent 10 days in the parcel center in Belgium alone. I understand that Christmas and the turn of the year are hot shipping times, but 10 days without any movement in a parcel center is a bit much. The statement in the email said that delivery would take place in 6 to 9 days. That didn't work out at all. MfG Uwe Clausen

Delivery times are far too long, especially when compared with competing sites.

No worries from 1001maquettes' point of view, the parcel is in perfect condition and the delivery times were correct for the Christmas period. However, the Colissimo clowns gave the parcel to one of my neighbors, even though the post office is only 20 metres from my home, without asking me for the person's identity or giving him mine... It's really irresponsible behavior knowing that I was in a hurry to offer this parcel.... In short, no hard feelings, but your managers should have a little chat with the Post Office or their president.

Product was correct but shipping was SLOW I ordered a model kit and it took over two weeks for it to leave their warehouse. The transit time was not the issue it was how long it took for them to deliver it to the carrier. No explanation as to why, not too impressed!

I ordered the model "Halberstadt"" on December 12th and received confirmation that it would be delivered within 6 to 9 days. All orders placed before December 14 should reach their destination before Christmas. However, the expected shipment did not arrive until December 28. We were already back from our Christmas visit to our grandfather, who was very excited about the model airplane with the name of his home town. Now I have to send the gift to him later, so it will be delayed again and he will need help to collect it from the post office. I will not be entrusting any more gift requests to this mail order company.

It's great on 1001 maquettes, there's a really wide choice! The models are quality. But 4 to 5 weeks delivery time: you'd think the branch was on the moon! The site is aware of this and tells you: week2: delivery has left week3: it's on its way week5: delivery !!! (e

Disappointed the pedestal arrived broken which led to scratches on the bike as it was carried around in the packaging (poorly protected in the box with just a piece of paper it would deserve sageax chips or something) each time it was handled. i'll have to do it again.

I placed an order and my payment was accepted on November 24. Today is December 12 and I have just received half of my order from another customer for whom the product was not intended. So I'm missing 1 product out of two. So I'm disappointed! I'm going to place a new order at the beginning of January where I need various products, tools, brushes, paints and models. I hope to have better luck as I find your site very attractive and clearly presented. No hard feelings, I'm still here and hope to become a customer.

Everything worked out well...initially. Then...there was nothing. No communication...nothing about my order. This went on for a good 2.5 weeks. I was getting worried. No tracking information at their website...etc. So I began to write them and say..hey! Where's my order? They wrote back apologetically and said it's in process. Well...after a few rounds of email...they came through! I received my order and I was happy about the expereince....especially the price. I chalked up the negative part of the experience as their growing pains. Definitely will use again.

I thought I had ordered 2 models because your site is supposed to sell models (given its name). These purchases were gifts for 2 children. For one there was no problem, it was a model boat to be designed. For the other, I received a miniature motorcycle on a stand that had absolutely nothing to do with a model. So I'm going to have to buy something else because I'm not going to send it back to you, I don't have time for that. I will no longer recommend anything on your site. Please unsubscribe me to your newslatters if this has not yet been done.

I wanted to buy a miniature car on the site, but as a result I ended up with a remote-controlled car, which was not specified in the product description. So disappointed I didn't send the product back because the shipping costs would have been at my expense.

Fast order processing, the only thing I'd complain about is the long waiting time.

Ordered and paid for the same day via Paypal on November 5, I was only delivered on November 24! This is the first time an order on the web has taken so long to be delivered (nearly 3 weeks). Your competitors take 48 to 72 hours. First and last exp""1001 maquettes"". Sorry

How long does it take? It took 22 days for me to receive the order. I would say the communication about the status of my order was sketchy at best,. Links provided in their emails took me to the French language version of the site, and even their communication to leave feedback was in French. Item was packaged very well. Not sure I would order from them again.

I ordered two model airplanes for my nephew. No problems ordering, especially since there's so much to choose from, and no problems paying either. The shipping notice took a little longer to arrive. As for the parcel (which I had the misfortune to request in eco) it took over 15 days to arrive. So a word of advice to those who want to receive their Christmas presents on time: pay more for postage and take 48-hour delivery, or plan ahead and buy for next Christmas lol. The package was well packed in a sturdy cardboard box and the items were not damaged as is often the case with the post office. To sum up: satisfactory business, delivery man: can do better (especially given the cost involved).

I'm quite disappointed because i'd read some very good reviews of this store. but i'm still waiting for my parcel even though my purchase was made more than 15 days ago. what's more, one of the items won't be delivered even though it was marked available when i ordered it and reimbursed with a voucher, which means i'm obliged to recommend it to them even though it wasn't supposed to be...! i'm waiting to receive my purchase so i can really make up my mind, but for the moment it's as good as new!
