There was some confusion regarding my order of over 10 figures, and the order ended up being separated into several, but the staff were polite and patient throughout our correspondence. The issues were solved and the figures have all now arrived well packaged, and look great on display. I’ll definitely be using 1001 for my figures going forward.

Bonjour , maquette commander sans problème , le seul soucis c'est le temps d'attente pour la livraison presque 15 jours alors que d'autre site livre entre deux et 5 jours maxi même les Belges livre plus vite . si non a part cela on est prévenue de l'arrivée du colis si non un bon site de maquette qui reste pas donner niveau prix.

Delivery times have always been respected since I've been a customer, the packaging is solid and well cared for, and in the event of problems or questions the replies by e-mail are very responsive, which is really a plus, not to mention the wide choice of models and various materials. Found this site through Google. Very easy to navigate and had just want I wanted at the right price. Shipping tracking was off but for the better. Order showed up earlier than it was supposed to. Overall very good experience.

A wide variety of unusual vehicles and equipments to choose from, with good turnaround times on out of stock items. Trans-Atlantic shipping speed is good, and orders arrive packed well, so no damage. The website search engine sometimes gets a little snarky with the results, and sometimes the individual category listings have the wrong picture attached to them, but this is rare. It's really eye-opening just what is available in the plastic model world, and 1001 hobbies does a good job of bringing this to the modeler's attention.

The miniatures were different than I expected but they're perfect for what I need anyway. The shipping was also fast.
