Usually everything usually goes well, but in this last order I ordered two units of the same display case. They sent me only one of them in a separate package from the rest of the order and they didn't know anything about the other one. I had a few problems because the glue bottle had the cap unscrewed and was therefore almost completely empty. But hey, that can happen.
