Over 3 weeks to place an order!
Easy to navigate. Delivery times too long. Your competitor rue des maquettes delivers in less than 6 days. I've still had an order pending with you for nearly 3 weeks. Please specify product availability more clearly.
They have many items and sometimes with good offers, but they have a couple of problems that have been repeated in several of the orders I have placed: - Slow shipping: they take a few days to ship the order - Insufficient protection of the items: they usually send them in the boxes of the models themselves, which are not very resistant, wrapped in bubble wrap, so they can be damaged in transport, since the carriers are not usually very delicate in handling the packages. To improve, they should put the bubble-wrapped models inside an external box that protects them and also avoids seeing the contents.
Poor communication/shipment tracking and now they keep contacting me about the review I left, it directly asked if I wanted them to contact me and saying no does not good.

Inadequate packaging, ruined the decals making them partially unusable. When ai ships a sheet whether decals or stickers, it must be sandwiched at least between two thick cardboard planes that stiffen and protect. Not a spring envelope. 20€ between shipping and product, €12.90 of product, and it is partially unusable. Improve the packaging.

Package received quickly and completely. But inoperative soap for replacement of a can of paint received dry, despite good telephone reception of promise to send, and follow-up e-mail without follow-up.
The ability to communicate with the customer in their language and with accuracy on delivery of the product ordered is paramount in this business that crosses oceans and languages. The products selected had either one or two weeks for delivery for each. I totally understand wanting to ship the whole thing as ONE shipment vice more than one plus waiting for all products to arrive at your place to ship as one package...BUT this was never communicated to the customer. Nor did the package tracking ability work, once the package arrived in the customers country. Your "expected delivery" was April 25th (well after two weeks) yet it didn't show up, unannounced (and I was on travel) until March 2nd. I asked twice via email what the status of this shipment was and your replies never clearly answered said questions, only said you were "sorry". I just wanted to know when to expect this, track its delivery and ensure it wouldn't sit on my porch or mailbox for days until I got home as I wold have made arrangements for its pick-up. I did get an email from you saying it was delivered (which it was) when I was 2500 miles away from home... I like your product selection and your prices were reasonable. If you can better address the above, you will have a fine company to order from.
Delivery times too long.
The product was very good, but the delivery was made after having to complain a couple of times to the chosen delivery company. Also it was not delivered to the chosen locker.
Unfortunately, I would have to say that my experience with 1001 Hobbies is bad on the basis that I ordered an Eduard photo etched sheet and received a large model kit. Although to be fair they have responded quickly within normal working hours to rectify the problem which appears to have arisen through both items having the same reference number.
Took a long time to get my order. It arrived in good condition, but think it could have been sent out sooner as the web site said it was in stock.
Order took ages to come. Informed one item not in stock. Email said order cancelled. Then order delivered with both items in it. Looks like no one knows what’s happening. Also an insult that I had to pay for postage and packaging. Order said delivery in 7 to 9 days that was a joke try 3 weeks. Very unlightly to order again.
Excellent for ease of ordering and delivery time, but the Tamiya paint pots are not labelled with the corresponding paint numbers. It's a pity, but fortunately I had kept the name of my order.
In the first instance I did not receive my order and after weeks of complaints I finally received it perfectly.

I found the delivery to be very long
1001hobbies offers an excellent selection for miniature model builders, the rating falls out because of the rather long delivery time, despite availability. Otherwise a really great store!
It took a while for the order to arrive.But I had also ordered something not very normal.
Good site reasonably much to find, but still miss some in terms of Tamiya cars. and the prices are also on the reasonably high side, except for the offers. buy reasonably some if it is really an offer.
The products are very good but the waiting time is a bit long.
The delivered item itself is great. The communication, due to the late delivery, still leaves a lot of room for improvement...

Hello, I don't understand why I have to pay a customs tax for a large order but not for a small one. Whereas on other sites I never pay any for the same type of order. cdr
The shipping costs are high and the time too long.
Product received with detached parts (detached wheels). I had to cancel the payment card since it was linked to the shipment a fee to be paid by mail to receive the product.... in the post office to pick up the product I was notified of the non-existence of such tas.
It wasn't clear that something was out of stock. So I would order, end up waiting a month, then have to ask for a credit. Happened twice on the same original order. In fact, I don't think I have ever received the masks for the Revell Wiking seaplane. Frustrating. Plus, the turn around for email requests is several days.

Was sent the wrong item and they still have not sent me what I ordered. Have tried to contact them but no answer. would like to order more from them but will not use them until this problem is fixed. So far just lip service on their part.
No technical information, long delivery times
The order did not arrive complete, the missing product was shipped much later than expected.
Missing the black color but 2 pots of yellow? many parts twisted because the plates are loose and not separated from 1carton or other I point out that there is no yellow apart from the headlight tube of glue too small.
Good product, reasonable delivery time, but shipping costs were almost 2x the value of the item. It would be nice if regular postal services were used for printing: sending 1 set of decals this way is now costly AND environmentally polluting....
Longer postage than I was expecting. Maybe I didn’t read the terms properly.
