The item I ordered took two weeks to ship, then it came from France to the US, then from the US back to France, then finally was delivered in broken condition. The packaging was only the item inside of a brown box with no protection. I have reached out for a way forward on a replacement or return but haven’t heard anything. Disappointed and learned my lesson on doing business with 1001hobbies.
Material arrives in.less than what you say you sent open boxes some broken and want an opinion after emails and emails with never a response as now ... sent others but answers nothing ... I bought in a week so much and should have already left according to your rules but nothing I no longer know whether to trust seeing what I got this is the ugliest purchase I've ever made and it's a lot of money I hope you solve and answer you have customers who pay you right away with paypal ...
It took over a month for my order to arrive. I was not able to physically talk to anyone. Very bad opinion of this store
Of the last order of 7 units, 3 are missing, they have NOT arrived: the decals to 1/72 of the I-15 (I know you still have them). The decals to 1/48 of the I-16 (Moscas al ataque) and a model to 1/48 of Eduard of the type 18. I can not be happy, I hope for a solution, the order said that it came ALL.
I had a problem with the order, I tried to call, nobody answered, I sent an e-mail, they answered me after 10 days.

Unreliable site. 10 days after the scheduled delivery date, the parcel still hasn't arrived, and you have to harass customer service to get any information. You're finally promised a refund... which never arrives, as the parcel arrives without warning after 4 weeks. Not professional

Very poorly protected figurine, the box arrived very damaged in addition to a not very fast delivery time. A real shame, I don't recommend it at all.

Good, prompt delivery
When you are being pestered with an order for 11 months, ... have you paid for it (PayPal), send proof, ... they are going to make them especially for you, ... what did you order? We did not find the order number you indicated, ..., give us the account number and we will return the money, but it was never a transfer, all this after many mails, writings on your page, phone call to the number 91...., with a service like this, how can you evaluate the experience? If it would have happened to you, what would be your comment?
No information on the delivery delay and a laconic e-mail on the obligations of the buyer who placed the order....bref minimum service...

Unfortunately negative review, ordered and paid for 3 items I only received 1 item, I was told they lost my order but to date I have not received anything of the remaining order!!! To my emails I get no response!!!

I purchased a product that was being marketed for more than 900 euros as available and shipped inn48 hours , after purchase, I called for more information but found people unprepared, also the product after several days of waiting that was not being shipped was unavailable. Why do they leave merchandise on the site if.then they don't have any? Also they wanted me to exchange the merchandise for completely different one. Fortunately I was able to get a refund.
They shipped $45 worth of paint in a flimsy envelope that let paint burst all over the inside and all over the other paint cans. I attempted to reach out to them and they did respond but ghosted me soon after. Horrid experience.

It all took too long I got at least 2 or 3 messages your order will be delivered today, and then some later our apologies there is something intervened 1 time I can understand it but several times come on hey guys play with someone else's feet . And of course I'm in a bad mood on 1001 . No they should not knock on my door anymore there are plenty of serious traders.
Missing product for an order, I ask for a refund and after a month and numerous emails they tell me that the bank wants my documents, not having paid through any bank I ask which bank they refer to but they never replied
I do not recommend anyone to buy here. It is the third time that they ask for the order, I placed the order two months ago, the order did not arrive, one call after another, twenty thousand emails a day, no one knew anything, after losing a lot of time and strength I get them to send me another one which NEVER ARRIVES, I make a thousand calls again and after getting a response from one of them, they spoke to me terribly and either I spoke to them in English or they did not answer me, which left me no other choice but to make the best I could and I knew they would send me a THIRD ORDER for which I have no follow-up, no confirmation email or anything, I have never seen anything like this in my life. It should be reportable and this is already the next option in the consumer service office.
I haven't received me package to this day, you guys and hobbies1001 do nothing but ignore. So do I get my money back or are you going to take action now by sending a new one. Do something instead of doing nothing
