I did not receive the expected package and customer service is making it difficult

2 months of waiting expected to receive the package because out of the 5 products ordered, 2 were on pre-order okay it was planned I am waiting to have everything. In the end, after 2 months the package arrives but only with the products that were already available at the time of the order. So 2 products (paid) that I do not have. On the site they indicate that the order is finished, no response to the email at the contact address. Useless

At the time of delivery, the package was in severely compromised condition due to poor care in packaging: practically open, with torn packaging and exposed parts, and inside there was no type of protection to safeguard the purchased goods. Unfortunately, the contents were also found to be damaged, with the model boxes dented and ruined. I am attaching photographs that testify to the state in which the package was delivered to me. I chose to purchase from you precisely because of the numerous positive reviews, and I did not expect such a negative experience. I find it unacceptable that collectible items arrive in this condition. I await your response on how you intend to resolve the situation.

Incomplete package. I am missing 2 items and it is impossible to reach customer service. They told me that these items are now unavailable, and that they might be able to get 1 out of 2, and that in order to have them, I had to call them back in 15 days. Since then, I have never been able to reach a person on the phone and I have received no email response.

I canceled the order after 6 months of waiting. They sent me the package. It's useless

After 10 months of waiting, I will not buy anything from them again and I will say that no one I know should buy from them.

I ordered on the site and wanted to cancel before the order was shipped, I tried to contact customer service by phone or email dozens of times without ever receiving a response. I received the order, I want to return it but in the absence of contact it's very complicated, I chose this French site hoping for simplified communication, but we are far from that.

No respect for deadlines. Double price. Impossible to contact them.

Not qualitative, had to follow up several times with customer service to get my delivery. Complicated experience despite a very responsive customer service though.

Pre-order January 2025 still not delivered. Discount on order delivered Saturday (products in stock) after a long delay and a pathetic chronopost delivery. 1001 Hobbies finished. I will go to the store.

Chronopost delivery 24h for delivery Saturday, September 6.......received on Wednesday, 10.... Paid for 24h delivery for.....120 h. Thank you 1001hobbies. Ah, does not respond to messages or phone calls...... "due to a high number of calls.....etc, etc". No wonder. The nephew did not receive his birthday gift on Sunday. Cool

Order validated on July 24 - supposed to be delivered after a supply delay of 2 weeks - After my request, part of it was sent to me more than a month later, and I am still waiting for the rest - Unsatisfied!!! 1 star for not being able to give none (0).

Long delay, inadequate packaging (unprotected glass bottle) sealed with commercial brown tape, by the way someone opened the package and resealed it with an easy-to-find piece (nothing was missing)

Delivered 2 months later!! Customer service never responds

Honestly not great, it was my second order (07/24/2025), knowing that the first one was already late, with two gunpla models, they are marked "in stock shipped within 1 week" both. After 2 and a half weeks, the site tells me that the supplier is delayed and that my order will be processed as soon as possible BUT I had to call on 08/21/2025 (yes almost a month) to get someone to fix the issue because for her, there was no problem, the two gunpla had been in stock for a while... strangely the next day my order was at the pickup point... At least customer service answers promptly on the phone. I took the risk of ordering from you again, should I expect the worst or the best? cruel dilemma

The article is supposed to be available, but it is not, it still needs to be ordered. Shipping costs even though it should be free and the actual purchase price is also too expensive. Email address does not work. Contact can only be made through a French address. No recommendation, never again!
