I have received the wrong delivery
I received a different product than the one I purchased!
Long delivery times and, compared with the competition, the most expensive prices in the sector
The navigation on the site is very good and the order simple to make the fast delivery but no product corresponds to what I wanted and to make a return it is a real mission too bad I will not order more.
Took 4 to 6 months, according to me, before it was finally delivered.Had long given up on it
Two months for a model... I claim and after claiming, they send me the wrong one.
It is not clear that the order does not come from Italy, mine came from France and was not easily traceable(I happened to learn that it was in a post office, unidentified)
On 20/10 I order three items, the availability of the products would be from 31/10. I wait for the aforementioned date but nothing, one of the three items turns out to be unavailable from them and after a month long tug of war I only receive 2 of these products. Customer service is rather slow and questionable. I am now waiting for a refund for the third item.Not recommended.
I have not received what I ordered yet, I will never buy anything from this website again.
The last order, some decals for airplanes, were two small sheets with very small symbols, which do not correspond to the image in their catalog and are not even valid for 1/72 scale. A real deception. Disappointing.
It was terribly bad I had to wait way too long for an ugly tshirt. I had to send several emails before I could get a delivery. The service is very bad.
Placed an order in late September for a Halloween party. Never got anything delivered until today 8 weeks after the order obviously too late for the party. I keep it because returning and getting money back will take a year. Good lesson cheap is expensive. Bad service!
I have found the customer services team difficult to deal with and contact. The order I received was incorrect I received two Star Trek mugs instead of two model kits. I have cancelled a second order with this company because I have no confidence that I will receive the goods I paid for. Finally because the company is based overseas and I do not have a printer I cannot print returns labels and there are no instructions in my language on the paperwork to tell me how to claim a refund. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I'm very disappointed that you can send items with blown paint on one part of the body.
My order was smashed, it looked like someone stepped on it making it garbage. The box it was shipped in was flimsy and thin and would be damaged easily
One good thing: the delivery (at 8 euros, I was hoping it would be quick). Otherwise, a very bad surprise. I ordered a product presented as a metallic miniature, painted and decorated. With delivery and gift-wrapping, I got 50e. The product arrived the next day, so there's nothing to say about the delivery, but fortunately I wasted the 2e50 in the gift pack to check the product. It wasn't a metal miniature but a plastic model (not necessarily of very good quality, by the way)...of course neither painted nor decorated and with absolutely nothing supplied for assembly. I'm not going to send this package back, in fact I've already assembled the model since it was for a gift, but I ordered a decorative item and ended up with a piece of white plastic. I might as well tell you that I don't recommend a service that claims several times on an item page that it's something and then sends you the exact opposite. Still no answer from the after-sales service, maybe an update one day...
Two products are missing from the advertised delivery. And no delay for the product that is not in stock is delivered.
This company has a uk web address, but actually ships from abroad had I known id never have used them, I tried to cancel after waiting a week and was told the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. The item turned up 4 weeks after ordering. I would never use them again .
Very poor attitude to customer enquiries told me I was being “impatient” when delivery was already 4 days late then told me I was a “low priority” then told me to wait 10 to 15 days after the promised delivery date presumably before troubling them again well, guess who’s a “low priority” now - you’re so low a priority for my custom you can kiss goodbye to any repeat orders and … it still hasn’t been delivered 10 days after the promised delivery date unfortunately I can’t rate with zero stars - dont deserve even a 1 star
Did an order that wouldn't ship for a while. Cancelled that and a week later only got part of the refund! Had to push to get the rest of it. Then I stupidly did more orders. They said they'd be here by date X, but it's past that date and I have only received half of the orders! Please just avoid them. They're more hassle than they're worth
The gift wrapping was horrendous, part of the box were still showing. Both boxes were crushed because they shipped the items in bubble wrap only. How am I suppose to gift these items now?

Of negative I must say that from the date of my order,not 19 SET but first of SET,to the arrival, unexpectedly, of the product without being able to ccomunicate by phone for V/s closure, at least so answered the secretary, nor by email, so much so that PAYPAL, in attesda of V/s communication has determined to mrimborsami the expense. That said I arrived, I repeat unexpectedly, the product and I took care to call you to make payment to 1/2 transfer. So much has been my experience with you edi consequently the review

HORRIBLE experience! They sent me the wrong items and I had to pay super expensive taxes because of their mistake. They don't help to resolve the issue that they created. Very unprofessional and I am forced to fill a claim which is a big waste of time that we all could have avoided but apparently it is too hard for the seller to even respond to my messages. Unbelievable, AVOID at all cost.

Already previously order received late and a missing paint, I said nothing .... Order decals at 25 € and more they are not compliant, received almost crumpled so impossible to apply, instead of going through other dealer you'd better sell yourself your goods. I'll never order from your site again, only problems with you. Never see me again
Clusters found without packaging when the box was opened (?) and much more serious: one of the clusters corresponds to the canadair CL 215 while the others conform to the box i.e.=canadair CL415...the result is a kit that can't be assembled - the propellers don't match and the upper and lower wing halves don't fit together (one is designed for a turboprop and the other for a star engine...) - the kit is ready for the garbage can - I can't say where the fault lies? with Heller or 1001 hobbies, but the boxes were mixed up.
NEVER ORDER HERE !!!!! does not keep appointments. literally never answer the phone. Call back requests are also not made. returning something is impossible.
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE !!!!!! Bad company, delivery times not according to agreement but 4 weeks after promised delivery date, try to return a product that was not delivered properly and also they do not take that from the post. i tried to call them phone they never answer! and asked if they want to call me but that does not happen either. for warranty you can also not apply because you simply do not get contact with them.
I have not received the product, it appears again as returned, I have claimed in different occasions the delivery, by phone and email. Today I have requested a refund of the amount of my order.
Unfortunately, my review can only be negative. I ordered a toy for my 5 year old grandson who wanted it for his birthday which we celebrated the year September WITHOUT THAT GIFT!!! Order placed on August 31 with expected arrival (according to what it says on the website) on September 5 or 6. Then a new delivery date is announced (September 8). Well, today, September 19, I still have not received anything. DON'T TRUST!!!

I bought the item as a present It came looking like a dog had savaged it I PAID FOR THE PACKGI G .... DISGUSTING
After placing an order and immediately requesting that they include an item I had forgotten, they asked me for my bank information to process the additional item and include it in my order... surprise? they didn't include it. In addition, they sent me another order by mistake. After complaining on the phone I was told that my order (the good one) was also on its way two weeks before it was actually on its way. My order was shipped last Thursday 8th and I had been waiting since mid-August ... horrible, really horrible if you have an urgency as it was the case to make a delivery of a customer order and you depend on them ... they have made me lose money with their lousy management and attention.
To date after 6 weeks still have not received my order. Then I am told you have chosen non tracking shipping. Yes what does that say then! That the delivery will take months! I think it is a bad thing, also I was totally unaware that it was a non tracking shipment I just ordered the normal way.
Very bad company, does not keep delivery times as promised. Been waiting 4 weeks now for a product and still it is not on its way, a return package was not accepted and will be returned. Bad communication.
