I had to cancel my order because it never happened in 3 weeks I had only 1 figurine out of 3. Figure that I received because I yelled once. I'll have nothing to offer at Christmas and the refund money is still not in my account. Spoiler, it's december 24th, and the only figurine I received is in a dented box, which makes it super clean to give as a christmas present. Thank you 1001hobbies, it will be a great party!
The service is good but I can only give 2 stars because I received the board with part of the decalcomanies removed. How can I do history in these conditions?

The parcel arrived late and at the wrong address
Good delivery times, but high delivery charges.
I left many messages to customer service, asking you to change the delivery address because I was moving. Finally I contacted an operator to do it and she told me that everything was ok, that she had changed the address. It was a lie because it was still delivered to my old address and I had to call in favors to have it delivered to the new tenants.
Hard to plug into my battery
One brush, without tubular protection, was "stuck", on the bristle side, in the bubble-paper, while the second, of the same reference, was fitted with its protection. On the plus side: fast delivery.
Search bar makes navigating the website easy if you know what you're looking for. Otherwise I don't know. Had no problems with my order. Took a bit to get here but that's because it traveled from one country to another.

I give this site only 2 stars because I had ordered 7 models, but I only received 6, the B-29 superfortresses scale 1/48 from revell I did not receive in the package. Then I sent another mail but I have not had a reply back ! So I don't know where this m9del construction box has gone ! The package itself was undamaged though and all the model kits were tip top in order. The package was also delivered very fast.
A vast and varied catalog, and fast shipping. But considering the shipping costs and the type of items, you'd expect careful packaging... but no, not for me this time. So I'm a little disappointed on this point.

The site gives the impression that it is UK based, both with the web address and stock advertised in sterling. It also offers free shipping. However the goods are despatched from France and that opens up an unexpected can of worms with import duty etc. The result is that the items cost an extra £78! None of this was made clear at purchase.

It's a pity that a label added to the tamiya paint pots completely obscures the reference. It's difficult to remove, and rips off the one underneath.
