My initial order was dated 30/06 , and not 24/07 as mentioned by your services ... 1 gift that never arrived on time, because of an unscrupulous deliveryman ... the parcel arrived (FINALLY) on 29/07, delivered (fortunately) by another transport company ... but no gift wrapping, even though I had paid for this service ... so, rather a bad experience, as far as we're concerned

The products ordered are perfect. Packages well secured and protected. All in all, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, delivery times are often far too long (sometimes up to 4 weeks). Whereas the same products can be delivered on eBay or elsewhere in ten days or less.

I found the preparation time for my order very long.

I ordered from Germany and have received the goods [not yet unpacked - but I'm assuming the best 🙂 ] The price for the product on the website was in line with the competition. What bothered me, however: a) It was nowhere obvious to me that shipping from France would be involved. b) An inquiry to customer service was answered after 5 days, but that wasn't the most child-friendly answer either. c) My order then arrived with a good week's delay (after a 10-day wait). So all in all, at least it worked. But really good is different. The customer experience is probably different again in France, but I think it's still a bit difficult to ship to Germany.

Product protection still too weak no padding no bubble wrap, but I've already pointed this out, hoping that one fine day this will change ... maybe one day 😀

Delivery time a little "long". If certain supplies have a reputation for taking a long time, let the customer know before he places the order! Typical case of an item "out of stock"! No legitimate cause for impatience. Have a nice day.

Delivery complete but in two instalments because some items were delivered later than advertised. Communication on the subject initiated by myself. The problem is undoubtedly linked to a particular brand and does not reflect the competence of the products actually in stock. In the future, for this brand, I will look at the historical distributors.

The only site where I found the book I was looking for. Very fast shipping. However the book is damaged at the corners, this was not specified on the card. I don't think it happened in transit. It's a pity, it should have been specified.

I ordered it and paid for it, then my payment was not verified, I could order it again but it was more expensive than on offer. I then left it and ordered elsewhere and then apparently it worked with the payment and I now have two. All in all, the order tracking and communication is not good. I won't order anything else, sorry, you have to improve. I won't use the €5 voucher after my complaint.

Last week the delivery man came to my house. This week, he claimed he couldn't deliver the package even though I was there. The people at colis privé act in bad faith. As a result, I had to lose a day and go to the relay point, even though I paid for home delivery. Very disappointing.

The site was ok, but the delivery and customer service is worse than I have ever seen. Waited 6 months for all my products to arrive, and when I tried to get all but 1 product shipped after a few months of waiting, suddenly half the products were no longer available and I had to wait months more.

I'd like to see the parcel tracking again, you've accustomed me to better. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with the product.

Nicely priced Frieza second form could buy, only the packaging of the figure was completely broken (and there were also parts of the packaging missing) but the shipping box was completely good and new. So there is deliberately a broken packaging sent, if I had received extra discount I would not have cared so do other websites. But in this way it is a bit of a nasty experience, buying something new that looks like it has been played with. For the rest a nice webshop hear!

The delivery time was quite long, then turns out a product could not be delivered. Instead of simply refunding the undelivered item, the seller apparently works with a voucher to use on a subsequent order. A not very customer-oriented and old-fashioned system that only serves to benefit the seller himself.
