I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

One took two months to arrive after we had to send several emails to customer service to point out that it still hadn't arrived, even though we'd been charged.
