I'm sorry to tell you that the 3 pots of yellow were dry and I couldn't use them, so I'm not very happy. Can you do anything?
I am not convinced with my item and they do not allow me to return it for free. For my part I will not buy more on this website, high prices and ads that do not detail the items well, at least in my case, and leads to mistake in the purchase.
One of the items arrived in bad condition and I can't contact customer service for replacement
Item arrived 2 weeks late even with a £7.99 delivery fee! I requested a refund for the delivery but this was declined.
The product was not great. the price was outlandish and the whole thing was a rip off. The cost to return it was $270.00 to get it there in time. We will not be doing this and so have just written the whole thing off to experience. We will not deal with 1001 hobbies ever again.
Order placed on Nov. 8, received on Dec. 13, couldn't take longer, otherwise everything canceled!
I bought a fragile collectors item. This was shipped in an envelope while I paid enough for decent shipping... As a result, the product was damaged!
We sent the box with the model wrapped in bubble wrap and, of course, the box was delivered half-crushed. Fortunately, the box is too big for the contents, which were able to slide out and were not damaged!
Order placed on November 11 and received on December 2. Only after order confirmation appears the actual stock of the purchased items, which justifies the long wait for receipt of goods. Upon opening the package , one item is missing, immediately reported as required by the site. The phone number marked as phone contact has perpetually an answering machine that does not even put you on hold " due to traffic I mean of the phone lines " and how do I communicate ? I still have an order placed on November 23, also delayed due to lack of items in stock reported after payment is order confirmation. I will never use this site again and do not recommend it because of the total lack of communication and transparency.
Ordered items as gifts in October, now December not received the items and no contact from 1001 about any problem, I contact them to be told I won’t be getting my order, no real explanation why, Very disappointed as the items were gifts Not happy
Shipment in one week instead of 24h on the site brand in stock, difficult navigation and not clear so I took the artr instead of the rtr, price too high so with the addition of the radio I find myself at the normal price, (ordered during black friday sav indicates in stock around 8/12 and delivered 3/12, it was my first order, it will be the last.
After I bought it, the price dropped by half, even though they were offering black Friday discounts.
I have only received one section in the delivery of the order, and I am claiming the second one.

The navigation on the site is very good and the order simple to make the fast delivery but no product corresponds to what I wanted and to make a return it is a real mission too bad I will not order more.

Two months for a model... I claim and after claiming, they send me the wrong one.
It is not clear that the order does not come from Italy, mine came from France and was not easily traceable(I happened to learn that it was in a post office, unidentified)
On 20/10 I order three items, the availability of the products would be from 31/10. I wait for the aforementioned date but nothing, one of the three items turns out to be unavailable from them and after a month long tug of war I only receive 2 of these products. Customer service is rather slow and questionable. I am now waiting for a refund for the third item.Not recommended.

The last order, some decals for airplanes, were two small sheets with very small symbols, which do not correspond to the image in their catalog and are not even valid for 1/72 scale. A real deception. Disappointing.
It was terribly bad I had to wait way too long for an ugly tshirt. I had to send several emails before I could get a delivery. The service is very bad.
Placed an order in late September for a Halloween party. Never got anything delivered until today 8 weeks after the order obviously too late for the party. I keep it because returning and getting money back will take a year. Good lesson cheap is expensive. Bad service!
I have found the customer services team difficult to deal with and contact. The order I received was incorrect I received two Star Trek mugs instead of two model kits. I have cancelled a second order with this company because I have no confidence that I will receive the goods I paid for. Finally because the company is based overseas and I do not have a printer I cannot print returns labels and there are no instructions in my language on the paperwork to tell me how to claim a refund. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I'm very disappointed that you can send items with blown paint on one part of the body.
My order was smashed, it looked like someone stepped on it making it garbage. The box it was shipped in was flimsy and thin and would be damaged easily
One good thing: the delivery (at 8 euros, I was hoping it would be quick). Otherwise, a very bad surprise. I ordered a product presented as a metallic miniature, painted and decorated. With delivery and gift-wrapping, I got 50e. The product arrived the next day, so there's nothing to say about the delivery, but fortunately I wasted the 2e50 in the gift pack to check the product. It wasn't a metal miniature but a plastic model (not necessarily of very good quality, by the way)...of course neither painted nor decorated and with absolutely nothing supplied for assembly. I'm not going to send this package back, in fact I've already assembled the model since it was for a gift, but I ordered a decorative item and ended up with a piece of white plastic. I might as well tell you that I don't recommend a service that claims several times on an item page that it's something and then sends you the exact opposite. Still no answer from the after-sales service, maybe an update one day...
Two products are missing from the advertised delivery. And no delay for the product that is not in stock is delivered.
This company has a uk web address, but actually ships from abroad had I known id never have used them, I tried to cancel after waiting a week and was told the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. The item turned up 4 weeks after ordering. I would never use them again .
Very poor attitude to customer enquiries told me I was being “impatient” when delivery was already 4 days late then told me I was a “low priority” then told me to wait 10 to 15 days after the promised delivery date presumably before troubling them again well, guess who’s a “low priority” now - you’re so low a priority for my custom you can kiss goodbye to any repeat orders and … it still hasn’t been delivered 10 days after the promised delivery date unfortunately I can’t rate with zero stars - dont deserve even a 1 star
Did an order that wouldn't ship for a while. Cancelled that and a week later only got part of the refund! Had to push to get the rest of it. Then I stupidly did more orders. They said they'd be here by date X, but it's past that date and I have only received half of the orders! Please just avoid them. They're more hassle than they're worth
The gift wrapping was horrendous, part of the box were still showing. Both boxes were crushed because they shipped the items in bubble wrap only. How am I suppose to gift these items now?

Of negative I must say that from the date of my order,not 19 SET but first of SET,to the arrival, unexpectedly, of the product without being able to ccomunicate by phone for V/s closure, at least so answered the secretary, nor by email, so much so that PAYPAL, in attesda of V/s communication has determined to mrimborsami the expense. That said I arrived, I repeat unexpectedly, the product and I took care to call you to make payment to 1/2 transfer. So much has been my experience with you edi consequently the review

HORRIBLE experience! They sent me the wrong items and I had to pay super expensive taxes because of their mistake. They don't help to resolve the issue that they created. Very unprofessional and I am forced to fill a claim which is a big waste of time that we all could have avoided but apparently it is too hard for the seller to even respond to my messages. Unbelievable, AVOID at all cost.
