I find that when I order something I get to hear signs that you have not completed that I did. I find that very annoying and it takes too long for me to get my order. I find that a pity of 1001 hobbies my point is a 5.
Package send 3 weeks after time promised in description. Box came incomplete - you forgot to put one item in. You then said you cant do refund for the one item that I didn't receive, so you need to send me it again. So here I am waiting, again. I won't buy here ever again unless I will be desperate to do so.
Order error. Wrong site info. Wrong product info by phone. And no solution or commercial gesture proposed. For an order of almost 160e
If I could put less than 1 star, I would... More than a week and a half to send my order and still I had to write to activate things by threatening to put a dispute paypal. I ordered for a birthday, result I have nothing more offer the day and receiving my order surprise paintings ordered did not match. Sav not only acted in bad faith, but was also unpleasant and told me they didn't know about it, although I have a screenshot proving otherwise... I will never recommend this site again and advise you to do the same. I should have consulted the reviews beforehand, as the problem is obviously recurrent.
Item arrived completely broken and unusable.
7 display cases for model cars ordered. Put in a cardboard box without any protection. Results: 3 out of 7 broken. Discussions in progress for reimbursement and I'm asked for photos again even though I had already sent them with my first email. On top of that I have to pay 22 CHF in customs fees. Really disappointing and more.
I requested an item in the 1/24 scale catalog and when I received it it was 1/32, I requested documentation for the return and the received was wrong, I paid the difference to purchase another item and they claimed me several times the payment that was already made, as they recognized in telephone conversation, I received although late that item but then they claimed me several times the payment of the first order that they sent me wrong. It is not to be minimally happy, it was a failure after another and it is a pity because they have items that interest me but with this experience I will look elsewhere.
I placed two orders with you and both times I received a color name ordered instead of one ordered. So not too satisfied

Unfortunately, the photo was misleading, and I received the wrong product. I thought it was the old cultists that were on sale, and I got the new ones I already had. Perhaps the photo should be updated.
I would never order from this store again. I never received my item and am still waiting for my money today!

Product indicated as being available on the site, after validating my order and waiting several days, I was informed that the product was being restocked... I asked to cancel my order as the product would arrive too late, but I received no reply. In short, the product arrived after four weeks, my son's birthday had passed and everyone was disappointed. Not to mention the 10-euro fee I have to pay, which is not indicated in the item description. I'll never order from this site again!
I ordered two copies of the book Void King in hardback. They delivered two copies of the book in paperback. I checked the website. Yep, the pictures are of a hardback book. I contact them asking them to resolve the issue, they respond, tell me how embarrassing it is for them, then I never hear from them again. I guess since they got their money from me, they don’t think that they have to deliver the product they sold me. I won’t be ordering from 1001hobbies.com again
My order took over a month to arrive. Delivery time too long!

I am still waiting, after numerous e mails and assurances about it from the seller ,to receive one of the packages ordered and logically already paid for, disappointment.
Terrible. They only sent half of my order, which was damaged, the most expensive item never arrived and was never sent, they have also refused to send a replacement or send me a refund for it. I would NEVER buy from this company again and I would tell anybody else to avoid dealing with them. They also pretend they are in the UK with their website name, UK phone number and UK prices but they are actually in France. Their customer service is pathetic, the ignore you. Worst experience EVER. I lost £160 dealing with them.
Ordered a game but it came with a French explanation of the rules! Strange when you order something from a Dutch site. Emailed but not solved to my satisfaction. Will not order again soon.
I am still waiting for my order because I have no tracking number to reference. They should use serious shipping companies: who is Delivengo? I don't think I will order again.
No parcel received
Order incomplete on delivery. An invoiced item was missing because it was unavailable. They shipped as if nothing had happened. When I asked for a refund for the missing item, I was told that my order had been delivered. I explained the problem a second time: radio silence. A third e-mail to explain the situation again. Still no response other than to advertise for new products. Lack of seriousness and consideration for the customer, bordering on fraudulent.

Unprofessional and unfriendly
The model is also simple, its quality is terrible and the instructions are not in Spanish, something that should be warned. A horrible purchase, I will probably never buy anything from 1001 hobbies again.
I ordered it at the beginning of August and it arrived in mid-September after 2 failed shipments and I had to protest, without anyone telling me what was wrong 🙁

I do not recommend this site, my order was badly prepared, a product not delivered although in stock, the other products incomplete, delivery times not respected, I had to return my incomplete order and be refunded by PAYPAL, I advise you to use this method of payment in case of problems with them. They are unreachable on the phone and don't always answer quickly, or even forget to send you their replies. Added to this is a billing error, inaccurate total and a wrong parcel number, making tracking impossible! We wish you good luck!
Extremely long delivery time, ordered 24ml bottles and received 18ml. Very slow response.
Contacted via email via customer service to ask where the item is I didn't know it had to come from France but then you get such a blunt and rude response . I have pointed out to them that I am not enamored with their response . So would like to file a complaint at this point!
On August 5th I placed an order for Evergreen paints and squares. Does anyone think I would have done it if I had known it was going to arrive on September 13th? The shipment must have been sent by turtle courier, it took 10 days for the package to arrive in Paris to Spain. It took 10 days for the package to get from Paris to Spain. I don't think I will ever buy from them again.
