This was my first purchase from this site. I bought a model I could not obtain from any other manufacturer. I believe that they are based outside the U.K., but the postal charges were very reasonable, (unlike the USA), and the model was delivered safely and well packed. I have to say I began the purchase with a degree of trepidation, but was very pleased with the outcome. Hence my honest evaluation.

The loss of a star is due to the announcement of availability on the site which is not, hence an order received with one product less but with a credit note. It's a pity this information wasn't passed on before delivery. Everything was received within a satisfactory time, quality of packaging, customer service responds quickly which is quite good.and rare sometimes. This is my second order and I am satisfied with this merchant. I suggested that they stick the French safety labels on so that they don't hide the Tamiya references, because when you have 3 or 4 grey models, the covers aren't enough to distinguish them.

It arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

The paints I ordered are very good. I'm using them right now.

Search function worked perfectly. Desired item popped up immediately. Ordering gave no problems. Delivery time was a little longer than estimated by site. This is absolutely no problem. Extends the anticipation. This site gave me access to construction models not previously attainable. Item was GATO submarine as in 1944. Only other site was Amazon.com. But there same model was over 30 euros more expensive. In short, a site to visit more often.
