The shipment arrived several days late and you could not see the tracking of the package. A couple of the letters arrived stained. Otherwise fine.

Nice case, but slow to ship
The content is fine, but when an article is missing and you wait 2 months without news, the follow-up could be better so that at least the rest is sent beforehand. Without any protest on my part, this could have gone on for 6 months or even longer! ! That's not very serious when you're paying in advance.
Only I thought it would come to me from Italy instead of France, but some Italian sellers especially if not from my area, they take longer....
The product arrived 15 days later than the originally agreed-upon delivery date. Unfortunately, they didn't proactively notify me about the delay or offer an alternative solution. I had to initiate contact with them to inquire about the reason for the delay, and their responses were consistently vague. The items I purchased were intended as a birthday gift for a family member, but I was unable to give them on time due to this delay.

The gift wrapping leaves a lot to be desired.you could make more effort if you have to pay for it.had to repackage it looked impossible.

As I told you I received a box that was all torn up, you could easily take the products out of the box which was much too big for what was inside very disappointed I will think again before ordering from you.
I bought a product 7 months ago and I still don't know when it's going to arrive, or even if it's going to arrive or not. It is supposed to have been shipped 5 weeks ago, but apparently they are supposed to bring it on foot. The only positive thing is that when I write an email to find out how things are going at least I get an answer.

I placed this order using vouchers they had made me to make up for the messes of the previous order, this time the products were available on time but then to complicate things they thought it best to ship with the French postal service instead of a courier as the previous time, so the order took 20 days to arrive, yet the shipping rate was always 7.50 euros. I will leave you the review of the previous order to understand the situation: they are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive the others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which fortunately I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it was not worth all the time I had to waste.
I absolutely did not like the packaging : it is not possible to ship a sheet of decals without a piece of hard cardboard in the envelope. My sheet arrived a little folded but still usable, otherwise I would have returned it.
It took a long time for some paints to be delivered. If I could have found them elsewhere I would not have got them from 1001 Hobbies.
Instructions in Chinese!!! But there's a law?

A little pricey, but so are the others selling this stuff. Since it comes from France (which really isn't clear when you order) takes longer then normal.
Hello, I'm very unhappy with my last 3 paint purchases, why? there's too much thinner in the paint pots which makes the paint too liquid and does a poor job. the worst is the enamel brown gloss 80 pot which contains 2/3 thinner. I'm thinking of changing paint brands. Best regards. M.GUILBON.

There are no detailed french assembly instructions inside, nor any other assembly instructions, very disappointed for a first order.
As usual not enough gloss not enough colors and then the discount of 5 percent for a purchase of 100 euros not good that I do not have a big pension so I can not afford thenb I will not buy paint to let it harden in the pot waiting to use voila the result of my experience good day jack

Delivery takes a long time - incorrect status updates
The paint colors do not match, yellow and burgundy among others. 4 colors received, only 2 usable, and if I follow the nomenclature I need 14 so frustration.
This is my 2nd order with 1001 Hobbies. The first one went smoothly, but for the last order, an item was missing from my package. On my account, the missing item was supposed to be in the parcel (no separate shipment or later notification) and no note in the parcel. The same day I sent an e-mail to the website address and to this day I still have no reply from them (parcel received on 09/08 and it's now 13/08). I don't know why my item was missing from my parcel, nor whether it will be delivered soon or not... I still have no answer even though my order has been paid in full! I'm disappointed with the after-sales service! I haven't even received an acknowledgement of receipt, after sending my query by e-mail, stating that my request had been processed. Will I get my money back? Will I finally receive my parcel? I'm still in the dark and I don't think this is right and professional.
Too long. One week to process an order before shipping. Buying from France is fine, but ordering from abroad is quicker...
Today, August 11, I am still waiting for my order, which was scheduled for delivery on August 1. According to what they tell me, as I chose the untracked shipping option, if I don't receive it in about a month from the due date, I will contact them again. What does the fact that you choose the untracked shipping option have to do with the fact that the order will arrive on time? Please clarify this for me, the order is paid for.
I bought 2 constructions but if I knew that it is explained only in German I would never have made the purchase also because I did not choose the easier ones....peccato....they are new and left in the closet
I ordered 2 items. I only received 1 of the items and was charged for both items.
The site is done well, easy to choose and order the product. However, the delivery time is too long for a not inconsiderable cost.
Received a wet and ripped package, damaged decals and instructions, and support has had 36 hours now and no reply, so i'm left not happy at all. I have paid 11,5 euros for the delivery special of it being brought through the carwash on the way to me, so how am i to feel other than disgusted, was excited to build my F-8 crusader, but now, i man... meh. the delivery having ruined it has kinda ruined it for me as well.
