Too late...
The site was ok, but the delivery and customer service is worse than I have ever seen. Waited 6 months for all my products to arrive, and when I tried to get all but 1 product shipped after a few months of waiting, suddenly half the products were no longer available and I had to wait months more.

I'd like to see the parcel tracking again, you've accustomed me to better. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with the product.
Nicely priced Frieza second form could buy, only the packaging of the figure was completely broken (and there were also parts of the packaging missing) but the shipping box was completely good and new. So there is deliberately a broken packaging sent, if I had received extra discount I would not have cared so do other websites. But in this way it is a bit of a nasty experience, buying something new that looks like it has been played with. For the rest a nice webshop hear!

The delivery time was quite long, then turns out a product could not be delivered. Instead of simply refunding the undelivered item, the seller apparently works with a voucher to use on a subsequent order. A not very customer-oriented and old-fashioned system that only serves to benefit the seller himself.
On the website, the illustration does not correspond to reality. The box is different.

Quality products, user-friendly site and fast delivery. However, the soap is not up to scratch, taking over 6 months to obtain a missing part on an order.
It was not clear on the website that the item was out of stock and had yet to arrive from abroad. The promised arrival date was far from being met because of this.

I was told there was a one week delay. I was 3 weeks late, without an item that was to be an anniversary gift.
Fast delivery after ordering. Small hitch: the deliveryman couldn't find my letterbox, he was too in a hurry to wait 1 minute (stopwatch in hand), put my parcel on the letterboxes and it was stolen in less than 10 seconds (the time it took me to get down in the elevator).

No clarity when package receipts would arrive, delivery date kept getting pushed back.Finally received package well packed, but took week.
Error on an ordered article, a reference of paint was delivered instead of the one I had ordered, no refund but a credit of 5 €...not great, it just covers the shipping costs.
In my experience. On the website the specifications of the product are given loosely. I happened to buy a board game but it was not in Italian, but French. I wanted to make the return but on the site I couldn't find the page for that.
I was a bit scared because my parcel was notified as having been picked up by the recipient at my Relay point, which I hadn't done. When I got there, of course, my parcel was nowhere to be found, but fortunately another bookseller/point relay called to tell me that if I didn't come to collect my parcel, it would be sent back to the sender. I went straight there and luckily it was my order. I'm not pointing the finger at the website, but at the delivery companies, who are more and more often making a mockery of things. But all's well that ends well in my case.
It's a shame we didn't know sooner that only one of the two bunches ordered was available, and that we had to wait two months to receive the full order.

The paint does not cover the room well and does not give a good finish even after 2 coats.
Great choice of models but price too high attention to product packaging
