2 weeks to receive an order is pathetic, unacceptable. A serious lack of professionalism.
I didn't even get half of my order but paid for it. I actually want my money back.
An order that took two months to arrive. If you're ordering for a birthday, plan well ahead. A plane is missing and -1001 has offered to reimburse me (we'll see if the contract is honored from start to finish).
My "gift" arrived in a jiffy bag already opened with the contents inside, compromised.
All references in stock but more than a week to receive the parcel and what a parcel !!!! A poor bubble envelope with pots of paint, a brush without any protection... I don't recommend!
Nothing delivered yet.The order was May 10.The delivery has been on the way since May 22.Reply to my message about it sometimes taking longer.Haven't had a reply to my last message yet.Calling is often in vain.I know that because of a pre order I'm still waiting for.I'm really sorry I ordered here. So bad contact and so long in transit I do not even know if it arrives. I think the good resencies are deceitful when I came with difficulty to the bad I was shocked and I find it shameful that they do nothing about it. It's not that the delivery is cheap or something just more expensive than most. For me not understandable that a company does nothing about it. 1 star is 1 too many
Shortly after placing my order, I had a snag that would prevent me from being there the week following my order. So I immediately wrote an email while the order was still being processed to ask them to postpone the delivery date by specifying the date of my return home. They replied that the item was not yet in their possession, but they were waiting for the delivery which would happen in one to two weeks and then ship it. Reassured that it would take a week minimum for supply and a few days for shipment, I did not respond again. From one day to the next, my order on their site went from "being processed" to "being delivered" without even receiving a notice that it had left their warehouse. So I rewrote an email explaining that I had previously written that I was not home and as a response I received an email saying that they had sent the package and a summary of the delivery information. In the end I personally contacted PosteItaliane shipping service and they helped me with my order. 1001Hobbies LOW SERVICE!!!

The paint pack supplied bears no relation to the model. Customer service, perfectly aware of the problem (I'm obviously not the only one), pretended to ignore it: "it's a generic pack". As a result, I have to order other paints, certainly not from this site.
I can't get sales on the phone. I've chosen a product where the site is supposed to provide the colors adapted to the theme of the model. You should know that this does not mean that 1001 Hobbies' colors are among those recommended by the manufacturer... I regret my purchase.
Totally bad. The employee doesn't speak Dutch and I still don't have the puzzle. And there is no trach and tracé and I haven't got my money back either. In short do not order anything
Very bad experience I paid for the fast shipping that was supposed to arrive within two days because I needed it urgently while the package arrived after 5 days and now I can't use it, so the purchase turned out to be useless.

I discovered the site to change my Amazon orders. As a result, it took over 5 weeks to receive a product that would have taken 2 days on the other site... And no communication apart from automatic emails "your parcel has not yet been prepared". What a shame!
I ordered 5 models. One model was built and I wrote to tell them that I wanted to return or exchange it. They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher. I will not buy again. I do not recommend it because they do not give facilities for the return.
Very bad evaluation, products arrived open, one product missing, lack of customer service, below are the dates and events that happened: 16/05 placed the order, the products were listed as available on the site 22/05 after a reminder, they indicate to me that the order has not been processed because one product is missing and they tell me that it is in restock and I can wait. After not even 10 minutes they tell me that the order will only be partially filled because they will not restock it. I accept but ask for a refund on PayPal for the missing product, in the meantime I notice the different negative evaluations and at 5:16 pm of the same day I request the cancellation of the order. 23/05 as soon as they open they tell me that the order is not cancelable(which is not true because the order is being processed and has not yet been delivered to the French post office) in the meantime to the requests for the refund they tell me that I can at most return the product and request a refund, but not the shipping costs, among other things the return costs are also my responsibility. 25/05 the order is started to process by the French post office(after I reported these delays to PayPal) 29/05 the order arrives packed at best(badly), the products are opened and not sealed in cellophane, which would have been impossible for me to make the return because the gentlemen of 1001hobbies want the product packed and sealed... 31/05 thanks to the help of PayPal I manage to get the partial refund that I had asked for.If you buy from them do not use the card or transfer, use PayPal to which go 5 stars for assistance against these pseudo sellers.Absolutely negative experience, I have already reported the fact to the play associations to which I belong, I think we will not use them again.

Correct order. Navigation on the correct page although the prices are not cheaper than in the official store so next time I will do it there. Very bad shipping. Paying 7,5€ for a shipment weighing less than 1kg and waiting 11 days when it is specified that the delivery will be made in 4 (since everything was in stock) seems to me very bad. For delay, this shipment costs 2-3€, not 7,5€. And also the envelope arrived broken and completely wrinkled and the goods deposited inside with little security, receiving blows and so on.

Bad nothing to say more delay of more than 3 months on my order no answer of the sav concerning the progress of the things and absolutely no commercial gesture.
I ordered my package two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.
Fatal, not recommended at all, the delivery was delayed 6 days after waiting a week, almost twice as long, on top of that the product came wrong, the one I ordered was a size of 8cm and they sent me one of more than 34cm. On top of that they put impediments to make the return, all bad, I do not recommend it.

Incorrect information on stock status, product availability too long. Staff not very helpful. This site already suffers from a bad reputation in the model-building world, and its team does nothing to try to improve its image, even when they receive comments on how to improve their site, which they ignore. When there's a problem, it's always the customer's fault, not theirs.
My order was 2,5 x 1000mm threaded rods, please specify that they should be straight in comments - they arrived totally bent in a 40x40 cm box in which it is impossible for them to be straight - they are useless to me money wasted.
I received damaged paint pots at home. 1 jar broken and therefore the other jars under the paint and not visible what color the jars have. During contact via email you indicate that it is your fault and not ours. You should take the paint back, but refuse to do so. Not nice to the customer. Solve something like this . so the rating is a -5
Very bad opinion, I received a different product than what I ordered and unfortunately this happened twice. I have returned the product and am still waiting to hear back regarding its replacement or a possible refund
I am sorry but twice an item was submitted that was not what was requested. Despite repeated reports nn the inconvenience has been remedied.

I didn't receive my order SCUBFJLKQ correctly. One Item was missing, then I sent an e-mail on 16/03/2023 explaining the situation and received an automatic message saying that the service 506065 was opened. But so far I didn't get any answer from 1001hobbies after 5 days.

The delivery did not contain one of the products purchased and I had to insist a lot to finally get the information that the product was no longer in stock. It would have been more honest to inform me that the product was not availableK.
Product arrived broken after taking almost a month to arrive. Emailed customer service on march 1st, got a response saying someone would get back to me (most likely automated) and still haven’t gotten a response on march 17th. Product cost me $30 with shipping, very disappointed. The mug was a gift for my dad and we still haven’t even heard anything about if they will send a replacement or refund me. Do not recommend.
