Shipping times are very long. The items ordered were announced to be shipped within 1 week, they arrived after 20 days... I had to contact customer service to make sure they hadn't forgotten my order after 15 days without any news from them.

The parcel was in poor condition on delivery and the model was out of order. I think that the models are not sufficiently secured and protected in the cartons. This is the first time that this has happened. This is a really good site that will not prevent me from recommending it again.

Shipping was quick and trouble-free. But, and this is a real problem, it's a model to be assembled and all the instructions are in a foreign language (German - English) whereas the whole site is in French and I didn't see that there was a warning on this point. I complained and the site offered to return the equipment. That's a good thing. But I have to pay for the return whereas I consider that the responsibility is on their side. We'll see if they actually cancel the sale... So it's been a calamitous experience.
