Lame. Put products online that they don't have in stock. Avoid at all costs.
Order placed on 10.01 only on available items. One week later no news. After a phone call, the saleswoman told me that there had been some computer problems ... On the other hand, I didn't notice any problems debiting my bank account the day after I placed the order! And to this day I still haven't received anything. A real ad for Amazon this site ...
Ordered on 09.12.21 for Christmas (delivery time promised 3-4 working days) until now 20.01.22 still nothing..... came email that the delivery is delayed because of an article (same scenario as with the other customers)..... Of course canceled after a few emails after New Year's Eve.... Now I'm still waiting for my money... 14 days refund already expired, still nothing.... Simply outrageous
My September order still hasn't arrived, meanwhile it's still a week before February....

I am still waiting for my stuff after 3 weeks. They barely respond to inquiries. Delivery time was 3-5 working days. Now the order has disappeared and they blame PostNL. They will call back today. I am curious. But this is not progressing.
I made a purchase in November. After 15 days I didn't know anything about it, so I looked at Correos. The package had not been sent, although they told me it had. They are liars and scammers. After commenting on social networks, some people contacted me to file a group complaint, they all got scammed. Do not buy here, or you will regret it....

I'm only giving this rating because you asked me to by email. I honestly can't understand why, you should rethink your automated processes. I find your methods questionable. You can only order things if you become a member. You list items as in stock that you don't have and only offer a voucher as a replacement. I insisted on a full refund by email and of course I got it because I have every right to get my money back and you know that. Unfortunately, I failed to officially cancel my membership. You are free to officially remove me from your mailing list, you have my permission.
Delivery took way too long.
Ordered x2 Graf Zeppelin and X5 Kilo models, received a box with a dispatch note saying all above enclosed, but actually only x1 Graf Zeppelin and x3 Kilo enclosed. Repeatedly contacted and made this known to 1001hobbies, but days later and still no answer from them to acknowledge let alone deal with problem.
I placed an order you took my money then told me the the product was not available and had no refun I feel that I have been cheated and I will never buy from you or recommend you to anyone and I will make my fellings know on social media. What a bad company
I am not going to give them any star for the bad management since November 27 I am waiting for my order and nothing, now let's wait how long it takes to return the money, the truth is a shame because we had planned to order several times this year.
The order did not arrive. They wouldn't pick up the phone. I managed to get in touch and cancel the order. I am still waiting for the money back and the deadline has passed.
Delivery too late because after the holidays, contrary to the initial indications on the site. Once delivered, incorrect barcode, so impossible for the shopkeeper to find the parcel. He had to check his stock parcel by parcel, an unimaginable waiting time for me and a major inconvenience for the shopkeeper. Very disappointed with this delivery and therefore with your site. I never recieved my order
Following an order placed on 28/12/2021, the package was delivered without the model. I sent several messages to inform them of the problem, which remains unanswered to this day. In addition, it is impossible to contact them by telephone, as the line is always busy.
Obviously the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. ordered and paid for goods, weeks later a request for payment. I would have spoken to the store personally if the telephone numbers had been the right ones. I paid everything with PayPal...lucky me, never again!!!

I placed the order a month and a half ago and still have not received it.
The product arrived was not what I ordered,among other things it was damaged I will do negative publicity.
I ordered a Boeing 747 kit on 23rd November 2021. Approaching the delivery date I looked at the Tracking record and found that it had not been sent although I had received an email from them saying it had been dispatched. They had also taken payment. I rang them and they said there had been an error and it had not been dispatched but would create a new order. this they did but the delivery date was too close to Christmas so I cancelled the order before they had a chance it dispatch it. I am still waiting for my refund. I have phoned them several times and they say they will deal with it but nothing happens. Now I try to ring them and there is a message saying they have too many calls and cut me off. This is quite the worst experience I have had dealing with a company on the internet. In my experince I find them totally incompetent and would not ever deal with them again once I get my money back.

Order placed on December 7, guaranteed delivery before Christmas. No information on order tracking, I've only just received a refund (January 16) with no news beforehand. Avoid.
Processing took almost two months and only took place after Paypal was activated.
No organization! 2 items bought supposed to be in stock but 1 of the 2 was not in stock and sent later (and therefore after Christmas, great ...) And the 1st was supposed to arrive in relay parcel, but the center of the post calls December 24 to tell me that it is not eligible for delivery in relay parcel ... I had to free time on my work time to pick up my package at the sorting center post! Neither done nor to do ...
Not detailed that set comes with EU plug. When raised with support was basically told if you don't like it, return it.
1 star is too many. Goods were in stock and I ordered. After some waiting time where my order remains, I realized that a model from Japan is backordered. I need the color I had ordered. No information about the remaining of my order. No answer to my first inquiry about my order. Second inquiry was answered with a standard text. Probably didn't even read my request. Third request for partial delivery is out. First time ordering there, that's no way to make satisfied customers. No wonder they advertise money back so much! This is the first and last order I placed with 1001hobbies. Never again!
Order placed Monday the 10th, still no delivery on Friday the 14th. Sent mail yesterday, no reply. Called today, automatic answering machine "we are closed". I will never order anything here again, what a bad service.
I was sent the wrong item and therefore my son did not have his present for Christmas. The company still hasn't sent the replacement as they are waiting for the item to be returned which was nearly 2 weeks ago! The item sent in error was a fraction of the cost of my intended item. They have a considerable amount of my money and no product to show for it at present. Will not buy from again.
Delivery was not made because the puzzle was no longer in stock. There was no notification from 1001 hobbies.de about this. Repayment of the money already paid was only made after a claim and took a long time.
In reference to the navigation on the page what happened to me is that it did not specify the language of the product, in particular the instructions, which is why I had to return it. In the delivery and other things all correct; except in the return that I had to pay the refund and it cost a lot. For reimbursement in my opinion ( I have met with other companies ) give facilities in this aspect in sending the labels by email so that the return is free ; I do not know if it could be done and not make an excessive outlay. Some kind of postage.

Time between order and delivery very long! No or little follow-up! Product not in stock! However, I would like to sincerely thank LAURE, head of customer relations, who listened to me from the very beginning of my complaint. She followed up my entire case with efficiency and responsiveness to arrive at my delivery today after almost 1 month of cumulative waiting.
