I don't usually have problems with my orders from 1001 Hobbies, but this order took 48 days to arrive. I think this is a one-off error that won't happen again and I hope that the missing products from my order will arrive later.
I would like to receive all my paid goods !

Delivery took longer than indicated. When I called, representative was friendly and helpful yet it took still longer than they said on the phone. In the end, I did get my order in good fashion.
My order according to information I would receive it on September 16, we are at 18 and according to the tracking that indicate me takes travel in the centers of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Benavente and in some cases it appears as several times. Yesterday at 22:00 hours it appeared again in Madrid. Understand that I can not have a good opinion of the service, be "fault" of whoever it may be. The reasons I do not know, but do not give estimated arrival information. It is not for the non-arrival of the product, but for the "movements" that they reflect. At least 4 locations as indicated by the tracking. My previous experience was pretty good, now about this one I can't say the same. I am sorry.

Unfortunately the packaging was torn and the boxes damaged, as there was no protection to block the boxes during transport. Fortunately, nothing was missing. A little disappointed with this order.

My initial order was dated 30/06 , and not 24/07 as mentioned by your services ... 1 gift that never arrived on time, because of an unscrupulous deliveryman ... the parcel arrived (FINALLY) on 29/07, delivered (fortunately) by another transport company ... but no gift wrapping, even though I had paid for this service ... so, rather a bad experience, as far as we're concerned
The products ordered are perfect. Packages well secured and protected. All in all, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, delivery times are often far too long (sometimes up to 4 weeks). Whereas the same products can be delivered on eBay or elsewhere in ten days or less.
I found the preparation time for my order very long.
I ordered from Germany and have received the goods [not yet unpacked - but I'm assuming the best 🙂 ] The price for the product on the website was in line with the competition. What bothered me, however: a) It was nowhere obvious to me that shipping from France would be involved. b) An inquiry to customer service was answered after 5 days, but that wasn't the most child-friendly answer either. c) My order then arrived with a good week's delay (after a 10-day wait). So all in all, at least it worked. But really good is different. The customer experience is probably different again in France, but I think it's still a bit difficult to ship to Germany.
Product protection still too weak no padding no bubble wrap, but I've already pointed this out, hoping that one fine day this will change ... maybe one day 😀

Delivery complete but in two instalments because some items were delivered later than advertised. Communication on the subject initiated by myself. The problem is undoubtedly linked to a particular brand and does not reflect the competence of the products actually in stock. The only site where I found the book I was looking for. Very fast shipping. However the book is damaged at the corners, this was not specified on the card. I don't think it happened in transit. It's a pity, it should have been specified.
