Very well-stocked site, lots of choice. Prices remain reasonable. However, I have often had problems with the delivery of orders (deadline not met or order signed""delivered"" but not arrived). I have contacted customer service for information, but they have never replied.

I ordered my item and 2 days later I received an email confirming receipt of the order. 2 days after that I was notified that the item shipped and I would be provided a tracking number. 8 days later I am still waiting on my tracking number! An email to find out what happened has gone unanswered for 5 days now. At this point I am unsure if I lost my money or if this is an isolated case.
