Site with beautiful models, unfortunately the announced delivery times will never be respected. If you really want a model for a specific date, take a big maneuver, otherwise order elsewhere.
Bad laser cutting, broken slat
Hello Rather disappointed, missing items refund in the form of a voucher which does not interest me. Package cobbled together from a not-so-great cardboard, also poorly protected the products were placed and they were moving around in the box.
The package arrived a month after the order because the outdated site showed the item as available, when in fact it was not at all.

3 months to receive 2 rolls of fabric, 2 spray cans of paint, and one glue really very long especially without notifying on the site about the supply shortage and without apologies. Hello, I received the package, however, I ordered 8 boxes and only received 5, 3 are missing?

I only received half of my order as previously indicated.
The announced deadline was one week for shipping, but it took an additional 10 days. I contacted customer service to cancel part of the order due to the delay. No follow-up from them. The package was therefore sent late without any communication.

Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.

Problems with Mondial Relay pickup points are not the seller's fault. But up to 2 times (and who knows even longer) the order was delayed due to a product on pre-order that is not coming in stock. Here and I have not received any form of proactive communication about it. At a certain point, my orders were partially shipped, also without notifying or consulting. There is something fundamentally wrong with the communication and customer orientation.
