Ordered on 5/12, got it delivered after christmas
Problem of delay in the order I wanted to cancel impossible to joindres I received the product 2 months after whereas I did not need it any more to disadvise

Item arrived damaged and company cannot be reached by phone.
When I ordered, it said on your site "immediate delivery". This made me choose your product. After a few days, I noticed that you had changed the delivery time to "delivered between 1 and 2 weeks", which I consider to be not "legit". Unfortunately, it's not me who paid the price but the person I wanted to give the gift to. I'm therefore very disappointed. Best regards.
I can not give a positive opinion , because although I made a first order that never arrived , nor did I make another that did not arrive. In fact 1001 owes me 40 € received by transfer in June 2022
As for the brushes, nothing to say. On the other hand, the refurbishing kit for my aero was not new. The needle and seal were new, but the rest had already been used. I found dried paint and the tip of the small piece in which the needle was sincerely inserted was bent. Very disappointing. Never again.
It took too long, I am not at all happy with the service, I will never buy here again.
I hate to write a bad review about model stores, but this one in particular is just not good enough. It turns out that I order three models, and for one of them they send me an incorrect reference, another model. Nothing happens, it can happen to anyone. As I keep the item intact and sealed, I take pictures and contact them to exchange it for the correct reference. As an answer they practically laugh in my face telling me that it is the same reference, all this in spite of having in front of me the attached photos of the order and of the received model. From then on, silence, they don't answer emails anymore. I am very sorry but this will not happen to me again. From now on, as much as I hate it, I will buy all these items on Amazon, which I know will offer me a better response to any problem. Run away from this French store, it is not worth the risk.

What was ordered and what was sent were two different things, I am trying to organise a return because what should have been a 20cm figure ended up being a poster
I ordered two items that were "ready to ship right away." Apparently they weren't because I received only one and the second one "due to computer problem" is not even listed in the order even though I paid for it and have a confirmation from PayPal - also the replacement order is for WRONG item even though I explained multiple times which item arrived and which is missing.

Delivery took ages and when arrived item was damaged. Contacted them for a replacement and they are refusing to do until I completely destroy the item! Never had such a request when proof has been sent that it arrived damaged. Avoid them AT ALL COST!
Very disappointed with my purchase. My order was missing an item in the parcel and a second received broken and therefore unusable.... Ordered for Christmas and received a month later, gift missed And finally after sales service non-existent, I'm still waiting for a response to the complaint I made ... I would say only one thing to flee!

Wide choice of products, but doesn't bother to reply to emails about orders placed, and shipping is much slower than with competing model-making sites. In short, a store to be avoided.
Parcel was not delivered. I received an email that there was supposedly a delivery attempt, but no one was there even though I was at home all day. I then received another email that the parcel had been delivered, but it has been missing ever since. Never again.
The original packaging of the item had no sealing seal in fact it looked as if it had been opened before the instructions were resting on top of the loggetto and not underneath as is usual for futaba. the gyroscope was free to bang around inside the box. I don't think anything more needs to be added...
Unacceptable. 4 weeks of delay with several exchanges with Customer Service during which I was promised things that were not done (preparation of the package, shipment within 48 hours, etc...). After three weeks, I decided to cancel my order and order elsewhere. A few hours after sending my cancellation request, I receive an e-mail telling me that the parcel has been dispatched, and Customer Service tells me that it's too late to cancel. And wait! There's more to come! I receive my order and there's a paint missing from the inside. Really, I don't recommend it. I understand that there can be occasional problems and before writing this message, I asked for compensation for the disastrous handling of my order. Message ignored.
Communication impossible.1 month delay in delivery without explanation despite numerous requests made by email and calls impossible because the line is always saturated. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift ordered on 22/11/22 and it arrived on 30/12/22! So I'm not satisfied! Why on the site it says delivery in 48h! It's not true at all!
Order made on 04.12.22 sent on 21 after several reminders. Fortunately received on 23 but package opened and 1 product missing. Difficult to refuse the parcel on Christmas Eve.
Refund request since December 20 and still no refund.

I strongly advise against it. Late orders, missing and non-compliant products - in short, nothing works... Customer service more than dubious if not non-existent... I placed my first order from them and the package didn't even arrive, so did the refund of what I paid.
Once again, an experience not to be lived, a delivery which is lost, another reedited, then which is not delivered, the 1st order, which is found, then delivered with 3 weeks to wait, but the delivery is incomplete, misses 1 article, they had forgotten it, then after a commercial gesture of 5 €, a misery, and finally the delivery of my brushes, one month after the order, too late I did not need any more, I made otherwise since the order did not arrive.

Outrageous. I'm going to ask for a refund because I wanted to cancel my order 10min after seeing it made and had no customer feedback despite my emails. I then saw that you only offered a refund in the form of a credit note with return at cost. This is the 1st and last time I will use your site and count on me to speak badly of your site to my friends and family. Even worse, I see that I can't give you 0 stars. Bunch of rats.
So, first of all, they never answer the phone then, my order took 3 weeks to arrive, they had lost the package, then they reissued an order, at this time I do not know where it is, then I received my package, the 1st order that was found, but then oh surprise, there was an item missing, surprised they were going to send me another, to make a commercial gesture that I asked them for more, because they hadn't thought of it, they offered me, careful eyes it stings, a voucher for 5 euros, yes 5 EUROS, it scares the hell out of me, apart from that everything's fine.
Long delay in delivery, more than 15 days.
