Very disappointed order 2 puzzles received only 1 and instead of having a refund directly to my account it makes me a credit while for the puzzle I walk to the heart so the credit voucherbm will not serve
Hello, Parcel received with two products instead of three as indicated on my order. No explanatory note. What I find most annoying is to get a robot on the phone. No more real contact? Too bad. A real shame.
Bad communication on how long you have to wait for your items. One of my items came in damaged.
All good in itself, but the shipping is very expensive (especially to the home) and the shipping time is also not without.

Didn't receive the pack pictured: wood glue instead of plastic glue, paints unsuitable for the model.
It does take a lot of steps to get to the right page. Also if you want to see your own order. Although half of the items were already in stock there was a wait until everything was there. Items were shipped well and neatly. But customer service is Indian English speaking. !!!

Poses as a Dutch site and supposedly sends right.... NOT! Had to wait more than 2 weeks for my stuff without being informed.... 1 time not again. Customer service also not best, already starts about not being able to cancel while you only ask for info.
Order received eventree due to transport I think .. one of the three boxes open and incomplete .. the other two items were supposed to be metal 15cm . I'm still looking for the metal and the corresponding size. Yes well disappointed ... Delivery well respected ... A bon entendeur ...
Poor-quality, expensive model.
1001 hobbies state there in the UK but they are a French based company. service was ok was told parcel would be with me by 2/3 February got it by 5th was that down to the courier or from coming so far away .
Unfortunately, one of the paint cans had opened during transportation.
The site offers a very wide range of products for modeling and collections in general but if you order something on preorder along with something in stock you may have to wait a long time so 6.5/10

I ordered 2 models of the French Bee aircraft. The delay was very long. But above all one of the two planes was broken a rear wing I am disappointed with my purchase. I therefore give it 2 stars. Yet in its original box!
Incomplete item. Unsealed box Telephone reply: not our fault (well, I'm summarizing, I'm surprised I'm still as calm as ever). Result: rubbish, I should survive for just under 17 euros. Correct delivery. Never order from them again.
Watch out for delivery times!!! Order placed on January 15 and received on February 3... I was impatiently waiting for glue, and had to wait for the last three pieces from their suppliers, which they didn't have in stock, so that I could place a single complete order. Other sites don't wait until they've received all the items before making the final shipment. A partial shipment would have been welcome... As for the rest, everything was ok and in order.
Definitely a site that offers a wide selection of items, good prices but, you can't wait two months for delivery. Definitely logistics needs to be improved.

Did not fulfill website promise. Everything was available until I placed my order and paid. Sent within the week after ordering so was not correct, it was more like 10 days and delivery after 15 days. Never experienced so 1 time and never order here again and not to mention the broken packaging ( luckily there was no damage to the order )
Cheap seller of the item, shipping a little long and packaging damaged.
40 days to receive the order. In other occasions it has not been like this, but it is very delayed. The content, as expected

Delivery time much too long. when i ordered everything was in stock. more than 10 days for delivery much too long for me.
Many delays.
An order placed on January 05. Messages received on the 15th mentioning "discounts" on a future order without further explanation. Delivery finally arrived more than two weeks later with two items missing. Request for explanation on the 20th. No reply after 7 days. In fact, I guess you have to understand that art is no longer available after the order has been placed. Why leave unavailable items on the site? As for communication, it's very "average".
