Easy navigation and wide selection. Good communication. Delay in sending the order but I was warned. Quick response to my emails. On the other hand, delivery by mondial relais sucks. In a bad relay point and too complicated to move it from one relay point to another ... Otherwise I wouldn't have received my order placed on November 23rd for Christmas. In short, I had to go out of my way.
