I order paints with references and when I receive them there are no references on the pots.
No French instructions! Average material quality.
I think it's a shame that a certain amount is required to use the coupons. I think it's a way of pushing customers to spend more before they can use the coupons. For my part, I think it's more normal to be able to use coupons at any time.
Apart from the fact that the parcel arrived in a sorry state (crushed cardboard), even though I'd expected careful packaging after a 17-day wait, a "maquette", strangely offered without a photo (which struck me as suspicious and warranted a phone call), the so-called "maquette" of the Iliouchine Il-76 is very disconcerting: there's no box, the parts are very rough, non-individualized mouldings in the "rough" style, with no interlocking system, and in rather soft plastic, so difficult to work with! So I don't know if I could do anything with them, despite 35 years' experience in model making; they weren't worth €150! I'd have liked to add some photos to the commentary, that would be more eloquent.
Good responsiveness and competitive prices, but no care was taken with the packaging - books arrived damaged...

Lots of hassle and no updates on order
There have been errors in the last two orders I have placed, I have emailed two différant depts to get resolved and have not even had a response to any emails, very disappointing, won’t use again which is a shame as the range and price is very good but they don’t get orders right and don’t respond or try to resolve,

The site does not provide good information for non French residents and i had not been informed of the unacceptable delay of forwarding (although through an expensive express provider : more than 3 weeks for Dubai !!! (still pending)
Part from it take a good while & leaving me thinking the order wasn't even coming at this point & the box somewhat almost being burst open that it was shipped in, it was as good as can be. In the end I did get my package, so can't be that much more upset/too upset!!
Great selection of items I've been looking for at fair prices but shipping seems to take an excessive amount of time and my last order took several weeks before I even received notification that the item was shipped.

Part in stock on the site with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks (order placed in August, staff on vacation, understandable), problem, the part is in stock, but with the supplier who...is in England. order received at the end of September, beyond the expected lead time, I understand that 1001 hobbies is dependent on its supplier and English customs, but not to display product in stock. I would like to thank the person I spoke to on the phone, who gave me an explanation and made a commercial gesture, and who was also waiting for his orders (taken "hostage" by British customs/ long live Brexit. Sincerely

High price compared to the other two sites I use
I did receive my last parcel, but it wasn't packed well enough. My product was badly damaged! I hope that you will solve this packaging problem with, for example, cardboard and bubble wrap.
We had a reception problem: the parcel never arrived. 1001hobbies took care of it. It took a long time (order at the end of June and reception in September) but in the end, I received my parcel at home. Thank you for your help.

The order has FINALLY arrived
When I placed my order, I would have liked to have been informed of the zero stock and that my payment would only be cashed when the order was dispatched... Fortunately, the order did not exceed 8 days.

Yours is the MOST confusing hobby site I've ever visited. It just POORLY organized. THERE IS NO LOGICAL METHOD WHEN IDENTIFYING A PRODUCT.
Perfect product. Shipping and receiving time a week longer than expected and tracking information with 1001hobbies very scarce and they do not answer what you ask them, customer service leaves to be desired.
Quick order acknowledgement. Then radio silence. If I hadn't followed up, I don't know when we would have been delivered!

Nothing to say about the order. Well packaged, well protected, no worries. The tracking information was completely off the mark... that's a bit embarrassing.
