The shipping is very slow. When I received it I didn't remember what I had ordered. I ordered only paint so I can't comment on the rest.

Small problem of packing if possible to put a paper kraft not to see the model in addition to the bubble I thank you for avnce

Second time ordering, absolutely satisfied with the product quality and ease of ordering with both orders. For USA customers, this stuff is coming from France so don't be worried if the promised ETA tracking date is off by a week or so. Probably stuck in customs but it WILL arrive, and it will be packaged securely and worth the wait!

Price performance in order. Only the parcel tracking is only in French and cannot be accessed in German.

Usually everything usually goes well, but in this last order I ordered two units of the same display case. They sent me only one of them in a separate package from the rest of the order and they didn't know anything about the other one. About a month ago I contacted them to see how we could solve it, they told me that the amount would be credited to my account and to this day they still don't know anything.

Very good site on which I managed to find parts for my old scale models dating from the 80s.

I had a few problems because the glue bottle had the cap unscrewed and was therefore almost completely empty. But hey, that can happen. But the 1001hobbies after-sales service made all the difference! I contacted them and within a day they sent me a new bottle of glue as a replacement! Honestly top of the range service, bravo!!!!
