Delivery took a lot longer than indicated on the website. Contacted via email but did not receive a response.... Eventually arrived in a very damaged package.
The order was delivered to my billing address in Arizona instead of the delivery address in Michigan...
I got ruined in bullshit, on the 2cv of teleguided rally the parts are overpriced and for only one part you need at least 50 others.
Electrical items supplied to UK may come with European plug. This was not clear and buying from a .co.uk I thought I would be getting a UK spec item. Possibly in breach of Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 by selling to UK market?
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITIO! I still have not received my package and it is already almost two months. I have written twice and not heard back, and finally when I called they promised to have an answer to where the package was in three business days and have not contacted me again. Pure crap, I would never recommend it, it would be 0 stars yes there was the option. DO NOT ORDER! It's been nearly two months and I STILL have not received my package. I wrote to customer service twice and got NO reply, and when I finally called to demand answers they promised to contact me with info on where my package was within 3 business days and NEVER got back to me. Awful service, do NOT recommend- I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The shipping of the parcel is deplorable 2 boxes of games wandering around unprotected in an oversized cardboard box, the whole thing barely taped up, as a result the box arrives with a split corner and completely misshapen. zero level of logistics and customer respect,

A figurine arrived broken at the base due to poor protection in the box. Using bubble wrap would be more judicious than vulgar paper that protects nothing at all. I managed to glue it back together all the same, and a figurine that has nothing to do with the one ordered, so for this second one, a paypal claim is in progress with a photo for a direct refund, which will avoid the site offering a credit note for the first and last time here.
One of the boxes sent to me with my order was the wrong one; it took a fortnight to replace it. No commercial gesture. Disappointing for a first experience!
I strongly advise against this site, which obviously takes no account of its customers' e-mails! for me, it's over!
The delivery was 2 weeks late and missed the deadline I specifically asked for. Reading the reviews I can see I’m going to be messed around further when I try to get a refund. Stay away from these guys.

No serious packaging. Model box arrived flattened even though it was a gift. High price for model taken because of delivery guarantee. Not to be repeated.
Total lack of seriousness, with dimensions announced on the site that have nothing to do with reality. The plane I received was much smaller. Following a complaint and recognition of the error, I was sent the same plane again after a month, which I just had to return again! This site is to be avoided!

I have made large payments a few times now . But the discount of my prime card Does not go well ...Already sent many emails ...but no solution and communication is difficult . That is because I think it is French speaking . And when mail uses the translation computer. Then you do not understand each other...If this problem was not there I would give high rating. The stock was not up to date at the time of purchase, and I was not contacted to find out. In the end, the order was cancelled after an exchange of a dozen e-mails. The refund only came a month later.

A damaged product arrived, and after I reported it, it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything
The site is simple, clean and gives confidence in the purchase. However, the item I received (a model) was already open when I received the package... In terms of after-sales service, it's been 3 weeks of email exchanges... to find out what the problem is, send a photo... then I'm offered a replacement, but once again I have to send a photo + item number + after-sales service form to fill in with my name and the reason, and finally I'm offered a credit note or a refund, but not the new item, so I'm still exchanging emails and I almost feel like giving up and ordering from another site... (The accessories I ordered were all of the expected quality and packaged... unopened, hooray...)

Having made 2 purchases for 2 orders on the same day and within minutes of each other I asked if it was possible to pay only a shipping cost. Negative response. I had already made other purchases but do not think I will make any more.

A real nightmare. They take a long time to deliver what they say they have in stock first hand. But the worst thing is that a cancellation of an order of more than 100 € I had to resort to the OCU after a month of purchase to make me the refund. I do not recommend this website at all. They are also the most expensive by far after having discovered other specialized online stores. My recommendation... Flee, you fools!

Poor reception and the person I spoke to didn't want to understand the poor quality of the Revell pots.
My order was placed on February 20 and has just been dispatched (expected delivery date April 12). One item was not in stock, so the order was not delivered (but the amount was debited). The most shocking thing is that apart from an initial message (10 days after the order) saying that the preparation of the delivery had been delayed, I received no information, and was obliged to repeat the process to have the order (without the offending item) delivered to me. I was given a voucher for the missing item rather than a refund. I don't think I'll be using this site again, I don't like the way it works.
Waiting for my order for over 1 month, while everything was in stock when I ordered! To finally receive only half and a voucher for the value of my missing order, I'm not even reimbursed!!!! Purchased 2 model boat kits. one had no English instructions. and i am still waiting for them. this company are in france and not the uk. So expect duty to be paid . I had to pay £65 . would i use them again ? No.
It really isn't clear when you purchase an item in the UK that you will have to pay import duty !!! Which is very expensive!! I tried to contact the seller but suprise surprise no response !! Check before you buy !!!!
