I did not receive the item--how could I express myself with a 5-star opinion?
I placed an order on January 26th and it still hasn't been delivered: as this store doesn't have any stock, I have to wait for the goodwill of the suppliers. If I had known that my items weren't in stock, I would never have placed an order. Be nice, next time, specify it on your site. I won't give you too much positive publicity on it.
I tried to buy 40 meters of oracal. I have not been offered a solution, only automatic emails. In the end I had to buy 3x10 meters with 3 different prices in three different shipments and spread over a month. The rest I have chosen to buy it in another store.

Site that doesn't have the products advertised, resulting in never-ending restocking, middle-age delivery times. To be avoided, refuses to refund even though the order has been cancelled.

The product i bought was broken. They will only refund shipping and won’t replace the item so i am stuck with it.
Delivery within 48 hours !!!! ??? Delivered 13 days after ordering! This gave me time to compare prices on this order €25 difference without going through Ebay or Amazon!
The delivery did not correspond to the order, 2 more times, after 1 first complaint...a priori it would be the supplier's fault...but obviously there is no CTRL of quality before delivery in this commercial company...a shame!!!!
Bad. Products never arrived. They ship from France with untracked shipping. After a one month wait, with excuses that are neither in heaven nor on earth from customer care, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. I will never buy anything from them again! They do not deserve even one star.
Incorrect offers appear, which are either not available or are delivered incorrectly (instead of a 1/48 airplane model, a rubber seal for an RC car...). You don't get your money back...only vouchers. Very dubious. Happened twice already...certainly not a third time!
Order arrived incomplete (one item missing). Two messages sent to contact address (the third today 16 February 2022). No response! I have had problems with other sites but they have always been quickly corrected with a courteous response. I now avoid the 1001 Hobbies site, which I don't trust at all.

After placing the order at the end of December I requested the cancellation a week later, and more than a month later I am still waiting for the refund. Report 2 to 4 business days delivery time and then deliver 14 days later because items turn out to be out of stock. Just state where it stands.

I ordered a model as a gift, then you forced me to buy paint and accessories. And finally you don't have the model in stock and tell me 10 days after the purchase. I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. I'd like a refund because you won't honour the order. What's more, you can't be contacted and that's infuriating!

It is a portal site, i.e. the supplier is not Dutch. It took 2 months for it to be shipped. Once it arrived it turns out not to be the product I thought I ordered. This can be traced to the poor description of articles.
Received my order, correct container, but incorrect contents (Bristol Britannia model in the box of a Constellation C121). No response to my contact requests, not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

Your deliveries take too long. I wanted to order from a French merchant because I am French and I am very disappointed. I ordered from foreign merchants that I will not name and I received my packages within a week.
I never received my order. Do not buy from this site!!! After stating "order not received" several times and sending an email I still have no response after a few weeks. The customer service is jerk. I would never wish for such a business practice. The ordered goods were shown as being in stock. After a short time I received a shipping notification. But the order did not arrive even after a month. When I made an inquiry, I received a message for a credit note because one item was not available. I then canceled the order, as both items are required for this model! I then received another message saying that my order was in progress. Once again, I canceled this order. What comes again? A shipping notice! Do they really want to start a legal dispute? Other companies from Europe delivered within 2 to 4 days.
I have written to you numerous times to dehydrate the order, but you have not read and responded to my emails. The phone number does not work and neither does the text messages.
I ordered on December 22, 2021 and to date I have received nothing. Today is February 2, 2022. If you can't deliver, I'd like my money back as soon as possible.
