My order according to information I would receive it on September 16, we are at 18 and according to the tracking that indicate me takes travel in the centers of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Benavente and in some cases it appears as several times. Yesterday at 22:00 hours it appeared again in Madrid. Understand that I can not have a good opinion of the service, be "fault" of whoever it may be. The reasons I do not know, but do not give estimated arrival information. It is not for the non-arrival of the product, but for the "movements" that they reflect. At least 4 locations as indicated by the tracking. My previous experience was pretty good, now about this one I can't say the same. I am sorry.

I ordered from Germany and have received the goods [not yet unpacked - but I'm assuming the best 🙂 ] The price for the product on the website was in line with the competition. What bothered me, however: a) It was nowhere obvious to me that shipping from France would be involved.
b) An inquiry to customer service was answered after 5 days, but that wasn't the most child-friendly answer either.
c) My order then arrived with a good week's delay (after a 10-day wait).
So all in all, at least it worked. But really good is different. The customer experience is probably different again in France, but I think it's still a bit difficult to ship to Germany.
