Logistical management regarding warehouse management, leaves something to be desired by waiting to an inadequate extent for both the material ordered, and more so for reimbursement. I am expressly determined to change suppliers...to forget!!!
Still not received the spur gear I ordered 5 months ago. They tried to resolve the issue but sent me the wrong item and I ended up buying another one. I'd avoid if you can, just can't get LRP spares in the UK from anyone else.
Never buy from them I ordered September 1, 2021 2 protege card ultimatum guard which was available on the site, as soon as I paid the product was awaiting delivery supplier the order was postponed every month for 2-3 months after no more news I had to call them after 6 months I was sent 1 protege card because it was the last, I asked for a refund for the 2nd protege card it should be done within a week and 2 months later still nothing ...never again on this site, products put on sale when they do not have it in stock it is their supplier who stocks and when you buy the supplier does not have the product

No refund, its been 2 months, not a UK company despite its deception

Model sent in a simple postal envelope. On receipt, half the envelope was crushed, unusable model.... No further comments

Let's just say that I have been making purchases over the Internet for about 20 years now. Well, 1001 Hobbies.co.uk is the first and only internet seller where I feel ripped off. I ordered (07/2021) a model kit Space Probe Voyager but got a bag of ball bearings. A second attempt was made (via credit voucher / 02/2022) but had to pay shipping costs again, again got a bag of ball bearings. I finally asked for refund but no real response to this. From me next advice: rather buy from another online provider. It will save you a lot of misery.

Well what can I say? Instead of the kit I ordered, I received a set of paint masks as there was a confusion with the serial number. The order clearly had the name of the aircraft of the kit I ordered but that didn't seem to make any difference. I was told to keep the masks and that I would be refunded. It didn't happen until I reminded them weeks later.
If there were zero stars I would DO that! I placed my order in December and it has not arrived to this day!!! I'm pissed off! Total scam I had booked express shipping because it was 12/17/2021 and I wanted it to be there for my husband on Christmas! I'll never order here again. And every time you try to contact them. Will only be sorry etc . No update no replacement nothing! Totally disappointed! Never again
I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated by 1001 Hobbies. When I was at their site I had intended to order some decals, but when I got to the point where I learned the shipping cost, I felt that it was way too much. So I didn't complete the order. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. 1001 Hobbies were aware that I didn't complete the order because they emailed me to ask why. I told them. Then they charged me US$71. and shipped it anyway. When I complained to Pay Pal and to 1001 Hobbies, 1001 Hobbies said they'll refund my money WHEN THEY GET THE STUFF BACK. So I now have to pay to ship it back, when I didn't want it in the first place. It hasn't arrived yet, but will be mailed back as soon as it's received. will never order from them again, ever.
Delivery was worthless
The stock of the store is not real and once you have paid they tell you that they will not be able to send it in the estimated time. Thank goodness for the paypal payment that gave me certain guarantees.

I express my disappointment concerning order UD8IBUARU. That order consisted of two kits: - SMER kit - Fiat CR.32 - Flying Machine kit - Paggio P108 Now, while the SMER kit arrived exact, the Flying Machines kit arrived incorrect tispect to what was published in your online catalog. In fact instead of the kit, a transparent envelope arrived with a card inside with a picture of in airplane, moreover not even related to the Piaggio p108. Big disappointment! The fact that the envelope had a label with a bar code and P108 written on it, I think it was an oversight during storage, at least this I want to believe!!! I voiced this complaint of mine already by email because I could not find a way to do it on your site. But no acknowledgement or response. I would appreciate being able to return the wrong merchandise, and maybe purchase something different. Ps: I realized, unfortunately after the purchase and after the email complaint, that already another user had been risetvato the same treatment.

Too small and not at all practical to assemble
So I ordered a hg kshatriya and received the wrong item a entry grade gundam (for like a quarter of the price) and sent an email to them but all I got back was send us it back this is unacceptable I request that u send out the correct item or if you can do that a full refund this is terrible 1 of worst sites ever I feel like you have treated me like a mug plus when I tried to call you r always close if u can get back to me asap so we can resolve this problem

Wrong product delivered after 4 weeks delivery time
What a lack of professionalism! After returning a product, the site clearly shows that the refund request has been taken into account, but it's now been over a month that, despite several reminders, I haven't seen a thing... My future purchases on this site are compromised, too bad!

The TAMIYA X50 color on your website does not correspond to reality. I wanted a light blue color and what I got is a dark blue color. I consider myself deceived because if I had known this I would have ordered a lighter color.

Despite requesting that they stop sending me messages on a daily basis, they continue to do so. They don't care about the consumer protection law.
The first shipment was incomplete. After the package was returned, the second shipment was again incomplete.
Totally useless company, dont dispatch order when they state. Rude customer services when asked for help. Would never order from them again.
