A truly magnificent product, but above all, exceptional customer service. In my order of 2 products, one is a pre-order to be delivered to a relay point. Except that for the parcel to be dispatched, all the products have to be in the warehouse. So I asked if it was possible to receive the product already in the warehouse. They sent it to me, but on top of that. They offered me the shipping costs. But they also delivered it to my home. I will buy from you again. Thank you

Very good recovery of the situation on a disputed file (used box, missing parts) everything came back in order after your action.

Delivery times to the UK were OK, given the added complication of Brexit, and there was a brief hold-up due to a query on the import paperwork. On arrival the kits were delivered in a box that was just about adequate, but it and the internal packing could have been better and I feel lucky that there wasn't actually any damage to the contents. Hence only 4 stars rather than 5.

The order went well and I received the goods, however I had a delay due to customs. It would be good if you could consider charging the vat from your end then I wouldn't have been charged large extra courier processing charge.
