No complaints. Very careful packaging and I was even able to add a product even though my order had already been placed. Very efficient after-sales service. Rather complete site with lots of choice. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I find the product information sheets almost non-existent and lacking in information.

Delivery times to the UK were OK, given the added complication of Brexit, and there was a brief hold-up due to a query on the import paperwork. On arrival the kits were delivered in a box that was just about adequate, but it and the internal packing could have been better and I feel lucky that there wasn't actually any damage to the contents. Hence only 4 stars rather than 5.
