Too long delays and poorly mentioned on the site. Result: material received too late.
Not satisfied with this order because the model of the Focke Alchgélis FA 283 is "minimalist" (few parts and no plan) and especially WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! (Otherwise, I have always been satisfied.)
1 month and a half to receive a package
More than 1 month to receive an order. And you have to call their customer service if you want news about your order. Once you have their service on the phone, you are well informed. Not very responsive and the promised delivery date is wrong by a week.
I paid for express delivery, but it took almost six days and I live in Paris. I wanted to receive the models before the long weekend.

Paintings ordered in mid-April and announced in stock but actually not available, finally received in mid-July... In the meantime, guarantee received in May for a delivery within 10 days... Hello, on an order of 5 products, a one-month delay for receipt, while on the site everything was available, 2 out of 5 products do not conform to the order, impossible to reach someone by phone, and I still don't know what to do with the non-conforming products.
Products are great, but delivery took 6 weeks instead of the next day while everything should have been in stock!
A fast delivery indeed, but the package arrived damaged and the item had no protection. Fortunately, my Don-chan arrived without defects at least.

Delay in delivery
I had problems adding products to the cart. They answer the phone whenever they feel like it. Very long delivery time, almost a month. The order arrived incomplete. They processed the return of the item they had not sent, but without any explanation or apology.
Product "available", but almost 1 month to receive it
I wanted to modify/cancel my order but no one responded to me in 1 week (by email and phone). Customer service non-existent.
The product arrived in excellent condition, however, even though it was marked for same-day shipping, the product took much longer than expected, more than a week after the estimated date when selecting the shipping method. I would buy again considering that the shipping takes longer.
Nothing to say about the website experience, it's with the delivery that everything goes wrong.. Chronopost is no longer a reliable delivery system (in my case, change of pickup point without reasons or my consent). I know that I will not order again on the site with this delivery service.
Almost 2 months to receive a supposedly in-stock package, is that normal??? As a loyal customer, I remain disappointed...

Waiting time a bit too long, one of the two products was missing
Order received partially after 1 month of waiting. For the next steps, the expected delivery date keeps getting pushed back.

Too long waiting time to receive the package
