During contact via email you indicate that it is your fault and not ours. You should take the paint back, but refuse to do so. Not nice to the customer. Product arrived broken after taking almost a month to arrive. Emailed customer service on march 1st, got a response saying someone would get back to me (most likely automated) and still haven’t gotten a response on march 17th. Product cost me $30 with shipping, very disappointed. The mug was a gift for my dad and we still haven’t even heard anything about if they will send a replacement or refund me. Do not recommend.

Just received the package with the order I placed on 27/02 and opening it I found an unwelcome surprise: instead of the ordered model in the package was a card game in French. Considering the fact that I placed the order exclusively to have this model, which is now not even available on the site anymore, and that I don't know what to do with the card game, I wonder: how do we solve this problem? I have tried again and again to call alnumber but after two or three minutes of waiting with the recorded voice no one ever answers and you are invited to call back later. I wrote to the contact address, but again only the automatic reply.... Of course, the "Customer Services" chat on your homepage doesn't work either: you press on the button and it gets stuck on "charging" indefinitely.
Update after a week: I finally managed to contact the company: an operator from abroad answers who is unable to get the picture, gives with pre-cooked answers and the only thing he manages to do is to activate the procedure for return and refund. I was assured by phone that I would be contacted by the shipper to pick up the package at home but, reading carefully the voucher sent to me for shipping I realized that I had to take the package to the Iteliane Post Office. Result? An hour in line just to place the package at the counter. WORST.Today, exactly one week after my shipment, I still have not received feedback from the seller.
