Order went out on 04.07. The goods were then dispatched on 12.07 and the parcel arrived on 20.07. Not for impatient or last-minute birthday presents. There was nothing wrong with the parcel or the goods.

A Complaint Not a good transaction ......after two weeks the order had not even exited the 1001 facility, much less being close the being delivered. Four days ago I received a an email telling me it has been shipped and that it would be delivered shortly. (????) I would be receiving another email with a tracking #......nothing yet. This process has been far too long, especially at a the $19.95 shipping cost. Cannot give any +++ whatsoever concerning this transaction.

Merchandice was ordered and charged to my MC account 22 days ago and there has been no follow up It is stuck in Paris France with no movement I will never order from this company again. I've dealt with many online companies, but never have had to wait this long for my order. I'm not even sure I'll ever get this order and plan to send a letter to Capital One stating that I never received the merchandise ordered and want my money credited to my MC account. I'm afraid I have been ripped off for the first time ordering online.

Delays in shipment. I ordered things in past and service was good. Recently I placed an order on June 11, 2061. Got an mail stating received order and of course accepted my payment. Got another email saying I should receive order by June 22. Great, but never received the order. Had to send two emails checking on status. After you received the second email it appears that's when my order was processed. Few days later I finally got the order. Not the normal service I was used to.

From order to delivery takes way too long! This is my second order with 1001 Modelkits, and again the time from the confirmation to the actual delivery is unbelievably long. My most recent order was made on June 11 and as of this review (July 6) I still DO NOT HAVE IT! It is just a mask for a canopy on a 1:48 scale plane, and yet it cannot be delivered quicker than one month. That is just way too long. My first order was so long in being shipped and delivered that I actually had to reorder the item through another distributor and got it within a few days. Finally my original order arrived, and now I don't need it any longer. Sorry, but something has to be done about processing and shipping orders much faster.

All correct but there is room for improvement in the preparation and shipping of orders. 12 days in the preparation plus another 7 days of shipping total almost 20 days to receive an order with a weight of 16 kg.
