You advertise as 1001hobbies.co.uk but I had to pay import duties of £80.00 How do you think I feel about you
Ordered 1 box of soldiers in 1/72 and received the same box in 1/35 twice after almost 3 weeks. Not serious at all, especially after being wrong 1 time and making the same mistake again. I'm not about to recommend your company and would like a full refund for my order.
I received a Mickey puzzle, but the picture on the website is of cats. I wanted the cats. Disappointed because the photo and the title don't match.
Part of the order does not correspond to what was purchased. I have already sent two emails to customer service and they have not answered me.
Page not recommended at all after a month of waiting for an order that said 2 to 3 days I got the figure that was not instead of sending the expensive version they charge you as if it were that and send you a normal one.
After placing the order a month ago, I still have not received the package.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is. Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.
Problem with IBAN number on prepayment (Hobbies error). No reply by e-mail until after a reminder from the bank.
1. I didn’t get all the products ordered 2. You don’t reply to the emails that I’ve sent regarding my order 3. My package was wrapped poor and the box of the product is damaged 4. I don’t think this review will be published
Customer service really sucks, you can tell they send your messages ASAP with standard replies. Without taking the time to read through and help you properly. Haven't come across such Customer Service since years.

Poor communication regarding order, and should have been more warning about import fees due.
Ordered a Dice bag and dice. Was sent the Dice Bag with not dice. Tried to contact the company to get the rest of my order shipped to me but nothing was done. I will not be using this site again.

I ordered my product on 7 June with a 1 to 2 week delivery. I did not realise that warehouse was in France. I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. It then was ready for dispatch. Then late Friday an error appeared on my order. I emailed at the beginning of the following week to find out what the problem was and when i would get the product and they said my order had a computer bug so the order had to be recreated and it would be delivered in 3 days. I had to wait another 7 days while this order was processed. It then went ready for dispatch and then surprise surprise an error appeared. I again emailed to cancel the order. They responded that the order had been dispatched and if I wanted my money back I would have to return the product. UPS did not collect the product from the warehouse until lunch the next day. I will never use this company ever again.
They advertised the rare version of the product (and still do) however they sent the common version i can get on amazon instead. Still awaiting to hear back with a free returns label.
Bad very bad, I still have not received my order. You charge high postage for express courier. It's been more than three weeks. Very bad service. I will never buy anything else from you again, that's for sure.
The item arrived over a month late, moreover not sealed and a large portion of oil was in the envelope. The item was ordered in early May and was to be delivered by 18/05 of course payment upon issuance of the order. Of two items ordered only one arrived and after multiple reminders because they do not warn of any lack of stock availability. A Credit Note was issued for the other item in early June but at the time of the refund transfer there is not even a shadow. Company to avoid absolutely, very lacking in organization and seriousness.
First you are told that the order has been canceled because the figurine you ordered is not available. After a while, when you ask for a refund of the amount you paid months ago, you receive a message in French saying that the refund may take weeks. After these messages, I ordered the figurine elsewhere and suddenly I get the message that the figurine has been sent after all. My email asking them not to do this (I already had it) and to refund me the money was ignored.....

The worst shipping and delivery time. Over 3 weeks to deliver what they say they have in stock. Would never buy from them again!
It took a long time for an order in Spain. I placed an order, and after 3 days of waiting, I bought the same thing from another store, and it arrived before the original order. I sent a package by post, it arrives sooner to other countries, than the method used by 1001 hobbies. Maybe I'm wrong, and their warehouse is in Singapore.
Very long for a delivery order placed on 2/06/2022 delivered on 17/06/2022 then you do not make any commercial gesture for the customers of long date From now on I will go to see elsewhere
1 month waiting to be reimbursed and 0 response on the location of my package...
My package was delivered on tracking but I haven't received anything in my mailbox. Customer service is no longer responding to me.
I still haven't received the order and it has been 18 days, I don't think this situation is logical. If I am not going to receive it, I could get my money back.

Never received- local post office indicated delivered but it wasn’t - they can’t find package - I know it’s not entirely the fault of 1001 but I am much less likely to purchase from again

Hello it's been nearly 1 month that I'm waiting for my refund that I still have not received, your employer has canceled the order, and I still have received nothing having sent several e-mail with and without response towards the end I advise anyone to buy from you especially as I must be reimbursed a sacred sum of money 500 €.

"Instant ship" Took 3 weeks to leave the warehouse, another month to get here, when it got here it was packaged in nothing but bubble wrap... no box or anything just bubble wrap for international shipping, the box was damaged so badly it was open and the decal sheet fell out as I carried it into my house... A basic box would have prevented all of this but that is too much for 22 in shipping on 70usd in items I guess. They have not answered my emails yet, might have to force a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
