Everything went well when I ordered, but I was disappointed when I received it. All the safety labels are stuck on the reference of the paint cans. It's a shame to waste it like this, because your site is great.
Order took a long time to arrive, but the package was well packed and the material was what I expected.
I had chosen the model 1.18 before I started searching, when I saw the Citroën ds I ordered it what do I get a model 1.43.for € 56.am not happy with it.gr
Equipment not up to scratch
The products very well, but after making the purchase online they indicated that one of the products was not available and therefore took 3 weeks to deliver the order, If they had told me before the purchase, I would have cancelled it since it was for a birthday gift that arrived quite late...You have to be more Honest.
Great selection with occasionally surprising items. Delivery time and communication around it could be improved though.....
The website is very unclear about shipping times. 1000hobbies.nl seems to be a Dutch webshop, but apparently it is French. my items had to come from France,. 3weeks delivery time for an item in stock is way too long.
Delivery time was exceptionally long. Plus they knew my address was in the USA but still ended up shipping a European plug/power adapter, which is of no use to me and I'll have to source another one locally.
Crushed carton (fortunately no apparent damage to contents). Wouldn't it be possible to note "FRAGILE" on the carton so that the carrier doesn't crush it with heavy goods?

Very slow and expensive shipping, the tracking did not say anything. The truth is that I will avoid buying here just because of how bad the shipping is, it is not worth it when other stores have better stock and shipping.
I had to wait a long time and a box was missing in the package....

As it happens they often sell things they don't have in stock and have to order, extending the promised delivery time.........

The delivery arrived well and in a reasonable time, I think that the display of the final delivery date to the customer during order placement and tracking can be improved.
Item was poorly packed and suffered slight curving in shipping. Was shipped in a padded envelope and should have been boxed.
Two months to be delivered despite multiple reminders and unfulfilled proposals on your part. Your colleagues and/or competitors are more efficient, it's up to you to do what it takes to satisfy your customers.
Over a month and a half to get part of my delivery. Impossible to reach by phone. Despite late refund for undelivered material, not even an apology or a commercial gesture. I wouldn't recommend them again.
Price was good. The communication was more than poor. No shipping confirmation or email that the order is being processed. Shipment after 4 working days. The package arrived 2 weeks later. Was already afraid it was a fake store.
Fast shipping, nothing to complain about, but I paid 2 euros to wrap the box of figurines and I was really disappointed because it was really done on the fly, the packaging is ugly, you can see part of the box, the tape is not discreet, in short! Go there with your eyes closed and spend 2 euros on gift wrap, it's more profitable ^^
The goods and delivery are great. But partial refunds don't work at all. It's a good thing I paid via Paypal, otherwise I would have lost the money. And they made a few cents too. Sad.

The preparation of the order plus the delivery takes too much time. This is the reason why I can't buy certain items.
WELL, HAVING RECEIVED PAINT THAT WAS COMPLETELY DRY, YOU PROMISED TO REPAIR IT, BUT IN THE LAST ORDER THERE WAS NO COMPENSATION.

Customer service is very good, but on the site it says that a product is available and then 1 month later it tells you that it's out of date (2 times on the same figurine that I'm still waiting for...) So be sure to check your suppliers' stocks!

Easy to navigate. Delivery times too long. Your competitor rue des maquettes delivers in less than 6 days. I've still had an order pending with you for nearly 3 weeks. Please specify product availability more clearly.
They have many items and sometimes with good offers, but they have a couple of problems that have been repeated in several of the orders I have placed: - Slow shipping: they take a few days to ship the order - Insufficient protection of the items: they usually send them in the boxes of the models themselves, which are not very resistant, wrapped in bubble wrap, so they can be damaged in transport, since the carriers are not usually very delicate in handling the packages. To improve, they should put the bubble-wrapped models inside an external box that protects them and also avoids seeing the contents.
Poor communication/shipment tracking and now they keep contacting me about the review I left, it directly asked if I wanted them to contact me and saying no does not good.

Inadequate packaging, ruined the decals making them partially unusable. When ai ships a sheet whether decals or stickers, it must be sandwiched at least between two thick cardboard planes that stiffen and protect. Not a spring envelope. 20€ between shipping and product, €12.90 of product, and it is partially unusable. Improve the packaging.

Package received quickly and completely. But inoperative soap for replacement of a can of paint received dry, despite good telephone reception of promise to send, and follow-up e-mail without follow-up.
The ability to communicate with the customer in their language and with accuracy on delivery of the product ordered is paramount in this business that crosses oceans and languages. The products selected had either one or two weeks for delivery for each. I totally understand wanting to ship the whole thing as ONE shipment vice more than one plus waiting for all products to arrive at your place to ship as one package...BUT this was never communicated to the customer. Nor did the package tracking ability work, once the package arrived in the customers country. Your "expected delivery" was April 25th (well after two weeks) yet it didn't show up, unannounced (and I was on travel) until March 2nd. I asked twice via email what the status of this shipment was and your replies never clearly answered said questions, only said you were "sorry". I just wanted to know when to expect this, track its delivery and ensure it wouldn't sit on my porch or mailbox for days until I got home as I wold have made arrangements for its pick-up. I did get an email from you saying it was delivered (which it was) when I was 2500 miles away from home... I like your product selection and your prices were reasonable. If you can better address the above, you will have a fine company to order from.
Delivery times too long.
The product was very good, but the delivery was made after having to complain a couple of times to the chosen delivery company. Also it was not delivered to the chosen locker.
Unfortunately, I would have to say that my experience with 1001 Hobbies is bad on the basis that I ordered an Eduard photo etched sheet and received a large model kit. Although to be fair they have responded quickly within normal working hours to rectify the problem which appears to have arisen through both items having the same reference number.
