Cancellations are almost never possible and orders take forever to be shipped.

Nice products but shipping times to be reviewed

I only received half of my order as previously indicated.

The announced deadline was one week for shipping, but it took an additional 10 days. I contacted customer service to cancel part of the order due to the delay. No follow-up from them. The package was therefore sent late without any communication.

Deadlines not met

Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.

I paid for a reinforced box, I received the vehicle without bubble wrap or other protections in a regular box

Problems with Mondial Relay pickup points are not the seller's fault. But up to 2 times (and who knows even longer) the order was delayed due to a product on pre-order that is not coming in stock. Here and I have not received any form of proactive communication about it. At a certain point, my orders were partially shipped, also without notifying or consulting. There is something fundamentally wrong with the communication and customer orientation.

Product meets my expectations, but delivery times are too long, nearly 4 weeks instead of the maximum 2 weeks announced.

Too long for delivery and the glue that was offered to me for the delay in delivery is missing. Best regards

I give 3 stars because I did not receive a response to the messages sent through the site. Everything else is fine.

It's been almost a month since the order was placed, only part delivered after a phone call. In short, it's not great, there are other sites that are much more efficient, I just hope to receive my order in its entirety.

A deadline of one month, I had to send them an email for a proposal for partial shipment of the order.

The items are great, I already knew that. The only big disappointment is the delivery time: more than a month. It would have taken much less time to order it directly from the manufacturer in New Zealand. By going through a French site, one expects more speed and it also avoids customs fees.

I will not get the overpaid amount back after almost a year of waiting for a pre-order.

Damaged item, I am not asking for a replacement because being rare I preferred to fix it with glue.

Unfortunately quite a delay

Very long delivery times and no information about the deadlines

The package is not complete. I bought paint because the essential paint that should have been included does not contain all the colors (I am not talking about the optional colors). And one of the bands is missing. There should be five in the package, namely one for the spare wheel of the car (Renault 4 TL/GTL from Heller)

Unfortunately, I did not receive the rest of my order and I do not know if or when I will receive the rest of my order. The status of my order is also completed even though items are still missing. I will adjust my review when the status is corrected and I receive the rest of my order.

I am missing one of the 3 ordered model planes: the Focke Wulf Fw189

Website reports in stock, but also needs to order from a third party. Had to wait for soon available, while the website reports available. Had to come from France. Scale toy car 1/43 is actually 1:45 and tractor 1:40 instead of 1:43. Expected it to be more accurate.

Some choice, but delivery times are way too long (3 weeks). Other sites do much better.

Delivery took an incredibly long time, had to ask for an update twice. After the second request, the package was sent within half an hour, so it was probably sitting there for a while. The packaging of the product did not look new.

Too long delays and poorly mentioned on the site. Result: material received too late.

Not satisfied with this order because the model of the Focke Alchgélis FA 283 is "minimalist" (few parts and no plan) and especially WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! (Otherwise, I have always been satisfied.)

1 month and a half to receive a package

More than 1 month to receive an order. And you have to call their customer service if you want news about your order. Once you have their service on the phone, you are well informed. Not very responsive and the promised delivery date is wrong by a week.

I paid for express delivery, but it took almost six days and I live in Paris. I wanted to receive the models before the long weekend.

The box arrived unwrapped and damaged and it was for a gift

Incomplete order received with a 2-month delay between the order and receipt. Quality material received in perfect condition. So very good but very, very slow.......

Ordered on April 27, 2025, we received our package at the beginning of July: disappointment for us and our grandson! Not sure about placing another order: we'll see!

The product listing states that paint and glue are missing, which is okay. The big problem is that the sails are missing. Extremely disappointed for a first purchase.

Forgotten pre-order from which a very long delay. Finally delivered, all is well.
