I was told there was a one week delay. I was 3 weeks late, without an item that was to be an anniversary gift.
Fast delivery after ordering. Small hitch: the deliveryman couldn't find my letterbox, he was too in a hurry to wait 1 minute (stopwatch in hand), put my parcel on the letterboxes and it was stolen in less than 10 seconds (the time it took me to get down in the elevator).
Disappointed, labels stuck on the jars we can't see ref: de la peinture!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my experience. On the website the specifications of the product are given loosely. I happened to buy a board game but it was not in Italian, but French. I wanted to make the return but on the site I couldn't find the page for that.
I was a bit scared because my parcel was notified as having been picked up by the recipient at my Relay point, which I hadn't done. When I got there, of course, my parcel was nowhere to be found, but fortunately another bookseller/point relay called to tell me that if I didn't come to collect my parcel, it would be sent back to the sender. I went straight there and luckily it was my order. I'm not pointing the finger at the website, but at the delivery companies, who are more and more often making a mockery of things. But all's well that ends well in my case.
It's a shame we didn't know sooner that only one of the two bunches ordered was available, and that we had to wait two months to receive the full order.

The original Trumpeter box containing the model arrived in a sorry state, the preparation for transport was not good.

Ordered Ruff Puffs and Viet Congs and APVN....it was so simple! received the Viets and instead of the South Vietnamese, a quadruple 20mm Armory. A real depth of range, with products listed as being in stock...but in reality, they are ordered from third-party suppliers. Don't be in a hurry, as delivery times can be several weeks. Free shipping only applies to chronopost and is not mentioned in their offers...at least not by Johan. What's more, I've had a bad experience with this service, and the prices are considerably higher than those of competitors. But then again, you can find everything!

Dubious advertising of the model I wanted. I asked for clarification by mail and they did not respond. I complained by phone and they told me that they would give me an answer by phone, which they never did. In the meantime, they kept sending me emails to make more purchases. Very long delay in the delivery of the product to the customer compared to their delivery commitment. It gives the impression that they are not a store, but a "hub" that receives orders from customers and then requests the product to a supplier, which greatly lengthens the delivery time to the initial customer and can not answer questions about the product because they do not have it in their store. And all this at a very expensive price, I think 1001Hobbies is one of the most expensive companies in the market and that does not compensate with the service they provide. I have voted them "regular" because in the end the model arrived to me, but I don't think I will buy anything from them again. Thank you very much.

They would literally be better off without a custome service. I assume they use a terrible AI and have no quality control, otherwise i can not make sense of the conflicting messages i got. But everything arrived. Packaging was good, delivery fast. The fact that they only have upfront payment and not paypal made me very suspicious, but its not a scam.
