Hello, what surprises me on your site is that as soon as the order is placed you debit my account, while on other sites, I am debited when I receive the goods.

The problem has been with the delivery company, they should have left it at the place of delivery on Wednesday (before Holy Thursday) and at 18.46 they were (they say) at the store and did not leave it ...the store was open for sure but they took it to the warehouse until Monday April 1st.

Delivery time too long

The surcharge for faster delivery was not justified, I expect a refund to my PayPal account. Despite changing the delivery address, the delivery was made to the "old" delivery address and thus additional costs for shipping.

The order was properly completed and delivered, but the DHL home delivery did not work well! The parcel was not left at the DHL drop-off point as usual, but was redirected to a pick-up station.

Expected shipment time was promised to be 1 week since order - turned out to be almost a month! Goods and delivery were fine.

Quality of the statue was good. Mine turned up arm had snapped off I emailed said about it got email back Getting hold of there supplier 2 weeks later still no reply. Was thinking of buying alot of the website no questioning if that's a good idea

2 months to receive the order, item errors, shipping type errors... Telephone service was good, however

Shipping times are very long. The items ordered were announced to be shipped within 1 week, they arrived after 20 days... I had to contact customer service to make sure they hadn't forgotten my order after 15 days without any news from them.

Delay between order and delivery too long. Especially for a single item, even though it is advertised as available.

The Hama Beads product is the usual one I get from other sites, but the delivery was too long, compared to others who deliver in two days. Waited three weeks and had to pick up at store they indicated. Company based in France.

I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). I would like to find more items in my genre and less wait in package delivery.

The order took so long to arrive and one item that was on back order the Autoblinda did not arrive. and the second order has still not arrived ?.

The shipping was well done. The stickers were just way too small and thus not usable.

The parcel was in poor condition on delivery and the model was out of order. I think that the models are not sufficiently secured and protected in the cartons. This is the first time that this has happened. This is a really good site that will not prevent me from recommending it again.

Very slow delivery! It's the 2'time I'm delivered in more than 3 weeks.... Otherwise great choice of parts. Thank you for allowing us to practice our passion.

3 weeks to receive my order when on the site it said 1 week. otherwise the product is very good.

Poor after-sales service

Fast shipping but I received a damaged box but the package was intact.

Strange to receive an incomplete order when I receive an email warning me that the complete order had been shipped and that in the box there is no explanation or date of shipment of the complement.

The delivery did not correspond to my order: I received a German cargo truck instead of my order for a Half TrackUS.

Instead of two weeks we had to wait 5 weeks. Very disappointed and hesitated to recommend

I didn't realise my order was coming from France, now I know why it took 2 weeks to arrive

Shipping was quick and trouble-free. But, and this is a real problem, it's a model to be assembled and all the instructions are in a foreign language (German - English) whereas the whole site is in French and I didn't see that there was a warning on this point. I complained and the site offered to return the equipment. That's a good thing. But I have to pay for the return whereas I consider that the responsibility is on their side. We'll see if they actually cancel the sale... So it's been a calamitous experience.

Hello, I received the parcel, but there is no reference or name on the paint pots. When two colors look the same, how do you choose? Also, is this water-based paint?
