Hello, parcel well received, however the box is damaged and too large, the model boxes are not held correctly, so packaging problem. Fortunately, the model boxes did not suffer. On the other hand, the tiger caterpillar elements are detached from the bunches and fall directly into the box, so once again a packaging problem. A little disappointed all the same for my first order with you.
It took a little longer to arrive than indicated, and 16 days after receiving the return I still have not received my money back, the car I think q well, it was not what my husband wanted.

The games I ordered arrived damaged because the packaging was too fragile and there was little protection inside. It's a shame, because customer service is pretty understanding, so I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
Improved packaging
They have everything you would want, and the prices are not bad. Whether you get it in a week or six months is just not clear. I've been waiting months for a kit that is just in stores elsewhere, and here they push the expected delivery date up a month every month.
This time I ordered three Heller paints and a Tamiya cement. The cement was perfect, one of the paints was fine but the other two came with less quantity and quite dry. Normally the Heller paint can weighs about 13.5 grams, these two did not reach 8 grams. On this occasion mal.....y am Prime.
Delay and problems with delivery. Package all torn.
Shipping was fine. Unfortunately, the product had a flaw, which was a shame.

Some pieces were broken in the box
Initially my order was not taken into account even though I was charged for it... On the other hand, the customer service was great, the lady on the phone was patient and helped me through my problem... As for my delivery, I still haven't received it, but it's from the delivery person, so there's nothing to say except maybe I should have a wider choice of delivery people...
The delivery arrived incomplete ( one figurine out of six is missing - it should be available at the end of October... ) and there is a real lack of communication with the customer. A simple e-mail or SMS to inform of a delay would solve everything, rather than being presented with a fait accompli.
The goods were not sufficiently packaged, so the goods arrived damaged. Little communication. Not recommended.
Product came damaged if intact, was ordering dice so the only damage was the packaging and delivery took way longer than expected

The lead time was a little (a lot) too long, except that the items ordered were noted as being in stock (2 weeks)...!

I don't usually have problems with my orders from 1001 Hobbies, but this order took 48 days to arrive. I think this is a one-off error that won't happen again and I hope that the missing products from my order will arrive later.

Website is full of goods that are not available. After waiting a few months, at least I got my money back.
An order didn't get to me too long wait x shipping no chance to talk to you.
Had I not done the follow-up myself I would not have my order yet. Second time. Don't think I will order from 1001 hobbies again.
