Very rich and complete site. Very fast delivery but packaging too fragile and a little crushed by other parcels (fortunately, the model is intact). Voucher of 5 euros received as a gift. Many thanks to them. Positive feeling in spite of everything.

A good review regarding the quality and delivery of the purchased aircraft miniature models. One big minus point: one item from HobbyMaster was described in 1:72 scale on the website but in reality it is in 1:48 scale. Normally I would give it a satisfactory score, but I don't do this because I still want to keep the item as I like it.

I really appreciated having someone on the phone to guide me through my order.

I had to wait a long time for my order because one item was apparently not available. I was then offered to split the order. So I received one part earlier and the rest will probably follow.
