Instead of simply refunding the undelivered item, the seller apparently works with a voucher to use on a subsequent order. I was a bit scared because my parcel was notified as having been picked up by the recipient at my Relay point, which I hadn't done. When I got there, of course, my parcel was nowhere to be found, but fortunately another bookseller/point relay called to tell me that if I didn't come to collect my parcel, it would be sent back to the sender. I went straight there and luckily it was my order. I'm not pointing the finger at the website, but at the delivery companies, who are more and more often making a mockery of things.
