Well, the model arrived. But I couldn't find out the status of my order since it was a pre-order. I knew it had already arrived at other stores, but I wrote 3 emails and none were answered. There are too many things on the website, which is very good, but you really don't know what they have in real stock and you don't know if your order will arrive, and that is frustrating nowadays. Other than that, good price and once shipped everything was fine. I would buy again but only things that are actually in stock. Thank you
Hello, I received your order with a lot of delay, not having any email, I had to send you one to find out what was going on. You replied that a product was missing and would be replaced by another which I accepted, but when I received my order, I realized that the product you sent me did not meet my expectations. I actually wanted to cancel the pre-order, but they did not want to refund my money. When I ordered it, I also paid extra for safe shipping, but it was just thrown in the box with only paper at the bottom. I hate this company; I hope it goes bankrupt. Thieves.

Deadlines much too long
The product is very good but delivery times were not respected and without warning
Very long delivery times, poor communication from the seller (partial delivery without specifying the goods sent, nor the deadlines for the remaining items). Reference error (previous order)... a very expensive seller, whose timeliness and quality of service are not justified. It's a shame, but it looks like France.

The package arrived damaged, with some parts of the box bent.
Hello, for a few years now, I have placed many orders with you. This time, some items were missing from my order. Why did you give me a credit note of 57.60€? I could have waited for a late delivery and it's not easy to apply this credit note to an order.
I was delivered 1 month after the order and the package arrived in a huge box, the model box was completely open in the box and all the pieces were loose in the box, it seems like someone had opened the Oracle box!!!!!!

The order arrived after 4 months. The worst part is that they didn't respond to emails or complaints. In March they were operational again and sent the order correctly.

Pre-ordered goods were repeatedly postponed. Arrived 2 months later than originally announced.
Satisfied with the product, but the pre-order date postponed by a month without warning was not great
The different boxes of the package were crushed. Fortunately, the parts inside were undamaged. The bubble wrap protection is insufficient. Consider using cardboard packaging.

The stock management of 1001hobbies is disastrous. The ordered item was indicated as "in stock and shipped within 7 days". A few days after the order, 1001hobbies informs that their supplier is awaiting restocking of the item. Ah! There is indeed deception regarding the message displayed on the site. Fortunately, the item eventually arrived... but three months later, in February. It's a shame for a Christmas gift... No chance I will place a new order through this merchant site.

Product as described but deadlines not respected. Displaying as in stock to mean it is in stock with the supplier is misleading. Better to order directly from the supplier, it’s faster.

I ordered two items at the beginning of January, which were marked as "immediately available". One arrived, the second was missing from the package. In response to my inquiry, I initially received only automated replies. Later, I was informed that the missing item was suddenly not available and would be delivered months later. Additionally, there was an attempt to classify my order as a "pre-order", including a 25% cancellation fee. This does not add up for me, as the item was explicitly advertised as in stock at the time of purchase. A cancellation was only reluctantly accepted, and the refund ultimately went through PayPal. Product quality was okay, but service, transparency, and communication were unfortunately disappointing. Therefore, a maximum of 2 stars.
Extremely long delays between the order and receipt (2 months) which is not very clearly stated at the time of purchase on the site. When I made my purchase on 12/13/2025, it was mentioned that it would be shipped on 12/18/2025 but ultimately received on 02/18/2026. Package in excellent condition but really too long delays.
