I still haven't received my order. I sent a sworn statement that I had not received it. Since then, no news. I've been ordering from this site since 2014, and I find it strange not to hear from them at the slightest hitch.
Very poor customer service. Advise everyone not to buy from them. 4 months waiting for my refund.

Weeks of delivery time
Just received the package with the order I placed on 27/02 and opening it I found an unwelcome surprise: instead of the ordered model in the package was a card game in French. Considering the fact that I placed the order exclusively to have this model, which is now not even available on the site anymore, and that I don't know what to do with the card game, I wonder: how do we solve this problem? I have tried again and again to call alnumber but after two or three minutes of waiting with the recorded voice no one ever answers and you are invited to call back later. I wrote to the contact address, but again only the automatic reply.... Of course, the "Customer Services" chat on your homepage doesn't work either: you press on the button and it gets stuck on "charging" indefinitely. Update after a week: I finally managed to contact the company: an operator from abroad answers who is unable to get the picture, gives with pre-cooked answers and the only thing he manages to do is to activate the procedure for return and refund. I was assured by phone that I would be contacted by the shipper to pick up the package at home but, reading carefully the voucher sent to me for shipping I realized that I had to take the package to the Iteliane Post Office. Result? An hour in line just to place the package at the counter. WORST.Today, exactly one week after my shipment, I still have not received feedback from the seller.
My order was sent in two shipments and I still haven't received the second package to date.
This shipment consisted of a missing item, a 1/48 model. However, I received something that looks like Radio Control car parts. I've been waiting for a month and I don't know whether to reclaim my order or resell these parts.
Received the box I ordered with all the primers in them broken, the package was contaminated and it was stinking so much of chemicals that Royal Mail had to wrap it in a bag. Now I'm asking them fir a refund they want me to return it to them first!!! Seriously ehich carrier would ship a box contaminated with hazardous chemicals back to France? Do not buy from this company at all! Save your money and a headache dealing with the customer service.
Orders not received. Over a month to resolve the problem and it's still not over because the refund does not correspond to the amount paid. Customer service unreachable by phone and unresponsive to emails. I'd advise against it.
It says a wide range but that does not take away from the fact that the delivery takes a very long time, this will definitely be the last time I will place another order. There are more modeling shops where the range is just as large probably greater, delivered within 1 or 2 business days.
Poor instructions, especially for paint. Poor customer service as a part was broken in the pack and they say they dont make them anymore??? Finally, poor fitment. Will not buy another Trumpeter product.

At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Order placed on 25/11/2022 for Christmas. All items were marked "in stock". Received part of the order in December, another part in February and there is still one item missing which I hope to receive before 2024. No commercial gesture, no word of apology.
The car has had a steering problem where the front tires never line up, even when you use the trim on the remote control
The product took a long time to arrive; I asked for another product which arrived well after Christmas.

Order placed on 27/11/22, half received on 22/01/23 after 3 reminders. It's now mid-February and I'm waiting for the rest of my order after 2 further reminders. Vendors acting in bad faith (the site indicated immediate availability and they dare to tell me that availability was delayed by 3 weeks after a delay of...7 weeks!), incompetent (I have to tell them what they sent me to avoid unnecessary duplication. And yes, I'm not in favor of wasting time either =p). So if you want to waste your time and money, or if you like to suffer, place an order with them. Otherwise, try another business, which will in any case be much more efficient, competent and pleasant.
The web site said my order would ship within 14 days of my purchase. I received my order almost six weeks later and by the time I received it I’d already made other arrangements to substitute the cardboard models I ordered. I do not recommend 1001Hobbies to anyone.
After ordering, you receive automated emails at regular intervals asking for reviews, requests for model images, etc. Unfortunately, the unsubscribe button is useless against these spam mails!

I mistakenly bought a model airplane without a radio control , being a gift I immediately bought always another more expensive model airplane with a radio control . I asked several times to be able to return the first model airplane but received no response . I WILL NOT BUY FROM 10001 HOBBIES ANYMORE .

Order never arrived and not even refunded
My order was delayed, then when I received it most of the labels were damaged or ripped off my items. Sent a note to customer service and they did nothing. I won't ever shop with you again.
Terrible DONT BUY FROM HERE SEARCH ELSEWHERE! I got express shipping and received my order (a birthday present) a week after the party. When I contacted the company for help they basically told me they couldn’t do anything because I chose a shipping option without a tracking number. How exactly was I meant to know that express shipping didn’t come with a tracking number when it was not listed anywhere. I wasted 10$ just to receive my package on time. Very unprofessional as well , they gave me an update only when my payment went through and when my package was given to the courier but not after that I didn’t even get a notification my package was delivered (many days late) I definitely will not be putting my money into this company anymore and I suggest that you do not either. Search for the product you want elsewhere, you will most likely find it and the service will definitely be better than the one given here. I honestly should have been more careful but I only found the reviews after I had already ordered and all the negative ones had the same points. Definitely pay attention to the reviews and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
One of the products was never available. After 3 months of waiting and exchange I ask for a refund. I hope I won't have to wait so long for this one.

Very dissatisfied . My order was delivered completely broken . The miniature was damaged . Broken off from its brand platform and the mirror broken off . Also a piece was broken off the PVC display case where the model is placed and the display case was completely cracked . So this package has been seriously thrown or dropped .
Delivery was ok and quick. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the description that the GAME IS IN FRENCH and so it was returned. I have already sent 3 emails to the addresses given as I have sent the game back and I would like a confirmation of the refund of my money. I also sent the successful DPD tracking delivery. No answer or the same within 10 working days !!! Therefore, I would rather look for another provider where the customer service etc. works!
Not happy as emailed to cancel order 4 hours after ordering and was told it couldn’t be cancelled as it had been posted already. Can’t send back as will cost to much.
