Part in stock on the site with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks (order placed in August, staff on vacation, understandable), problem, the part is in stock, but with the supplier who...is in England. order received at the end of September, beyond the expected lead time, I understand that 1001 hobbies is dependent on its supplier and English customs, but not to display product in stock. I would like to thank the person I spoke to on the phone, who gave me an explanation and made a commercial gesture, and who was also waiting for his orders (taken "hostage" by British customs/ long live Brexit. Sincerely
The site, and journey within it was fine. The only issue I have is the French element which seemed unnecessary to me. Good service. Thank you.
High price compared to the other two sites I use
I did receive my last parcel, but it wasn't packed well enough. My product was badly damaged! I hope that you will solve this packaging problem with, for example, cardboard and bubble wrap.
We had a reception problem: the parcel never arrived. 1001hobbies took care of it. It took a long time (order at the end of June and reception in September) but in the end, I received my parcel at home. Thank you for your help.

The order has FINALLY arrived
When I placed my order, I would have liked to have been informed of the zero stock and that my payment would only be cashed when the order was dispatched... Fortunately, the order did not exceed 8 days.

Yours is the MOST confusing hobby site I've ever visited. It just POORLY organized. THERE IS NO LOGICAL METHOD WHEN IDENTIFYING A PRODUCT.
Perfect product. Shipping and receiving time a week longer than expected and tracking information with 1001hobbies very scarce and they do not answer what you ask them, customer service leaves to be desired.
Quick order acknowledgement. Then radio silence. If I hadn't followed up, I don't know when we would have been delivered!

Nothing to say about the order. Well packaged, well protected, no worries. The tracking information was completely off the mark... that's a bit embarrassing.

I waited more than a month for a piece that I needed and bought more things to get free shipping. in the end they told me that they don't have them and they won't have them anymore. I got pieces that were not important for me, but in the invoice there were also things that I didn't get.in the end a lot of waiting, they sell something that they do not have, they invoice things that they do not send you, and all that waiting more than a month, I ordered everything in another store in poland, super hobby, and it arrived in 4 days, I give 2 stars for having someone in customer service department who spoke in Castilian if you can not speak French, that the store is in France.

The plush is perfect but the delivery needs to be improved. I received my parcel 1 month and a half after ordering it.

Wrong driver and 1 parcel missing
There's a banner on the site informing us of delivery times of 24 to 48 hours. For just under 9 euros I was delivered after 14 days. When I asked about the tracking of my order, which was supposed to contain only in-stock items, the reply I received simply informed me that preparation had been delayed and that my order would be prepared quickly. In the end, I received my order with one item less, obviously no longer in stock at the time of preparation. I therefore have a credit note valid on a merchant site that I don't really want to order from any more.
Order incomplete, reported by mail awaiting a return
À l'avenir je souhaite être contacté en Français. Ma commande passée le 24 août a été livrée le 11 septembre, ce délai est beaucoup trop long. Cela est justifié par un article manquant pour lequel j'ai reçu une note de crédit sous la forme d'un bon à valoir... une note de crédit implique un remboursement et aucune autre formule n'est acceptable. Compte tenu de la médiocrité du service je n'ai pas l'intention de faire usage de ce bon à valoir. D'autant plus que si j'en fais usage, je serai facturé des frais de livraison. Pour info, ces produits sont disponibles sur d'autres sites de vente et en général 30% moins chers.
When they don't have the product, stressing the wait
It's the delivery that spoils everything because the rest is fine, just as I wanted it. But the package I received was open. Nothing was missing but it looks bad as a first impression I even took a photo.
