No opinion ..up to now I've always been satisfied but this time a box of horsemen figurines was missing .
Product ok but delivery too long (more than 3 weeks against 1 week announced) and incomplete because 1 of the products was out of stock but nothing mentioned when ordering. Another point for improvement: customer service is very difficult to reach for complaints.

I didn't see the out-of-stock condition on the latter, as the information was not very visible and displayed a green dot, even though the item was out-of-stock... So I discovered the 3 week wait, even for the second item in stock, when I confirmed my order. The car was used and the packaging was broken.
My problem is more with the distributor of Tamiya paints who covers the color reference with a sticker concerning precautions for use, for the processing of my order, delivery time a little long, order placed Friday 10, available the 16 cordially
It's a pity that a label added to the tamiya paint pots completely obscures the reference. It's difficult to remove, and rips off the one underneath.

The purchase, payment and delivery went very smoothly. 5 figures and 2 caps were ordered. As a few of them are intended as Christmas presents, I accepted the surprising surcharge for "gift wrapping". The fact that everything was now very badly and without any feeling wrapped in a large wrapping paper (torn, unsuitable, wrinkled) "was also very surprising. At Müller they wrap everything beautifully and tightly, even with mesh, free of charge... This is a service where I like to shop again. The wrapping paper is now in the bin and my money for it is of course gone... Apart from one cap, the goods are fine. The cap in question was full of marks (dirt), disgusting, but wash it once under the shower and it should fit again, otherwise the complaint will be made. At such a price, with a company where you would expect them to make an effort to offer that little extra, I had hoped for individually packaged, above all beautifully packaged and maybe a little nerd touch. Here I buy, pay, that's it. Impersonal, loveless. Leave out the wrapping paper! Don't expect a bonus. Buy, accept, check.

Poor delivery, damaged parcel and poor packaging
Correctly packaged product, but logistics took too long for overseas shipment.
The site said ... item in stock, which is why I ordered it. Afterwards it turned out to be out of stock and I had to wait another 2 weeks. Had I known that I had ordered it somewhere else

Mostly clear directions although further transfer pages not obvious. Good, but slow, response through French system seemed elaborate.

For the second time, the order was not honored on time. A commercial gesture has been made, but a more precise updating of the site should avoid this kind of disappointment.
Overall decent company with fast processing and delivery. -2 stars because they sent one of the wrong items. When I brought it up they offered me a future discount which wasn’t even worth the cost of shipping.

Wrong information with the article on the site so I couldn't do anything with it, and the previous order was damaged. Get a refund of 10€ while the article cost over 30€...2 out of 4 were still broken. Still order something again, wrong info was on it.... 1st couple of orders went well but now they have dropped out anyway. Screwed up 2x in a row. I will order elsewhere from now on.

The part delivered is not the one ordered.
The delivery has already not reached the warehouse on time, okay happens when stocks run out exactly when you order. Still unpleasant. Then there was no feedback for quite a while until the parcel was sent, then there were further delays that were only communicated later, the tracking page didn't update and then the parcel suddenly arrived. However, the notification was also delayed (1 1/2 hours later). Until then the order was in the stairwell. It has arrived and the parcel itself shows no damage. I suppose that all in all it was stupid coincidences that have little significance about the seller and the supplier, but I could have had it on other sites for a small surcharge with less stress and faster. A real shame.
When I placed my first order, everything went smoothly. But for this parts order on September 25 and 30 (parts available within 1 week) after 15/20 days still no shipment. I learned on October 16 that the parts had not been ordered from the supplier... in the end I had to wait almost 1 month for 3 references available within 1 week. The last reference was missing, and without any delay, I asked for a refund on this part and for the other 2 references to be shipped. Even for the cancellation, refund and shipment, I had to call them 3 times, raising the tone on the last call to get everything done... disappointed, unfortunately, for this major problem.
Foreign-language instructions without translation and gift-wrapping charges invoiced but not requested.

Almost 3 weeks to receive paints that are reported in stock, I find this very average. With for only information, an email, each week which informs me that my order was not yet prepared... and to finish no sign of the customer service, nor any compensation...

Item noted available on site. Received several weeks after ordering. Product arrived well packed and as described.
The item was bought on Sept 12th but only arrived on Oct 25th and only after 2 emails and a message on Instagram dm. I bought it to give as a birthday gift and it arrived after the date. Definitely will never buy in the store again and will not recommend it.
