Dubious advertising of the model I wanted. I asked for clarification by mail and they did not respond. I complained by phone and they told me that they would give me an answer by phone, which they never did. In the meantime, they kept sending me emails to make more purchases. Very long delay in the delivery of the product to the customer compared to their delivery commitment. It gives the impression that they are not a store, but a "hub" that receives orders from customers and then requests the product to a supplier, which greatly lengthens the delivery time to the initial customer and can not answer questions about the product because they do not have it in their store. And all this at a very expensive price, I think 1001Hobbies is one of the most expensive companies in the market and that does not compensate with the service they provide. I have voted them "regular" because in the end the model arrived to me, but I don't think I will buy anything from them again. Thank you very much.

They would literally be better off without a custome service. I assume they use a terrible AI and have no quality control, otherwise i can not make sense of the conflicting messages i got. But everything arrived. Packaging was good, delivery fast. The fact that they only have upfront payment and not paypal made me very suspicious, but its not a scam.
No/ Few emails from you about the supply of the product. I had to go to your site to try and find some information. 6 months of waiting! -Even if it's not your fault.
I regret that only after ordering and paying can I see that it is out of stock and delivery is weeks away.

Fast shipping - competitive prices
Hello, what surprises me on your site is that as soon as the order is placed you debit my account, while on other sites, I am debited when I receive the goods.
The problem has been with the delivery company, they should have left it at the place of delivery on Wednesday (before Holy Thursday) and at 18.46 they were (they say) at the store and did not leave it ...the store was open for sure but they took it to the warehouse until Monday April 1st.

The surcharge for faster delivery was not justified, I expect a refund to my PayPal account. Despite changing the delivery address, the delivery was made to the "old" delivery address and thus additional costs for shipping.

Shipping times are very long. The items ordered were announced to be shipped within 1 week, they arrived after 20 days... I had to contact customer service to make sure they hadn't forgotten my order after 15 days without any news from them.
