First time ordering here. Excellent.

Clear website and well packaged when shipping, arrives neatly.

Received 1 1/2 months earlier than indicated. So a nice Christmas gift. Also neatly packaged. What more could you want.

Item took a little longer to ship than I expect and the box was a bit haggard but it was securely packed and undamaged. Decent price for something I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Great site

Perfect handling, they are a bit on the expensive side, but the service, and offerings are therefore without any point or coma perfect.

Seems easy enough to navigate, there are interesting articles and parts, useful little information on some articles that helps to understand.

The prices are very fair considering everything, and there are figures that I have not found elsewhere! The quality is obviously high as the figures are original, and the (free) shipping was very fast. There are *some* figures with higher prices, if you want to save money on everything you will have to buy from more sites besides this one, but I have noticed that if an order is very large the margin of savings is greater. Good service in any case, and the items arrived safely packed and without any damage.

After the tracking link said the parcel had been returned I was really concerned after then looking at some awful trustpilit reviews. Rest assured, one message to customer service and it was resent with a different courier and on the door step 2 days later. Fantastic service.

Delivery time respected, the parcel was superbly packaged and protected. The only downside was that when I asked about the status of the order, the after-sales service told me it wouldn't be available before January 2024. 3 days later, the order was delivered!
