NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES Placed my order for two items that were stated as in stock with a delivery in 10 days from their US store. After I finished with the PayPal payment I was sent a conformation email that stated the items were overseas and to expect 15 business days for delivery. The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. The guy told me (I would call him gentleman or gentlewoman if he had had a minimum of modale Spain that he expected if it had only been 5 weeks. I told him that the website did not specify that. He told me in a bad way that it was obvious. I told him that he could at least ask me for the order number before assuming things. Once again in a bad mood he told me well if it makes you excited give it to me. After giving it to me he told me that if I had bought the normal non-urgent transport I could wait several more weeks. I told him correctly that there was no ticket as of September 25. He told me to talk to DHL. At this point I was already pissed off because of the bad treatment I was getting from the 'asshole' (excuse me) speaking to me in French.
