Unfortunately, one of the paint cans had opened during transportation.

The site offers a very wide range of products for modeling and collections in general but if you order something on preorder along with something in stock you may have to wait a long time so 6.5/10

For the second time, item delivered does not correspond to the order

Parts are missing from the box, the parts are not numbered, I reported it by phone and was told I would be called back, no call back.

Nice site, some things hard to find, price interesting only on sale. But if they are on sale then they really are on sale

I ordered 2 models of the French Bee aircraft. The delay was very long. But above all one of the two planes was broken a rear wing I am disappointed with my purchase. I therefore give it 2 stars. Yet in its original box!

Incomplete item. Unsealed box Telephone reply: not our fault (well, I'm summarizing, I'm surprised I'm still as calm as ever). Result: rubbish, I should survive for just under 17 euros. Correct delivery. Never order from them again.

Watch out for delivery times!!! Order placed on January 15 and received on February 3... I was impatiently waiting for glue, and had to wait for the last three pieces from their suppliers, which they didn't have in stock, so that I could place a single complete order. Other sites don't wait until they've received all the items before making the final shipment. A partial shipment would have been welcome... As for the rest, everything was ok and in order.

Definitely a site that offers a wide selection of items, good prices but, you can't wait two months for delivery. Definitely logistics needs to be improved.

Did not fulfill website promise. Everything was available until I placed my order and paid. Sent within the week after ordering so was not correct, it was more like 10 days and delivery after 15 days. Never experienced so 1 time and never order here again and not to mention the broken packaging ( luckily there was no damage to the order )

Cheap seller of the item, shipping a little long and packaging damaged.

40 days to receive the order. In other occasions it has not been like this, but it is very delayed. The content, as expected

Model too expensive

Delivery time much too long. when i ordered everything was in stock. more than 10 days for delivery much too long for me.

Many delays.

An order placed on January 05. Messages received on the 15th mentioning "discounts" on a future order without further explanation. Delivery finally arrived more than two weeks later with two items missing. Request for explanation on the 20th. No reply after 7 days. In fact, I guess you have to understand that art is no longer available after the order has been placed. Why leave unavailable items on the site? As for communication, it's very "average".

Long waiting times

Correct delivery: After a slight hitch due to an unforeseen restocking problem, the item finally arrived before Christmas.

Continued to receive e mails asking me to verify and complete my purchase, even after I had received the item. I was told this was a 'bug' and had been removed, however, I still continued to receive them after this, also an e mail told me the item was coming into stock from a warehouse, even though it was listed as being in stock on their site, not very impressed. I won't be using them again.

The packaging of the 'item ordered was poor, the package containing the item jolted inside the box because there was only a sheet of paper as padding.

Incomplete order, one of the items unavailable... No news, I had to call for several days to get through to someone. The refund was nevertheless made one month after the order...

No news of my order which has been in supply since November.

The package took a long time to arrive and the tracking was also lost for a long time by customer service who could not inform me of the location of my package. In any case, the package arrived, albeit very late, at its destination and complete with everything.

We ordered WW2 bombs for an art project. We considered them fairly pricey but they were a necessary part of the project. It took months to get them putting the project way behind. But the worst part was when they came. They weren’t just small, they were super tiny. They looked like the remnants of the plastic and not the actual object. Totally unusable but by the time we would have paid for return shipping it would not have been worth it. They ended up in the trash as totally unusable and we wasted nearly $80!

Ordered on 14/12/23, delivered on 10/01/24, nicely packed, delivery time did take a long time, good communication via email about this. Everything can always be better of course....

Order placed on november 16 collected mid december

The products are OK because conform, the packaging is nickel, the delivery was bcp longer than announced too bad.

I had no trouble navigating the site, which is very complete to satisfy both the young and the not-so-young. The only downside was that delivery took a very long time: I ordered on November 30, for a birthday on December 17, and I received the package by e-mail on Sunday, December 17, even though the worldwide relay point was closed! fortunately, I live in a small village, and the shopkeeper was extremely kind to come and open the door on purpose so that I could give the cake as a present!

They take a long time to send things and one item did not come in the package.
