I think that accepting an order without having the product in stock, making the customer wait several months without warning him and waiting for him to phone (at his own expense in Paris) from Belgium to get an answer, which seems to me to be curious to say the least, is not acceptable. Poor Order Fulfillment Process Order placed & paid with PayPal 10/3. No communication or delivert by 10/23, when I inquired only to find one item out of stock. Asked for refund to PayPal for that item, got a future sale voucher (fat chance) instead. Got that cleared up, they asked if I still wanted item that was in stock. Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. Ordered from them once before with no issues two years ago, perhaps sales are now so good they can afford to kick a couple customers to the curb.

After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.
