Bad service, 2 out of 3 orders I have not received despite several reminders!!!
Already previously order received late and a missing paint, I said nothing .... Order decals at 25 € and more they are not compliant, received almost crumpled so impossible to apply, instead of going through other dealer you'd better sell yourself your goods. I'll never order from your site again, only problems with you. Never see me again
Clusters found without packaging when the box was opened (?) and much more serious: one of the clusters corresponds to the canadair CL 215 while the others conform to the box i.e.=canadair CL415...the result is a kit that can't be assembled - the propellers don't match and the upper and lower wing halves don't fit together (one is designed for a turboprop and the other for a star engine...) - the kit is ready for the garbage can - I can't say where the fault lies? with Heller or 1001 hobbies, but the boxes were mixed up.
NEVER ORDER HERE !!!!! does not keep appointments. literally never answer the phone. Call back requests are also not made. returning something is impossible.
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE !!!!!! Bad company, delivery times not according to agreement but 4 weeks after promised delivery date, try to return a product that was not delivered properly and also they do not take that from the post. i tried to call them phone they never answer! and asked if they want to call me but that does not happen either. for warranty you can also not apply because you simply do not get contact with them.
I have not received the product, it appears again as returned, I have claimed in different occasions the delivery, by phone and email. Today I have requested a refund of the amount of my order.
Unfortunately, my review can only be negative. I ordered a toy for my 5 year old grandson who wanted it for his birthday which we celebrated the year September WITHOUT THAT GIFT!!! Order placed on August 31 with expected arrival (according to what it says on the website) on September 5 or 6. Then a new delivery date is announced (September 8). Well, today, September 19, I still have not received anything. DON'T TRUST!!!
No shipping tracking was provided. It was claimed to be posted by PostNL which has track and trace , totally unsatisfactory
I bought the item as a present It came looking like a dog had savaged it I PAID FOR THE PACKGI G .... DISGUSTING
After placing an order and immediately requesting that they include an item I had forgotten, they asked me for my bank information to process the additional item and include it in my order... surprise? they didn't include it. In addition, they sent me another order by mistake. After complaining on the phone I was told that my order (the good one) was also on its way two weeks before it was actually on its way. My order was shipped last Thursday 8th and I had been waiting since mid-August ... horrible, really horrible if you have an urgency as it was the case to make a delivery of a customer order and you depend on them ... they have made me lose money with their lousy management and attention.
To date after 6 weeks still have not received my order. Then I am told you have chosen non tracking shipping. Yes what does that say then! That the delivery will take months! I think it is a bad thing, also I was totally unaware that it was a non tracking shipment I just ordered the normal way.
Very bad company, does not keep delivery times as promised. Been waiting 4 weeks now for a product and still it is not on its way, a return package was not accepted and will be returned. Bad communication.

Package not delivered even though the post office confirmed in their colissimo tracking message that they had left it in my mailbox.

It has been almost 20 days and I have not received my package, according to them it would arrive in 6 days. I am very sorry but I will not buy from this website again.
Poor communications and not client focused - 1001 hobbies delivered the wrong item, never answered my questions directly and only started responding when I forced them to do so through PayPal. They never confirmed they could in fact deliver the item ordered (which was listed on their site as available well after I notified them of their mistake and asked for the correct item to be delivered), and where only focussed on the return of the wrong item. Their refund covered the cost of the item only, not the shipping costs, even though the error in sending me the wrong item was entirely theirs. They pose as a firm with offices in NL but are located in France. I was unable to contact them at the number they give on their website. All in all, one of the poorest e-commerce experiences I ever had. I won't buy from them again.
My order was sent in a envelope, it should have been sent in a small box with bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts. So unfortunately one of my pilots was damaged.

Takes way too long to receive your order
I simply did not receive the item and no response to my emails and phone answering "closed"

I'm getting tired (to put it politely) of your repeated e-mails every time I make a purchase! I've already told you: each email is the equivalent of a 40-watt bulb burning for 24 hours. You'll have to ask the "cadsup" who runs your sales department how many heatwaves, glacier melts and forest fires he needs before he understands, or if he'd rather have his children explain to him in 20 years' time how effective his sales strategy has been, climatically speaking. In the meantime, as far as possible, I'll avoid buying from you in the future, just so I can explain to him right away how effective it was, commercially speaking.
The level of customer support is appalling. Immediately after placing the order, I needed to cancel it, and looking at the order information, it was awaiting packaging, and not shipped. Despite me contacting them via email and phone, they simply refused to help, to the point that they were rude and condescending. Due to the web address being a .co.uk address, and a UK phone number, I assumed they were a UK based company, but they are based in France, so if I return it, I have to pay high postage fess. Not at all impressed with how they handled this, and I would strongly advise avoiding this unhelpful and difficult company
I made the return under the conditions of the right of withdrawal. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. I'm disappointed with the customer service.

Very slow on orders. A lot of problems.
Light packaging for delivery: bubble wrap to wrap the box. Defective product. I sent an email but got no reply. Not happy.
They sent me a different item, not what I ordered! It looks they don't know the products they sell and manufacturers. I received refound sending the product back, but if I order something I expect to receive what I order, not to receive another thing and then waste my time to send it back and wait for refound. Very bad experience!

Not reachable by phone, emails are not answered. And after contact request there is still no contact. For a return. 1 delivery that was good was delivered nicely though and was good.
I placed the order on July 6th and it has not arrived yet, it is August 9th, I am trying to get in touch via email but there is no way, I have sent 3 or 4 emails already and no answer, it seems that I have lost my money ordering here.

Unable to deliver 1 box of soldiers in 1 72. Sent me 2 boxes in 1 35. Not serious at all. Not about to order, will go and see the competition.
Package came from France to the United Kingdom in only one layer of bubble wrap as packaging, no box at all! As a result my item, which was a collectors piece, was damaged very badly. To add insult to injury they also taped my other item to the collectable items box, damaging it further. I contacted them but have had no reply so far, I wouldn't recommend 1001 Hobbies.
Pity I didn't search the web before I bought it as I could have got it cheaper. But now for each model I think I would like to build I have googled them and if the model is not considerably cheaper for similar priced ones you can get them without paying postage. Sorry I will not use you again unless I am desperate and watch out for 2 month delivery
